Nando's Glasgow - Braehead in Renfrewshire

Ordered butterfly chicken which was either over cooked or didn’t have enough sauce. Ordered gooey caramel cheesecake. There was nothing “gooey” about this believe me and for the first time in my life I left a pudding. Very disappointing for the money we spent

Music too loud for a 2 years old child and I wanted chicken liver to be plain for my child and it was spicy.

Staff were very accommodating for my son who has allergies. No glimmer of a fuss was made and we felt welcome.

Staff were very friendly. Food was incredible. It was a little busy but the music was good, the restaurant was clean and nicely lit.

Loved this Nandos especially the waiter Rachel she is so nice and definitely deserves a raise she’s the best ! 💗💗

Als wir am 04.10.2023 während unseres Schottland Urlaubs essen gegangen sind, konnte man vor Enttäuschung danach nur noch den Kopf schütteln. Uns bediente eine ältere Frau mit dunklen Haaren. Es gibt keine richtigen Menüs mit Getränke, Beilagesalat und Hauptspeise. Für alles muss man extra zahlen. Meine Pommes waren total überwürzt und deshalb ungenießbar. Der Salted Burger ein Witz. Mini Portion Belag. Selbst bei Burger King bekommt man mehr. Der Eistee in einer kleinen Dose nur Standard. Service gleich Null. Mussten uns das Besteck selbst an einer Anrichte holen. Mein Knobi Brot war schon alt. Das hatte ich reklamiert. Bekam zwar anderes, aber auch das war nicht viel besser. Alles in allem ist es für Fast Food Standard viel zu teuer und das was man erhält viel zu wenig. Daher nicht mehr.

A good Halal place to eat out with family.

Came on a Friday night, the place was busy but not crazy and the service was awful. We were sat next to the kitchen where food sat for 10+ minutes ignored by wait staff. The kitchen were constantly asking for runners which went unanswered. We actually watched waiting staff walk past waiting food to make themselves drinks and stand at the till. We watched our food sit at the kitchen for 10 minutes and when it arrived it was dry and cold as a result. The waiting staff looked really miserable and moved at snails pace so not sure if theres a management issue here but we certainly wont be back.

Food is bland menu needs updated big time.

Been eating Nandos for over 30 years and being form South Africa all I can say is that his Nandos needs loads and loads of work. Atmosphere was dead, the staff were non existent and non were on the restaurant floor to meet and greet. Had to wait a few mins before anyone appeared. Placed order at the counter to then be approached by an employee saying that part of our order was unavailable and so had to compromise. No knives and forks or napkins at the stations and had to visit these a few times to get what we needed eventually. Portions were small, poorly presented and not what nandos should be like. Overall a horrible experience ..... considering this is in a massive food court with other competitors present I can only imagine how much repeat business this Nandos is losing. The area manager of franchise manager should get in this immediately.

Classic Nando’s with amazing service!

Amazing service, waitress rachel was 10/10 spoke to each of us, recognised it was my partners birthday, asked her to sing happy birthday and she kindly rounded up some other staff and got them to join in, gave us free desserts for all 4 of us aswell and was personal, professional, polite and very very friendly, outstanding service from that lady alone and the food was just as good!!

Staff helpful and food was tasty would definitely return.

waited 50 minutes for a table just to be told no chicken left what a waste of time and not even an apology from staff.

My first experience of nandos and I was expecting great things as everyone raves about it, but I thought it was about as good as McDonald's. Mashed potato was gloopy and stuck in chunks....tasted like a packer mix, and brocolli was barely cooked...it needed a few more ninutes' cooking. It would have been good at McDonald's price but it was about 3 times more expensive!

Food was dry, the mash was microwaveable, garlic bread burnt and very dry and broccolini was bland. Very overrated restaurant

Lovely restaurant with friendly staff Would definitely recommend, the only reason it isn’t five stars is because the man in the booth next to us did infact drop dead, overall…exciting experience and would definitely return!

Overpriced, 0 service (literally - you basically serve yourself). Poor food for the price point. I have been to nando’s before & it has been expensive but pleasant and enjoyable (for what it is) however on today’s visit I will not return to this branch. Peri Chips were bland, cold and stale. Sunset burger was very sad looking though it tasted okay.

Overpriced food and ridiculous portions... And the flavour is not the greatest totally disappointment. The pictures on the menu are just fake.

We had to pay twice because of their technology even tho we showed them that we had payed and the money came out our account. Waited 40 Minuets for a glass of water and over an hour for food. The food was average at best. Overall not impressed.

Cant go wrong with nandos food. Service horrendous. Not once were we asked if food was ok or if we needed anything. As we were leaving not even a thanks or a goodbye. Will go to a different venue next time.

Got there. Was seated, ordered after 15 mins to be told they only had butterfly chicken!! Why not tell us upon arrival?!

First time at Nando,s and what a disappointment, don't know what all the fuss is about, basic overpriced food.

Sat for around 45 minutes waiting on food which is understandable when it's busy. The waitress then dropped the plates on our table and her service was terrible!! Small portion and chips weren't that warm either.

I had to wait 15 min just to get a seat but that’s not what agitated needs it’s the wait after that at least 10 min. My first time coming to Nando and I have to say omg! The portion they provide for one order is ridiculously small . I ordered a chicken with two sides which I chose chips and a naan . I swear the naan are so small and they don’t even look like naan. The chips are probable counted 25 and the chicken is small.with a drink I pay 17.50 ridiculously too much and I swear I’m still hungry. I’m not even a good eater lol I only weigh 65 pounds. Smh never coming back here if I had the opportunity I would of given you a 0 but that’s not an option unfortunately

This is a dirty grubby restaurant, all the tables and sticky and filthy even after a wipe down, I guess management don't believe in resealling tables once a year, all the free standing tables are wobbling all over the place with dirty napkins rammed under them to try stop them shaking, there's food all over the floor that doesn't get cleaned up, the menus are disgusting with splatters of food and sauce all over them, really disgusting place needs a massive clean or the staff need better training

Came here with my wife while Xmas shopping. Food was not good at all, order prob the same at every nandos but this was the worst!

in the seating area it's a bit warmer than outside, not by much though, had to eat with my jacket on

My only criticism is in respect of the time it took for our food to arrive after ordering. Just under one hour. Food was excellent when it finally arrived.

Very expensive for small portions of chicken and chips I can make at home for a fraction of the price… but it’s good for teenagers who like to spend their pocket money

Staff where very slow and ignorant. Had to ask for half of our order as they just left it sitting. Place was very dirty. Tables were full of dirty plates as staff where to busy laughing and joking about customers than doing there job

Really enjoyed the food, the chicken was succulent. We had a problem and our server dealt with it quickly and politely. Couldn't have been more impressed.

By a long way, the worst nando's I've been too. The serves was atrocious! From the first plate arriving on the table to the last of our small group being served was nearly an hour, despite a few gentle nudges. Plenty of staff, just few willing to work!

Enjoyed meal treat from daughter but server had terrible greasy hair and bo smell kinda puts u off sorry but staff should look presentable not here

Went there for first time. Went with the wife and sister in law. Really enjoyed it.

Friendly & fast service, ordered from the online menu and had drink glasses brought over almost instantly. Tables were clean & toilets.

There was a ten minute wait due to staff shortages but that is understandable given the current circumstances and was dealt with well. Food was all of a high standard and service quick and friendly. Extra compliments to the manager this evening (08/08) who is a pleasure to deal with and does everything with professionalism and a smile on his face.

Staff are absolutely brilliant and so accommodating with assistance dog making life so much easier

Not been to a nandos for about 4 years, now I remember why. Wrap and chips, wrap on its own 2 water £17. Get ur own cutlery,get ur own water,get ur own sauces. Really so wot am I paying for! totally over rated!! Couldn't really understand person who served me,didn't help as it was so noisy, music, noise from the shopping centre. On the plus side my granddaughter left a boots and a mac gift card on the table,went back guys had put it in bin,thought they were empty, however he went into bin and got them out,so got them back thankfully, that was the high light of our visit

Its a Nandos. But its a good one. Staff are friendly and the service is fast

Was told by the manager Ryan Dickson “away you go” when I challenged his attitude to us - he wasn’t going to allow us in to the restaurant as tills were down for 5 mins Very abrupt and had no customer service skills and a bad attitude

if i could i would give no star,worse branch i have ever been.Walked in there was only 1 table ordered veggie food and waited 35mins,there was 5 table came after us and got served while we were waiting.food came out but staff was too busy chatting each other.wrap came cold (no wonder it was waiting there 10mins before somebody bothered bringing it to table.avoid this place with all costs.

Glasgow Quay is much better than this one. Attitude of waiters was not good also complained about chicken being burnt from outside and under cooked from inside, however was told nothing can be done since we had ate abit of it not even much. We also asked for extra hot spice and the chicken and corn was not coated properly. Only 1 side of corn was coated. After all that it was £60 aswell. Not worth it

Used to enjoy nandos. This trip felt like a big fail. Missing things on menu, hard to get sauces and some of the chicken was disgusting looking. Put off unfortunately.

After a very long day we decided to treat ourselves to a Nandos. Unfortunately we waited for 30 minutes and no sign of our meal. When it became clear our order was not coming, Gemma went to investigate & took it upon herself to get behind the workstation and processed our order as a matter of priority. We were just about to leave but boy were we glad we didnt. I can highly recommend the side of spiced grains, butternut squash and feta cheese 👌 Gemma was very apologetic, her customer service is to be commended 🥇 We passed on our sincere thanks to the manager Kaley. Staff were fantastic, even though they were short staffed, and food was lovely. Only reason it was 4 stars is due to not being able to order online as requested. Staff were kind enough to take order manually though

Probably the 3rd time I've been into a Nandos now. Overall not bad, but had to wait 45 mins for a table. When we got seated, we were told we had to order via the app, which was not an easy task and took about 20mins. A fair few of the dishes on the menu were not available, so 2 out of 3 of is didn't get what we initially wanted. However, the food we did get was pretty decent, and no complaints there. Overall OK, without being great.

Very attentive and friendly staff. Californian waiter made ordering easy and Lee super helpful. Both checking all well with food and drinks; which it was. Well cooked extra hot meaty wings and bottomless cola. Well done guys - a well spiced Nando's team 😁👍

Excellent portions. Even compared to other Nandos. Food cooked perfectly. Friendly staff who seemed rushed off their feet but still maintained their possitive attitude.

First time having Nandos peri peri chicken. Lovely and fresh, great veggies too. My partner loved it but not really my thing although it was tasty, I just don't like the sauce but just my personal taste.

You can’t beat a cheeky Nando’s on the floor of your nearby hotel, you can sprawl out afterwards (socially unacceptable in public) and still enjoy the awesomeness that is the sweet sweet taste of yummy chicken!! Big shoutout to the Braehead crew! Lovely takeout!!

Never had a table been turned away countless times when clearly there are tables empty. Staff miserable. Love Nandos but don't bother with this one anymore five guys next door is thumbs up.

Best Nando's in Glasgow is Waterloo Street staff friendly and they come over to see if every thing okay with the meal plus ask if we need more drink 5 stars 🌟
