Greatly improved with the investment / upgrades outdoors. Food has also seen big improvements. Can get really busy at times, which is a positive. Still tremendous potential for more though, but appreciate it costs ££££££. Give it a go.

Was there recently from US, visiting my great family in Bishopton. Food, service, atmosphere was amazing.

Lovely wee place for a pint or 2. Recently refurbished, very comfortable and lovely food served, particularly the pizzas which we tend to go for when we're in. Usually some sport on the numerous tv's (usually footie) so always something to talk about!

Here today with my daughter's and grand daughter's excellent food excellent service and fantastic value for money, well done to the new owners for making this a very affordable place to come with all the family

Bar was far too busy new bar staff cannot handle the crowds, This is my local where I was not allowed entry due to it being “too full” smoking area is now closed so you are bombarded with smoke at the main enterance. Bring the old pub back

First time for a lunch meal and the food was superb especially lentil and ham soup

Fish chips were cold fish was not cooked long enough my wife got the steak pie roast potatoes were cold and hard what a waste of Money Sorry we stopped off.

What can I say about the Red Fox Inn 1st time visitors and it won't be the last from the welcoming staff the atmosphere in the Red Fox Inn and can't forget the outstanding food and of course the outstanding value as well we really enjoyed it and will definitely be back one day

It was pretty empty, so it's hard to judge the atmosphere. Got a couple of silly things wrong with order, or would have been 5 stars.

Loved the prices and the food was better than expected for the money. 2 courses for £7.95. That included chicken pakora, stuffed mushrooms or homemade soup. Mains. Steak pie with roasted potatoes and veg. Scampi and chips. Curry.

Nice pint. Gents toilets need upgraded, very poor condition. Upstairs in general is musty, damp. Could do with an upgrade.

Found this by "mistake" but I'm so glad we did, the food,service and everything about this place was GREAT!!

What a joke we went last night my partner got her right away it was a burger and chips half hour late I got mine and it was a steak witch was cooked from frozen and it was rotten 100% not be back the place has went right down hill

Was advised that the owners previously owned The Grill in Erskine so had to try it out as we loved going there before the fire. Well we definitely weren't disappointed! Honestly the best South Indian Garlic Chilli curry ever! The lasagne was also extremely good. Prices very reasonable too. Will definitely return.

Stop wasting money on a rubbish DJ and invest in a jukebox. I can barely hear myself speak! It's a pub not a nightclub Edit: Don't get cheeky with me sunshine, I'm not sure that jukebox even works anymore

There was a Dj playing however every TV, and there are many, was showing a random show. Which seemed odd. Unfortunately I preffered the old layout and atmosphere of the Bishopton Inn. Feel the homely vibes of this long standing Inn are long gone. My diet coke mixer was disgusting. Doubt I'll ever be back.

Been in loads of times. This time the food wasn't up to scratch. Batter on fish very pale. Cut back on quantity. It doesn't seem fresh. Won't be back.

Nice pub do good food outdoor space, great choice of beers 🍻 and of course the great atmosphere pop in in enjoy 😉

Food was basic blast frozen, heat at point of sale. Staff were okay. Wetherspoons better quality, value, service and range of refreshments.

Ordered fish when it came out it was a deep orange colour obviously frozen with strange coating with frozen chips. This wasn't cheap and I was disappointed the colour resembled an Indian battery mix didn't enjoy it at all. Staff fine served quickly.

Not for me , people vaping at the bar/pool table area ! Large dog wandering around pub whilst owner stood at pool table Didn't even bother to stay for food Toilets in poor condition and very dirty and unkempt Could do so much more with this pub, I used to visit regularly and had some lovely meals and nice evenings it has got very run down . Maybe I just visited on a bad day !

Small pub and restaurant with a pool table. Good for a little local place to go. I love that they have free events for kids on occasion.

We went mid afternoon. Didn't eat there. The bar staff was friendly and helpful. Think it would have a great atmosphere in the evening or night. Lot's of things going on.

Friendly helpful staff. Large menu of varied dishes. Freshly cooked. Large sports TV's if you wish to see. Family and dog friendly.

This was so different from the last owners and the last time that I ate there. The food was served quickly and absolutely beautiful. The whole party were totally positive about the whole evening. This is a very very big uptick from previous owners, well done and keep it up. We will definitely be back.

Shocking display of professionalism there is a cctv camera in the male toilet piercing on people the owner should be ashamed of himself/herself.

Visited Red Fox 1st time for lunch. Chose the £7.95 3 course lunch and was amazed at the quality of food. Soup was delicious as was the fish and chips and then finished off with ice cream. Will definitely be returning for lunch.

Great place we had lunch there was delicious and great value.

Couldn’t finish my pizza for lunch today and asked if I could have something to take it away in. That’ll be £1, said the server. I had already paid for for the pizza. I had paid £40 for our lunch in total. I think to charge £1 is excessive. Folk at the next table were shocked too. The remaining half pizza was binned. Food waste in such times as these is shameful. There are other places to go for lunch.

Visited for dinner and a pint Went for a medium rare ribeye steak It was cooked to absolute perfection and well seasoned . Fantastic value at £18 Will be back Beer was slso good 👍

Nice place with a good menu and really good prices. Family friendly, cosy and well set up. Broadcast different sports on TV and organise music nights.

Staff are excellent, especially the assistant Manager, Conlon, he's a good laugh but keeps it professional at the same time. Meals are lovely and the place is spotless! Highly recommended 👌

Been to this place several times enjoyed meals as food was always good Tonight was in what I thought was the restaurant where you eat Looking at reviews says good ambience nice place to eat . Tonight was a disaster noise was horrendous from a table as it was all screaming no talking .When I complained waitress put hand up as if to say be quiet probably because she couldn’t hear me as I couldn’t make out anything if she even had goodness to talk to me as our meal was ruined left most of it as , if I wanted to sit at local rugby club and drink I would as it would have been quieter staff did not even ask why I left my meal they cannot be same staff that in past where very good would ask if everything was okay I know they won’t miss my custom or my immediate family as we prefer to eat a meal in relative peace .

The service was good. Staff were friendly. Good variety of meals on the menu including a businessmans lunch. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. All in all a good visit. I will be back

Went in for food for the first time. Overpriced for what it is! Chill con carne was served with pilau rice and in an Indian dish. They seem confused lol
