Waiting time so long, food coming cold

Took 2 hours to arrive. Everything was stone cold. Reheated it and had the worst lunch in recent memory.

Nuggets missing cost £9 odd refunded £6 👎🏻

driver took ages (longer than expected) and on the map it seemed as if they were completely lost

food was great, warm and exactly how it was supposed to be with instructions, delivered by a friendly driver.

6 of the 14 machines not working can't pay contacless by card what the mess

The 20 chicken nuggets were cold and tasted off and they did not send the dips (we ask for sweet curry )The Philly cheeseburger was cold and the cheese was dried up it was so bad that I gave it to my dog . £20 down the drain . Never again will I you this outlet ( braehead Glasgow )

Two items missing from order which was disappointing

Food was freezing, coffee freezing, order missing 4 items really shocking service!!!

I paid for 2 McFlurry’s. They did not get delivered.

my order was canceled yet McDonald's when phoned said driver refused to take it . eventually it came and items missing !!!

I didn’t receive a single item that I had ordered.

Once again I was missing two smoothies

the driver was on his phone when he made the delivery

Hi there my order missing and they said its been delivered and a have not received it

been waiting over 4 hours says it's been delivered but it hasn't!

There was only a handful of chips in the packets and they were almost cold.

Never turned up. Didnt answer the phone

Salty chips,overdone burger:very small, vowed I wouldn't go back and I did,nothing like the TV pics.

Took over 4hours to come, was cold, had to order from another place. went in the bin.

The meal was missing a quarter pounder with cheese, a McFlurry and a Fanta.

Waited over an hour for delivery. Chips were soggy, Big Mac thrown together and my Sprite Zero was just carbonated water. Horrible.

Waited over 5 hours for food to say it had been delivered went hadn’t avoid at all cost

order was late and arrived with no meals just milkshakes driver says call restaurant with calls not been answered kids left with no dinner

My food and my sons food is absolutely freezing

It was really good to get the food delivery early.

Order was completely wrong. Asked for ketchup and mustard to be left out as cannot have these condiments and both burgers arrived with ketchup ! Ridiculous McDonalds especially when you have the order in writing !

There was pickles in cheese burger when asked for none. As I have a very picky child who completely refused to eat it now even when I removed the pickle.

Ordered over 2 hours ago and still awaiting delivery..apparently within the next 35 minutes..by which point if it arrives it'll be almost 3 hours since ordering

There was no Big Mac meal in my double burger offer and the chicken share box did not come

Ordered a meal and it got delivered and the burger was missing? My chips and drink came but my burger which is obviously the main part of the meal was missing. I phoned the branch and they couldn’t do anything. The person who answered the phone said aw that’s why I tell them to double check the bags and went on to tell me they can’t do anything and to get on to just eat for a refund. Doesnt help me at the time at all I’ve now got chips and a drink and that’s all.

Food was cold chips weren’t cooked at all ice cream was pretty much defrosted want a full refund definitely not paying for that it’s shocking

Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. An order that was put in at 1.30pm did not arrive until 15.20pm. The time delay was bad enough given the McDonalds is only a mile away. Worse still was the food, which was stone cold and inedible…

not all of my stuff was delivered, I ordered a happy meal with 4 nuggets and it was no where to be seen, my dad called the place from where it was delivered and they instantly hing up on him, do better

A thank you would be nice at the pick up point would be good rather than dumping your food down and walking away

Arrived pretty much at time asked. Like most the picture isn’t matched entirely with what you get but Philly burger was closer than most. Oddly franchise is listed as being in Glasgow but it is actually at Braehead in Renfrew, very close to Glasgow tbf but nearly scrolled by it in the app as thought had wrong one.

Food was really cold which appears to be a trend these days

good food and a quick delivery....and the food was hot.

Driver was amazing with the kids

no dips all the time especially with mix & match.

The double quarter pounder had pickles and onions etc everything I asked to be removed was not.

Went here yesterday. Very nice food and got it quickly.

Freshly cooked and still hot when it got here. driver was super friendly too 👍

was sent wrong meal yet again. won't be ordering from here again as it's happening too often now

Ordered to help with a busy night and needed less hassle. You forgot to out one of the kids toys in the happy meal. I now have world war three on my hands. Won't be doing that again. Food cold when it arrived. Juice bottles sitting inside mcflurrys. Driver also put the bag on top of my car when chapping the door.

Wrong order sent. One plain Big Mac, no Quarter pounders with cheese. only one Mozarella dippers, no McNuggets. Ordered food for two people, not enough delivered for two meals. I'm still hungry. Phone number is out of service. Not impressed.

Only issue is my food bags were stinking of smoke and not cigarette smoke

Food hot, mcflurrys frozen. Fast delivery. No ketchup dip in order.

Spot on with delivery time and good amazing. Best Mcds I have had from Braehead.
