McDonald's in Renfrewshire

I have been charged twice for this order!!

There was no Big Mac meal in my double burger offer and the chicken share box did not come

Ordered a meal and it got delivered and the burger was missing? My chips and drink came but my burger which is obviously the main part of the meal was missing. I phoned the branch and they couldn’t do anything. The person who answered the phone said aw that’s why I tell them to double check the bags and went on to tell me they can’t do anything and to get on to just eat for a refund. Doesnt help me at the time at all I’ve now got chips and a drink and that’s all.

Food was cold chips weren’t cooked at all ice cream was pretty much defrosted want a full refund definitely not paying for that it’s shocking

Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. An order that was put in at 1.30pm did not arrive until 15.20pm. The time delay was bad enough given the McDonalds is only a mile away. Worse still was the food, which was stone cold and inedible…

whole order wrong. drinks spilled everywhere with nothing left in them

2 hours from when I ordered until delivery. food was cold. waste of money.

A thank you would be nice at the pick up point would be good rather than dumping your food down and walking away

Never again twice ordered something from there and both times it was cold when I got it

not all of my stuff was delivered, I ordered a happy meal with 4 nuggets and it was no where to be seen, my dad called the place from where it was delivered and they instantly hing up on him, do better

Food was really cold which appears to be a trend these days

Arrived pretty much at time asked. Like most the picture isn’t matched entirely with what you get but Philly burger was closer than most. Oddly franchise is listed as being in Glasgow but it is actually at Braehead in Renfrew, very close to Glasgow tbf but nearly scrolled by it in the app as thought had wrong one.

I never got chips with both my happy meals !! Would like some sent out or a refund

good food and a quick delivery....and the food was hot.

Driver was amazing with the kids

no dips all the time especially with mix & match.

The double quarter pounder had pickles and onions etc everything I asked to be removed was not.

Been in better Donalds than this ordered 3 meals of which chips were very mixed som hot some cold obviously two batches mixed

Missing a burger- got the rest of the meal had to refund the missing part and reorder from a different McDonalds

Idiots can’t read a receipt and put stuff in a bag

Forgot my dips as usual, absolute useless

I am ordered, and I didn’t get my chicken nuggets, so what do I do?

Went here yesterday. Very nice food and got it quickly.

Freshly cooked and still hot when it got here. driver was super friendly too 👍

was sent wrong meal yet again. won't be ordering from here again as it's happening too often now

Ordered to help with a busy night and needed less hassle. You forgot to out one of the kids toys in the happy meal. I now have world war three on my hands. Won't be doing that again. Food cold when it arrived. Juice bottles sitting inside mcflurrys. Driver also put the bag on top of my car when chapping the door.

I’m so disappointed I ordered a triple cheeseburger and got a double and my fries were cold I’m so disappointed

There was no double chicken Big Mac meal included in our order! The juice was there no fries no burger

food was good but just wish they would put straws in the bag and the sauce I ordered, 😒 especially when it's milkshakes for kids

The 2 Big Macs had to be binned after few bites tasted like soap or cleaning stuff!

Terrible experience, Arrived soggy and cold. Asked for no cheese on a burger but arrived with possibly double the amount of cheese.

Wrong order sent. One plain Big Mac, no Quarter pounders with cheese. only one Mozarella dippers, no McNuggets. Ordered food for two people, not enough delivered for two meals. I'm still hungry. Phone number is out of service. Not impressed.

I was missing part of my order from the establishment I ordered from but the delivery was on time

Only issue is my food bags were stinking of smoke and not cigarette smoke

Food hot, mcflurrys frozen. Fast delivery. No ketchup dip in order.

Spot on with delivery time and good amazing. Best Mcds I have had from Braehead.

Food freezing on delivery and MISSING Ice cream. All went I the bin as I have no microwave !!!

Not hot, not cold. Tasted fine enough. Was a toss up between BK and MCD's, I lost. 😠

Most of the dips were missing from the order but apart from that food was hot and as expected.

Food was not hot or even warm. Nuggets tasted like they had been made few hours before and cold. Only decent thing was the McFlurry.

They never sent us straws and they offered us free chicken nuggets but they never gave us the chicken nuggets

Food was absolutely frozen. Had to reheat everything in microwave. Ice cream was fully melted

The order arrived on time minus 10 portions of large fries but I called the restaurant and they sent them but only brought 9 so one child was left with no fries at a birthday party

paid for extra bbq and curry sauce to receive none, not even the ones it's asks you to select with nuggets. also no straws or napkins with the order. big inconvenience as this was delivered to work and don't have full kitchen stuff. not impressed

It was the wrong food it had sauceand pickel on it I ordered a plain cheese burger was not happy about this so I went in the bin I want a refund for this wrong order

It was longer than 60 minutes late, it was around 2 and a half hours late which meant the food was freezing and not nice at all

No dips!!! None of the 3 included with the cheese bites and none of the 2 paid for either at a cost of 1.40 total. Never get anything right. Also no straw. Cold chips and bashed about burger 🍔 total disgrace.

The food that arrived was perfect. Unfortunately, quite a few items were missing. But that said the driver was brilliant and followed the instructions to find our rather obscured location. Special thanks to delivery driver for being so lovely.

Was only a small order Cheese Quarter Pounder Meal and 6 Chicken Nuggets . I didn't receive the nuggets but they put the ketchup in the bag chips were frozen just don't understand why staff get orders wrong
