I wish to thank the staff of the Food Hall, and Fiona, the First Aider, for the way they looked after me earlier today, when I become unwell ..they gave me a place to sit, something to eat and drink and time to recover before I left..and also to Fiona ,who walked me to my car ,to make sure I got there OK. ..many thanks to all ...Jill Gallagher

Fantastic outlet inside a nice indoor market, the whole experience was a pleasure from ordering to eating. The staff are super friendly and the meal was served quickly. Coffee and tea readily available along with soft drinks, fresh ingredients always will definitely return and it won't be long!!! Well done guys 😀

Very busy place but food was good. We ordered Small English with coffee and blueberry cake. I had to remind them about a cake and when it came to cutting slices, they were thinner than should be as customers ordering after us got their cake first and it was almost gone. We got complimentary slice of other cake. Coffee is great and free with a breakfast ( very small cup ). If you want to buy coffee and cake for example it will be normal size cup.

Very poor, understaffed is an understatement. We queued for 15 mins to be told when we got to the counter that hot food had finished at 1.30pm, 4 minutes before we got to the counter but 11 minutes in the queue. A sign stating this would have been better for customers. While I waited at a table I had to ask a staff member to clear the table from the previous customer. Couldn't rate the food as we didn't get any. Over priced latte in a mug for £2.95 & a Yorkshire tea for £1.80. Not a good experience & will definitely not return. Couldn't rate it zero stars.

Went to Market Harbough on Friday 20th August looking foward to a breakfast at the cafe but we were disappointed with it First of all they got the breakfast mixed up then when it came we thought the tomato’s would be tinned but we got two little slices of a tomato then the sausage was too hard to eat and also the bacon was so hard and over cooked we could not eat that either. and they charged us £6 pound and I am pretty sure last time we went there it was £3.95 which is quite a big different

Enjoyed a very fresh, generous, cheese salad in this light, friendly café set in among the fascinating stalls of the indoor market.

Best fish and chip shop in Harborough. Very extensive menu. Service can be a bit slow at times as they do a lot of online orders.

When we arrived on Easter Sunday, we had booked a table 2 days in advance. The first staff member I encountered walked straight past me when I said "Excuse me". So I went to the bar, where I had to wait for them to get off their phones. I then said "Excuse me" again. The staff member started to deal with me, then answered the phone. Then who I thought was the manager, started to deal with me. But was then interrupted by another customer. So I was sort of gazumped and had to wait for the first staff member to come off the phone. Eventually we were shown to our table, where the paper menus were thrown onto the table by this staff member then he just walked off without a word (I was hoping the food wouldn't end up thrown onto the table too!) The waitress who dealt with us mostly was obviously bored of doing her job. The other two who occasionally served us were really nice. We ordered 3 carvery's for us and a friend and two hamburgers for our two teenage children. The buns on the hamburgers were stone cold. The carvery's were excellent as were the team that served them. We hadn't ordered desserts yet and a woman (who I assumed was the managers wife) came to add another table to ours claiming that this was for the next lot of customers. We understood this to mean that we needed to eat up and get out. She took our dessert and coffee orders. My cappucino was cold. Eventually I went to go and pay and the "manager" didn't know who I was, nor which table I was at. I gave my name and thought that this would be enough to find out which table we had booked. A younger staff member then told him the table number. I paid him by card, he took the receipts and gave them to me, then turned his back on me. No thank you. No have a nice day, nothing. The bored waitress who dealt with us had the manners to say thank you as we left. All in all disappointing. I thought that the managers (husband and wife?) needed to be a bit more courteous as we didn't feel welcome. Can't fault the carvery nor the staff serving, probably the only good thing from our experience there. I think they need to come back down to earth and learn some of the basics of customer service. Although I'm originally from the UK I have been based in France for the last 28 years, where staff members in restaurants say "Hello" and then "Have a nice day" when you leave as a matter of course. Even in restaurant chains. Those "small" gestures go a hell of a long way!

Went on mothers day, wasn't informed when booking it was a set menu and was surprised to find out it was £36 pp. Carvery was nothing special, disappointing really.
