Waited over 2 hours food was cold and all soggy won't be back

New owners are rude as they come. Shouting as loud as they can no consideration for customers. Asked for a lamb shish kebab, they scammed me for chicken and still charged me for a lamb one. Heard them call be a name as I left the establishment because I left the door open even though it was already open the whole time I was there.

Called in to try a Parmo, being from the south it's a novelty. Big portions, very good value for money in my opinion & the Parmo was very tasty.

These guys are on fire today. Best pizza I've had in ages. Loads of flavour in the tomato base and cooked to perfection. Cheers Marinos

Was good before when owners new me personally but in the recent I dont recognize these voices.... I think there just more immigrants who are laughing at me...... no more though I am 100% old school white british and i am sick of your lot thinking we should be scared and pay everything for ya

Ordered food pizza box came soggy also got cheese chips and they were stone cold just like the pizza the cheese was like cardboard.The man said it would be 45 minutes it took way longer than that and didn’t even have the correct change at hand

Usually very good, if there have been any problems the owner goes out of his way to rectify them

Only got the kids Donner meal for £4. Could have fed 2 adults. Really good value fir money.

Beautiful parmo and great portion sizes! Garlic mayo was unreal! The only thing was we got rung about our order that it was going to be an extra £5 to deliver to Dalton on Tees so be wary if you are on outskirts of Darlington as didn't expect to pay £1.50 delivery online and another fiver

1st September 2023. I have had the worst meal delivered. Also told one price and charged more at the door. This takeaway is getting reported... Do not order from here!! 🤢🤮.

Got the wrong pizza i ordered a hotshot but gave me something with pineapple and bacon 🤦🏼‍♂️ and was not even made properly the sweetcorn was falling everywhere AND VERY COLD, the donner kebab was burnt and like card board.. will never go back. I only went there as the other pizza shops were closed.

Ordered from here last night for tea but unfortunately the meat and chips went into bin as tasted awful and cheeseburger tasted tasteless not what we normally expect from Marinos.

Oh lovely kebab ! good size portions, I can't fault anything at Marino's - clean premises, polite staff, good food, fair prices what more do you want ?!

Ordered meal deal 6a tiny bit kebab meat should be large also full parmo which was tiny absolute rotten asked for refund told to wait till it quietens down was recommended I wouldn't feed my dog it

Called in on my way home after seeing the Pizza Pies that they do. Ordered a medium pizza pie stuffed with kebab meat. Quite a large pizza for a medium. Food itself was OK but found that the kebab meat inside was pretty dried out.

i always order from marinos and love the food usually, however today’s experience was disappointing. The Pizza came stone cold, with the bade just tasting under cooked, so much so i had to put it back in the oven. The chips were also cold and under cooked, i didn’t get to eat my food straight away as i’ve had to re cook this myself. Which defeats the full point of a takeaway👎🏽

Ordered a pizza last night mushrooms were uncooked pepperoni looked stale gave me a bad belly all night, happened a few times from here now food is disgusting will never come again 🤢🤮

Great food everytime. Can recommend the kiev pizza & the garlic sauce is delicious. Donner meat is nice & not too spicy or chewy, great amount of chips nicely cooked.

The Parmo is something else, never knew about parmo until I came up North and now I'm hooked and this is one of those places responsible for it lol. The portions are huge and the Parmo itself cheesy and delicious cant get enough, with excellent friendly service this place is a true find.

The best pizza takeaway in Darlington everytime

Great food when they get the delivery correct, but they have a history of making more mistakes than the UK government and it’s a lottery to if orders are delivered as ordered, or in a reasonable time frame, very poor tonight .

Marinos is without doubt the best takeaway in Darlington if not the entire country! We have tried many takeaways and have ALWAYS been disappointed. They are professional, smiley and friendly. You HAVE to try it!

Box special... No way, I get quarter pounder not half pounder and they refused to talk about it... Forget about it is what they they said...
