Not yet delivered after one and hour half still waiting the manager keep sayings it coming have called them several times same message again and again

Cold had to microwave everything

Food was warm chips and rice and sausages were boss the rest not so great and delivery time was bad

one of the worst takeaways i have ever had and took over an hour to get hear

Stunning! Best Chinese in town!

Really good, the special fried was nice and fresh and good chips like you would expect. Don’t hesitate will be ordering again.

Price amazing. Everything but the Thai red curry it was like eating sugar cubes. Last time I checked a Thai red was salt and spicy. Really disappointed as it was my main the it in the bin. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes after the agreed time for collection. Order was incomplete, meaning one of my diners had to get something to eat from another takeaway.

Waited 2 hours for delivery. All I got from restaurant was that they were busy. However our order was accepted 1 mins after they opened for business. Sadly unacceptable

Ordered at 7.30 and rang at 9pm to see if it was out for delivery. They confirmed it had just been packed up and was out for delivery. Turned up at 9.35. Was cold and the chips were hard. Ended up putting halve of it in the bin.

Order placed at 7:45. Delivery window 8:50-910. Called restaraunt at 9:20 and they said they hadn't even started cooking it yet and would be another 35 minutes. First and last time trying this place. Avoid!

The chips arrive soggy and cold chicken in the chow mein was hard and didn’t receive curry

was very tasty only issue was too many onions in the curry

Got a munchies box, chips were cold and rock hard, chicken balls soggy, crispy chicken nearly broke my teeth didn’t eat the rest was vile very disappointed

Late food no apology for being late, asked for food without any onions or vegetables in, came full of onions and vegetables, why have the option to leave a note for the restaurant if they’re just going to ignore it ?

Food quality, quantity and delivery good but two points need explaining.The curry is described as including boiled rice but fried rice 50p extra. Not so. £2 boiled rice, £2.50 fried rice. Also the meals were not hot enough, required some heating.

Waited nearly 2 hours for order from ordering to arrival. Tough chicken and very very salty

Order over an hour late. Was told it was on its way, called back 45 mins later to be told just left the shop. Salt and pepper chips were cold and tasted stale. Won’t be ordering again

Normally my favourite Chinese but tonight has disappointed me food was late only by about 5 minutes which I couldn’t complain about if I received hot food but the food was stone cold

Some times the chips seem old and reheated, but all in all a lovely meal.

Food was lovely especially the house special curry and chicken chow mein. Delivery took quite a while but food was piping hot and we all enjoyed it.

Ask for no onions in my curry, and it was full of onions 😡

50 minutes late for collection, when finally got the food it was stone cold.

Good food but really shocking delivery, nearly 3 hours after ordering it arrived (1 and a half hours after the estimated time) requested money back and was offered £3.00. Really put me off ordering in the future

It was late due to driver problems. The food was cold. However after a couple of minutes in the microwave, it was really nice and would order it again.

Nice food but had to wait almost two hours for food which is a little disappointing.

Compared to our recent order, which was cold and late —. and the promised refund for same— DragonPlace supplied food which was hot, on time and and of excellent quality. I have recommended this restaurant already.

Food was over 1 hr late (2 hrs + from time of order). Given two cans of Coke as compensation. When food arrived it was delicious but spoilt by the long wait.

Was 60minutes after the estimated delivery time, (2hrs) when it finally did it was lukewarm. I can say it was flavoursome still however. Most likely won’t be returning

I ordered a house special fried rice, which is my usual order. This is the only time I've been disappointed. My rice was very white and it looked very undercooked. It wasn't that brown cooked colour that I am used to.

Did take longer but they were really busy (bank holiday weekend) Personally I'd rather wait and get fresh, hot food, which is what I got. Absolutely spot on food. No complaints whatsoever!!!

Used this takeaway few time in past had a takeaway last weekend got chicken fried rice curry sauce found curry sauce gloopy and chicken fried rice not much taste needs too improve

Probably the worst Chinese meal in living memory. Revolting, tasteless, not a vegetable in sight. Just chicken in mass-produced, tasteless gloop.

Beautiful food as always. Haven’t ordered from here in quite a while because we couldn’t really afford it but so glad when we had a bit extra we chose this takeaway. The only place where there’s no funny bits in the chicken. Vegetables in the meals are always lovely and fresh. Just honestly feels like a home cooked meal left on your doorstep. Staff are always lovely when you call the shop. They never forget anything from your order and packaging is great. Thank you so much :)
