Waited 2 hours for delivery. All I got from restaurant was that they were busy. However our order was accepted 1 mins after they opened for business. Sadly unacceptable

Never had a bad one yet lovely food just need to make beef chow main with more juice was a bit dry ,but lovely anyway

I don't know why your delivery person finds it necessary to hold my buzzer repeatedly I heard the first time I'm on the ground floor I'm 2 seconds from the door. very rude absolutely no need I'm not deaf nor are my neighbours . disgusting ! compliments to your chef food was delicious employ a new driver

Order placed at 7:45. Delivery window 8:50-910. Called restaraunt at 9:20 and they said they hadn't even started cooking it yet and would be another 35 minutes. First and last time trying this place. Avoid!

Ordered at 7.30 and rang at 9pm to see if it was out for delivery. They confirmed it had just been packed up and was out for delivery. Turned up at 9.35. Was cold and the chips were hard. Ended up putting halve of it in the bin.

Wasn’t keen on the chicken Maryland as they put syrup in it, plus garden peas rather than marrowfat peas.

My order arrived late, driver appologised. Food was freezing cold and had to be reheated.

chips were like rubber like they had been reheated from day before

We ordered sweet and sour sauce and they sent gravy. Spoilt one persons meal

The chips arrive soggy and cold chicken in the chow mein was hard and didn’t receive curry

was very tasty only issue was too many onions in the curry

Got a munchies box, chips were cold and rock hard, chicken balls soggy, crispy chicken nearly broke my teeth didn’t eat the rest was vile very disappointed

Late food no apology for being late, asked for food without any onions or vegetables in, came full of onions and vegetables, why have the option to leave a note for the restaurant if they’re just going to ignore it ?

Food quality, quantity and delivery good but two points need explaining.The curry is described as including boiled rice but fried rice 50p extra. Not so. £2 boiled rice, £2.50 fried rice. Also the meals were not hot enough, required some heating.

Waited nearly 2 hours for order from ordering to arrival. Tough chicken and very very salty

Order over an hour late. Was told it was on its way, called back 45 mins later to be told just left the shop. Salt and pepper chips were cold and tasted stale. Won’t be ordering again

Normally my favourite Chinese but tonight has disappointed me food was late only by about 5 minutes which I couldn’t complain about if I received hot food but the food was stone cold

Some times the chips seem old and reheated, but all in all a lovely meal.

Food was lovely especially the house special curry and chicken chow mein. Delivery took quite a while but food was piping hot and we all enjoyed it.

Ask for no onions in my curry, and it was full of onions 😡

Good food but really shocking delivery, nearly 3 hours after ordering it arrived (1 and a half hours after the estimated time) requested money back and was offered £3.00. Really put me off ordering in the future

Order was an hour late from the time it said was arriving, rang the restaurant and the woman was more than apologetic and explained that they were just really busy tonight, which I understood as these things happen. Food arrived piping hot and was lovely as per 😊. My go to Chinese 👌

It was late due to driver problems. The food was cold. However after a couple of minutes in the microwave, it was really nice and would order it again.

Nice food but had to wait almost two hours for food which is a little disappointing.

Compared to our recent order, which was cold and late —. and the promised refund for same— DragonPlace supplied food which was hot, on time and and of excellent quality. I have recommended this restaurant already.

Food was over 1 hr late (2 hrs + from time of order). Given two cans of Coke as compensation. When food arrived it was delicious but spoilt by the long wait.

Terrible delivery time approx hour & 45 mins late from delivery time given & food was cold on arrival.

This place never misses, best Chinese in Darlington! Always piping hot, freshly cooked and absolutely delicious

Was 60minutes after the estimated delivery time, (2hrs) when it finally did it was lukewarm. I can say it was flavoursome still however. Most likely won’t be returning

I ordered a house special fried rice, which is my usual order. This is the only time I've been disappointed. My rice was very white and it looked very undercooked. It wasn't that brown cooked colour that I am used to.

Did take longer but they were really busy (bank holiday weekend) Personally I'd rather wait and get fresh, hot food, which is what I got. Absolutely spot on food. No complaints whatsoever!!!

Used this takeaway few time in past had a takeaway last weekend got chicken fried rice curry sauce found curry sauce gloopy and chicken fried rice not much taste needs too improve

1st time ordering and my partner was very impressed with the Crispy Shredded Beef, said it was delicious and exactly how it should be, crispy!!! Definitely recommend 👌🏼

Probably the worst Chinese meal in living memory. Revolting, tasteless, not a vegetable in sight. Just chicken in mass-produced, tasteless gloop.

Beautiful food as always. Haven’t ordered from here in quite a while because we couldn’t really afford it but so glad when we had a bit extra we chose this takeaway. The only place where there’s no funny bits in the chicken. Vegetables in the meals are always lovely and fresh. Just honestly feels like a home cooked meal left on your doorstep. Staff are always lovely when you call the shop. They never forget anything from your order and packaging is great. Thank you so much :)

I waited 2 hours from ordering my food for it to arrive and when I called the lady didn’t apologise for it being late.

Food was hot and tasted great, really recommend ordering we booked the food for getting back after a night out so it arrived 10 minutes after getting in. Great service and food.

It took 1 hour 25 mins delivery The chicken was not cooked through , the whole meal was cold! And the shredded beef was just hard batter. Our worst Chinese meal ever My husband said the spring rolls tasted like a shop bought semi heated Very disappointing

This was the only Chinese we order from but not any more! The food was terrible, chicken was over cooked and the chips had been cooked a few times they were so hard they were inedible! Never again

I always judge a place on its chicken curry and their chips. Always delicious. Love that they read the allergy notes. Had a few places send dishes without taking notice to the allergy notes.

One of the best red thai curries i have ever had plenty of meat, brilliany best chinese in darlington. Never had a bad one ordered 3 times now will not go anywhere else

Had to ring up as it said it had been delivered but it hadn't was told that at least another 20 minutes but end up being another 50 later We had ordered this for tea not supper in total I waited 2 hours 15 minutes from putting the order in

The curry sauce was so hot we couldn’t eat the food normally it’s mild but far to much heat to it
