Awful food and just as bad service when they get the order wrong

Love this take away, always friendly, always the same quality of food, great parmos, what more do ya need, keep up tge great work Marco’s 2!

Very rude on phone and delivery driver 10x worse

Been going to marcos for ages now and tonight I found some plastic in my parmo won’t be using again after this

Nice pizza & chips Good service

Used to be the best takeaway in Redcar but they took my money tonight and after 90 minutes of waiting for my food, I rang them up and they tried to gaslight me saying I never ordered the food or they didn't accept it. (despite the money leaving my bank acount). They could have been polite on the phone and just admitted the mistake but they kept doubling down and saying they didn't recieve my order at all. I would have let it go had they just admitted it first time over but it took 5 minutes on the phone for them to admit they'd refund me because they knew they'd messed up.

Ordered pizza as a after school treat for my 4 year old After waiting over an hour I rang to see where my order was to be told it was on its way, 30 minutes later rang again and they first said that my order has been delivered which it clearly hadn't! Then in the same conversation they say they can't find the order. So after 2 hours we had an upset and hungry 4 year old Its a shame the service is so disgusting as the food is actually really nice Won't be going back absolute let down

Last night we had a cup game at pool and we don’t normally do food for cup games. We chipped in and got £30 together and ordered a meal deal and an extra pizza and sauce. Every part of the meal was delicious and the lads were all impressed. So much so that we will likely be ordering from here for most home games now instead of making food. They even cut the Parmo up for us so everyone could help themselves. We will back as it was exceptional. Thanks guys

Rude. Food was an hour but when it arrived it was FREEZING cold. Phoned and the guy tells me they’re busy and then hangs up. Disgusting

2 parmos collected tonight. Absolutely faultless service and food. Parmos were bigger than expected, on time, piping hot and absolutely gorgeous. Definitely will be our new regular place.

The food was delicious and the delivery was fast first time and it wont be the last

Visited Marco's on a day trip to Redcar Beach. The food was all freshly cooked,with high standards of cleanliness, and professional standards. My 1/4 pounder was cooked pefect just how I like. Chips were crispy and fresh, and the donner meat AGAIN cooked perfectly, and loads of flavour. Not sure if chillie and garlic sauces are homemade but we're also lovely. Will be in redcar in a couple of weeks, will definitely be going back. Prices very affordable and reasonable. I am from London so for me an absolute bargain. All cos 6 pound!!! Thanks guys

Amazing food! Would definitely recommend! Fast delivery! Friendly staff! Tuna and sweetcorn pizza is fabulous, perfect parmos...huge too! Everything is piping hot when delivered too!

The worst takeaway in Redcar by far Food got delivered it was cold and dried out. Rang to complain was told they would collect food within 45 minutes and give refund. Rang back 1 hour later told to drop food off explained not possible. They said we’re to busy to collect and refund. SHOCKING !

Ordered a special kebab £9.90 it was literally fa huge portion of donner meat, 2 peices of chicken and the most smallest price of lamb I've ever seen, I'd be embarrassed to send that kebab out ,wasn't even £2 worth of meat .was rubbish never again !

Takes 2 hours for food rang 3 times.all I got was be there soon how soon I wonder its to late to order now I'm hungry

Ordered Kiev parmesan, onion rings and garlic mushrooms online. Food arrived within the time frame. Food was piping hot. Portions were a decent size and was delicious, would definitely recommend.

Best parmo worst service and rudest response. Waited over 2 hrs for delivery. Ordered for 8 still not here at 9. Rang and given the on its way response. Be careful what you order and be prepared to wait

Only tried the Kebabs but... oh my days unreal 🤯😍

Quite nice (although, always worried about what goes into burgers - so I opted for salad and coleslaw, to help with the guilt) and no chips. The burger in the bun tasted lovely (for a takeaway) - missed the ketchup though). Coleslaw good and two peppers in the salad, was better than the usual one - red cabbage good! Thanks

Ordered our food, ordered a taxi to go home then delivery driver offered a lift home. When he dropped us off he said we had to pay £5 for getting a lift. (Food is good though) but the cheap on him saying it was £5 for a lift. Should of just got in the taxi.

Order a meal deal and when it arrived they got the order wrong it tuck over 2 hours to replace even tho they where sending the food straight out in the end I told them to keep the food but still ended up nocking on my door at 12aclock after I told them not to bother all in all I waited over 3 hours they just lost a very good customer didn't even off me my money back

Took two and a half hours poor communication and told us multiple wrong times finally came at 22:57 when we ordered at 20:30. The food was cold and disgusting

Was great a few months back, now it’s complete rubbish. The quality of ingredients have took a turn for the worse such as the cheese. Parmos are under done and they always send soggy chips. Please don’t waste your money!

Try delivering on time shouldn't have to wait 1 and a half hours and still no food looking now for new pizza shop as this is not a one off it's every time. If hadn't paid by card would cancel order

3 times we have ordered food and took over 2.5 hours to arrive. Even though they marked as delivered on just eat. Not only was it late and cold we called 3 times and we just got fobbed off. Shame when they do it properly food is amazing. If your in a hurry order from somewhere else

Pizza was good apart from there was pineapple on it but pineapple was not on the list of toppings on the pizza

Pritty average food, kebabs seemed nice enough but what let them down was a pink chicken parmo. When you can not cook the food you sell something is wrong.

2 weekends in a row the meal deal was wrong. First time they said I'd get a free ??? whatever. So ordered again this weekend, stone cold doner meat, asked for jalapenos on the cheeseburger, not there. And they call it a cheeseburger ???? I've seen more cheese in a mousetrap. Never again !!! If I could rate 0 I would. EDIT emailed and phoned the takeaway but still no response 72 hours later !!!

Food was disgusting, cold and burnt! Delivery driver tried charging me £1 even though I had already paid via just eat. The bolognise pizza didn't even taste like bolognise, it was like salty mince slopped on the top. Chips were very cold and undercooked. The free garlic bread was burnt and didn't look like garlic bread. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy and definitely won't be returning!!!!

Order took 75 mins to com !! It was just warm ! Had pittza & chicken kebab !! 3 out of the 4 people who ate this had sickness just after eating this !! Think there was a problem with the chicken !! Won't be back !!

Terrible ordered last night, meal deal parmo pizza kebab, parmo was chewy, pizza was undercooked not very happy £17 wasted

Chips were undercooked very hard and cold on the inside. The price was made up and clearly doesn't add up on the menu. The delivery boy didn't even give me my change even though it was only 20p I don't think he would like me coming into b&m not giving him the right money. I know this because he's still in his uniform from today.
