Marco Reas Diner in Manchester

Got large breakfast £8.50, each toast half burnt one side , sausages very cheap poor quality taste eggs well over done tasted better at Morrisons and they are not great . First and last visit to it

Went in for drinks milkshakes with our toddler asked the young girl could we buy a few smarties for our little one was told no they are for toppings which I understand but I am sure she could have caused her common sense and let us have a few for our little one which I have worked in retail all my life and understand customer service which I don't think she gets won't come in again not very friendly.

We always visit here when in Manchester to see family. Friendly staff and a big menu to choose from. I had a lovely cooked breakfast and my son just adores the milkshakes. Very reasonably priced too

My son and I enjoyed our food and drinks here and well worth it for what we had and the service was very good......will always be worth more visits here for certain

They sent us someone else’s order we waited over an hour, for two breakfast wraps And two orange juice’s to be delivered by Uber eats, what Arrived was a foil container with pancakes covered in chocolate, contaminated with two pieces of red onion, contacted the driver, she said that’s what they gave her, and to contact the diner, however they didn’t answer the phone, got a full refund from Uber eats, I messaged them via Facebook messenger I got an apology for the inconvenience and told to get a refund from Uber eats which I already had, the apology was half hearted if they even care, this is the second mistake in two years of ordering food from them, and we’ve probably had around 50 orders from them by now. We will not be ordering from them again that’s for sure!!!!! We went in once but it was full of families with push chairs and screaming kids! So we decided we would only have stuff delivered, the fact that the food we did receive was contaminated with red onion mean they don’t clean their kitchen or utensils properly! and obviously we chucked it in the bin, we ate another hour later after I went out to Asda to get some sausages so breakfast at 1pm on a day I had not planned on cooking!!!

Missing items I were charged for soggy black chips cold burger no lettuce nothing will never order from here again £38 completely wasted on food which went in the bin also don’t answer the phone but happy to take money and give u awful food and ignore messages !!

Went Sunday morning and had an amazing stack of pancakes! Beautifully cooked and very tasty. Staff were lovely and the place was clean. Excellent value for money.A bit of a wait for food but we were told about the wait and it was well worth it.

Usually quick service, ok food. Friendly staff. I find it a bit difficult with my pram as I feel it’s often in the way. There’s not really anywhere I can put it.

Went here for breakfast as we had not been here for ages. Staff were very polite and food very good also, good value for money too. Don’t like to see the cobwebs and other Halloween parifinallia whilst eating. Should not be installed in a food consumption environment. Will visit again after Halloween lol!

Don’t know how they do it but they make the best toast in the world. Cheap and cheerful, great value and robust selection. Love stoping by as a treat!

Accomadating! Especially for 15 women. Good food, fresh & tasty. Served with fresh salads. Great service.

We visited Marco Reas for the first time yesterday what an amazing place. The menu choice was vast something for everyone tastebuds. We ordered pancakes, milkshakes and breakfast. Didn’t realise the pancakes were so big , milkshakes looked like work of art and tasted delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again.

food is great and amazing value. Staff are friendly and try to help as best they can. I go at least once a month just so we can get a different dessert as there are that many to choose from.

Don't go here if you are on a diet but if not the food and drinks are amazing - very authentic. The pancakes are lovely and the breakfasts very well cooked and generous portions. The ice cream is also very nice - in fact there is such a good menu it is hard to choose, If you are out and about shopping you would get a very good meal or snack here and the staff are great.

We ate here on Saturday morning, this time for breakfast as previously (see my other reviews) we were eating in an evening. Overall, the visit was not as good to be honest. The girl on the till was miserable (not a morning person I guess) and the waitress slammed the food down. The food was, as previous visits, very good and decent value. We would, however, like to say that we were very disappointed at the mega breakfast. I can’t remember the name and price of it (around £7 if I remember) but it had 2 pieces of black pudding and mushrooms. When we have ordered from places like this before and cafes etc if you say “no black pudding” they’ll usually ask do you want an extra slice of bacon or piece of toast or whatever. Well when we did, we weren’t offered so we instead decided to ask could we have something instead of these items. The girl on the counter (see photo) said we could but these were then an additional fee for each item. This was a bit of an insult to be honest, especially when you’re ordering a mega breakfast and a slice of toast or whatever is probably cheaper than black pudding. We ended up ordering something different out of principle. Other than this dodgy menu issue and the miserable service, the food was good. We will visit again but these things do need looking into.

Lots to say about here. Foods low priced, fantastic for children, they even let groups of kids play on there Xbox so excellent for the community. The only downfall is there's not enough seating but other than that can't say a bad word about them...
