A small coffee shop and deli towards the end of the High Street, the choice of food is quite limited with about three cakes to choose from, a couple of sandwiches and a soup. That is pretty much it, but it suited us. It’s light and airy, and there is also a garden at the rear for the warmer weather, although this was closed on our visit. We opted for a tomato and red pesto sandwich, and a goat’s cheese and fig sandwich. Both were served with a small side salad accompaniment. They seemed a little small I thought, given the price point, but they were both nonetheless very tasty. An accompanying latte was also pretty good, and all the staff seemed friendly. Overall, if you don’t mind the limited choice, well worth stopping by.

A great coffee shop with good food. The cakes are delicious and all homemade, and the sandwiches are great too. The staff there are always so polite and keen to help. It's become our favourite place to stop.

The service in the adjoining deli was so friendly and the selection of cheeses, coffee, tea, chocolate etc so interesting that we stayed for a cold drink in the cafe. All the cakes had been sold unfortunately but we enjoyed sitting in the garden with a glass of local apple juice. A great find.

Friendly little deli and cafe. Limited menu but good quality and value (Rueben special excellent). Good selection of local cheeses with advice from owner. Nice garden weather permitting.

Sat in the courtyard garden for lunch. Very well presented space, with a lovely pond and trickling water. Lunch was tasty, and they happily made me the special without cheese, while my other half enjoyed the cheese platter. The coffee was particularly good, and our waitress was able to reel off a very impressive list of teas available - and the Rhubarb rooibos I went for was delicious.

Beautiful tranquil garden but sadly the lunch menu is cheese cheese and more cheese - might be an idea to have a salad bowl as a choice - if you add that to the menu it would be my new favourite place to have lunch

My son bought us here for lunch, and what a pretty spot. And the food and coffee were really good too. Lovely sandwiches and what look like homemade cakes. Enjoyed a relaxing time here and the staff were simply lovely.

Beautiful setting for lunch, dragon flies darting about. plants breaking up the small courtyard. Service efficient, welcoming & friendly. I had the best toasted sandwich I've ever had - it was drop dead delicious. Mum had a goats cheese tart that she loved. Cannot recommend the place highly enough. Excellent delicatessen too.

Wow! What a find! Behind the deli you'll find an enchanting garden with a lily pond and tables and chairs around the perimeter. Food is simple and excellent and a real treat in a world of Costa's and #1Coffee's. Goats cheese, pine nut and fig on toasted sourdough with a local cider. Simply stunning. The deli is amazing too where you can taste any of the gins/whiskies/cheeses before you buy. The owners are lovely too.

Delightful, peaceful garden tucked away behind the High Street. Beautifully presented, really tasty lunch and a fine cappuccino too. Clearly the produce in the sister deli next door must be excellent on the basis of lunch here. Highly recommend a visit.

I was staying in Monmouth with a friend and we decided to have dinner at Whole Earth. The restaurant is small, but has a great atmosphere and Prae, the owner, is very welcoming. Each dish was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. The Pad Thai was the best I have eaten. My companion had the Pad Nam Prik Poa which I tried and it was very tasty, with a good spicy heat. The cost was very reasonable, and we took our own drinks for which we paid a small amount in corkage. i would thoroughly recommend this restaurant and will be visiting again when I am in Monmouth.

A cracking little cafe. 6 of us turned up on market day for a breakfast and they managed to fit us in. Lovely food and service
