Ordered a fish and chips and fish cake and the fish was raw 🤯

Ordered donner kebab which was ok tbf but asked for and salad. Got the finest salad ever and there tight as a nuns Cnut with the sauce leaving the meat very dry…

Full of staff only customer waited for an age left, they clearly don't like serving people

You can't fault the staff that work there and the food is always on time

Absolutely wonderful chippy in Ilkeston, the best in town! We called in for a 'chippy tea' last night and the portions were massive! The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Well done to you all!

The large chips are rubbish it only anuff to feed 1 won't going there to pay 11.00 pound n 2 pots of curry n 2 pots gravy

Food came rather quickly to say we ordered on a Saturday evening. The woman on the phone was also very helpful when we called about allergen information. However the food was not satisfactory. The portions were very small. We ordered large kebabs and if they were in fact ‘large’ I cannot imagine what a ‘small’ would look like. The tandoori meat was fine, but the doner & Mediterranean chicken were very bland and tasteless. Pitta bread was also dry and crispy we wished there was an option for a naan instead. On the fence about ordering again.

I come here nearly once a week. Well I either send my daughter for some large chips to go with our meal. Can’t really fault them, the only thing I would say is the chip portion for a large has gone down a lot and prices has raised. But in today’s world I wouldn’t expect any less. Every one has to eat. Thank you for your tasty chips

Usually satisfied tonight very poor26/4 2023 ordered kebab arrived in time stated , but kebab arrived with no salad no sauce, contacted them said they would send salad and sauce later which They did but when they arrived my kebab was cold, very disappointed wont be ordering anything else if they cant get the basic correct I'm done

Used manor for years but last few times I’ve been it’s very hit and miss. Staff are great but the standard of food just isn’t what it was in the past. Won’t be in a rush to go back after tonight.

All ways great food portions staff attitude and service. Delivery good too even though my place is difficult to find. Never had a problem.

Unable to follow simple instructions regarding how I would like take away . All because that is not way they portion it out the food, rather poor service.

Well been coming for ages and not be coming no more chips full of brown and green bad ones .2 large bags bits in them like old fat put me off now. Fish ,sausages eg were nice.Staff are nice x

Food discusting waited over hour. Expensive for. A load of rammel. Chips tasted off the rolls was so soggy it was squesed dough tried few chips had leave them felt sick and horrible after taste like old fat in mouth. All went in bin. This place wouldn't even give a start. Not be using this place again twice now. Don't want be ill. With food posioning

Bang on. Ordered through Just Eat and it turned up on time with a polite delivery driver. Chips were fresh, gravy and peas were perfect and the Pukka pie was a Pukka pie. All red hot when it arrived. Highly recommended.
