Great Indian street food. It's a shame this place is closing as its excellent food, service and beer.

Really good paneer wrap and thali , all veg place , good flavours , loved the meal , friendly staff!!

Overrated indian food. Vegetarian curry portion was small. Hardly any vegetables. Mostly carbohydrates - rice, chapati, potatoes. They don't serve in metal dishes anymore, only disposable takeaway boxes.

Amazing food, good variety of unusual dishes, all vegetarian, some vegan. Super tasty with rich flavours. Good selection of beers. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Good value also. Would highly recommend.

Still has the best onion bhajis. Good selection of beer plus excellent curries. The Thali tray is always amazing.

We ordered dosa and samosa. Dosa was not great especially coconut chutney no good. We have made to wait for long to get our order in hand.

I went with my friends for dinner. It’s small restaurant but so beautiful. Staff friendly. We ordered onion bhaji & paneer tikki. It’s tasty

hidden gem of an Indian vegetarian restaurant on Kirkstall road. The restaurant is small so it has a homely and cosy feeling with very friendly staff. Food is top notch, with the thali including elegantly spiced curries, a super soft buttery chapati and salad/pickles. Also had the best Dahi Puri of my life as a starter. Looking forward to going back and trying more of their daily specials!

Manjit's kitchen is one of my favourite places to eat in Leeds. The food is always incredible. The vegan thali is my favourite as you get a taste of many different things. I love how many vegan options there are. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I love the relaxed and cosy vibe. The value for money for how high quality the food is is really incredible. We are really lucky to have Manjit's Kitchen in Burley! I'd recommend anyone thinking of visiting Manjit's to definitely go!

Amazing food, staff & atmosphere! Can’t believe we haven’t been sooner. Was so warm & welcoming and they went out of their way to help with my toddler. Such a hidden gem - totally exceeded my expectations. Can’t wait to go again 😄😄

Booked a table for 4. This is our third visit to Manjits restaurant. As ever, the service was very friendly and prompt. The food was absolutely delicious. A good menu selection all vegetarian dishes. The Mango lassi is also great. We will be back..

Best indian food in Leeds, friendly service and unbelievably good value! Was introduced to this place relatively recently and couldn't believe I'd missed such a hidden gem. I could happily eat absolutely everything on the menu, and it might not even cost me that much to try all at once!

Manjit’s is one of my favourite ever restaurants! The best vegetarian Indian food and such a nice vibe at their Kirkstall place near to us. We love going :)

A wonderful selection of vegetarian food. Not just traditional Indian food, but Asian influenced western dishes. Many of the dishes are also available as Vegan. Well worth a visit.

Really yummy food and friendly staff!

Food was out of this world good, beautiful flavours and so much choice made it very hard to decide! Being vegetarian it’s nice to not have to think about what you can / can’t try and be spoilt for choice. Looking forward to going back to try the rest. Perfect evening service was spot on - relaxed but didn’t need to ask for a thing. Atmosphere also added to the most enjoyable meal I’ve had in a long time. Don’t waste time thinking about going it’s a total gem.

Best curry in Leeds, incredible food

Thali was pretty decent proper Indian punjabi taste.

Came here two weeks or so ago, fantastic food, super friendly and helpful staff. Really good value for money. Think you'll miss the meat? You won't, in fact we left fuller and happier than lots of other meals we've had at other places recently. Honestly give this place a try, you won't regret it!

Totally amazing, the thali is everything!

Popped in for snacks and a drink, had samosa chaat, parsnip crisps, onion pakora and beetroot tikki, all were excellent.

I came for my grandads birthday and the staff couldn’t of been more welcoming. Explained items on the menu, food came quickly and was delicious. Worth every penny, will definitely be back again

Friendly host, nice cold lager on draught. The fridge looked to have a fair few different drinks on display. All three of us had the thali tray which was more filling that it looks (see my pic). The taste was out this world. The ladies who cooked it came out and explained what each one was. Really lovely. Reasonable price., I will be coming again and bringing the husband!!

Very welcoming front of house. Good selection of drinks. Nice ambience. The Manjits IPA was a winner for me. We had the Samosa Chat and Chickpea fries to kick off. Two Thali's for main course. The food was freshly cooked, well presented. Absolutely full of Indian Flavours and love from the kitchen to the table. Delicious. We will return here again.

I just don’t know where you can get Indian vegetarian food like this, except at manjitts. Had the dossara and the samosa chat. It was lovely. I am not a vegetarian but don’t miss meat in the dishes at all, so tasty. Thank you.

We are just driving back from our latest visit to Manjit’s. The staff are lovely, there is a wide variety of drinks (highly recommend the mango lassi) and the food is sensational. Tonight I had the Tali (three curries and loads of tasty accompaniments) and the gorgeous chickpea fries. Manjit herself is so friendly and absolutely brilliant at what she does. I cannot recommend this fantastic restaurant enough!

Cosy little place with incredibly tasty food, and good music :) we really enjoyed our meal and definitely we will be back.

This is the perfect place to visit if you like great food, great service and great people! Amazing vegan options and the kids love it too. 😁

After several takeaways from their Kirkgate Market stall, I was recently able to get the family over to enjoy a sit down family meal at their Kirkstall restaurant and we were all very happy with the food and the service. Once you've opened your massive Leeds City Centre restaurant as well as established yourself in Bradford: City Of Culture, we'd love to see you in Harrogate! Until then, the journey is still well worth it to feed my addiction to Chilli Paneer Wraps.

We had some brilliant food at Manjits a couple of months back, the Parnaip crisps were ace, the onion bhaji were the best we’ve ever eaten, local beers from Horsforth Brewery. Thali was exceptional 6 Stars xx

One of the tastiest menus around. Lovely owners and staff. My only complaint is that I don't get to go as often as I'd like!

Been here a few times and it’s consistently spectacular. The onion bhajis, chick pea fries and Thalis are something else!

What a fabulous place, the food is exceptional and lad doing front of house is so friendly!

Manjit's kitchen has a cosy, family run feel to it with a limited menu, but very tasty food. The service is very quick and the waitress friendly. The only knocks really are that some of the tables are too close together- we were sat next to a table that was not more than a couple inches apart from our table making it feel like you're listening in on each others conversations. The menu was also pretty small as mentioned before. Apart from that I had an enjoyable evening there with good music adding to the chilled give of the restaurant.

Every single dish we ate was DELICIOUS. Honestly the best food I've had in ages. Very busy but still great service. Will be recommending and will be back to try everything we didn't order this time!

Amazing food at reasonable prices. Manjit is an incredibly good host and takes care of Al her customer. The chickpea fries were amazing, the samosa chatt exploded flavours and the Thali was a wide range or various curries with sides. Highly recommended to visit, even if it isnt in the best location

Super. Just like mum's cooking. Friendly staff. Cosy seating. Nice range of beers. Due to location, cannot park outside. However there is a carpark around the corner. Would recommend if you like vegetarian Indian.

Delicious food. I can recommend the chickpea fries, bhajis and the thali. The butternut squash koftas in the thali were amazing! The staff were lovely and the restaurant is nice and cosy. We will definitely be returning!

The most telling aspect of Manjit's (and her excellent team) is the excellent quality and consistent flavour delivery. It's tasty, authentic and always leaves one hungry for more - (even when one's full!) .

The food we had was very nice 👍 I went as it was recommended as having great vegan options. However I found the vegan options quite limited. The menu is entirely vegetarian, but majority of dishes contain dairy. We had onion bhajis and the vegan thali which were very enjoyable.

Another great experience here. Delicious food, good value, lovely atmosphere, good service and excellent beer (Manjit’s 10 with Horsforth Brewery is superb). Starters and snacks great and the thali was better (and I think bigger) than ever with loads of delicious elements.
