in the past i’ve always had a good experience of mango’s. however today my friend was hate crimed by one of the bouncers. we were dancing and my (male) friend was topless because it was sweltering, and after about half an hour of this the bouncer comes up, grabs him and starts dragging him out the venue. my friend kept saying, give me one second i will put my top on right now. the bouncer kept dragging him out and my friend tried to stand his ground saying i will literally put my top on it’s not a big deal but the bouncer pushed him down the stairs and dragged him all the way downstairs. we tried to talk to other bouncers, one which we had encountered before and she’s been lovely but she stated that it’s still public indecency. I understand this but men can walk about shirtless in public, in shops and as much as the feminist in me gets annoyed by this, THIS IS NOT PUBLIC INDECENCY. there was other men in there who were topless which was not an issue however my friend who is openly gay got thrown out (physically and literally) and I am so disgraced with the bouncers at mangos. considering their past, with the video of them throwing girls down the stairs and the fact that falmouth bouncers have taken people that their mates have beef with and beat them up, there NEEDS to be a change in staff. Nowadays, mangos feels incredibly homophobic and it’s extremely uncomfortable to me in. the bouncer in question was a lanky string bean with awful tattoos and an aggressive face.

Shout out to the staff here!! A few serious incidents happened outside tonight; door staff attacked, an older gentleman collapsed straight after and was immediately given all their attention which is lovely to see. A few venues i’ve been to in the past have not handled situations like these very well but the team went above and beyond, bar staff included. So nice to see that there are people willing to look after the community and their customers. When we are back in town we will definitely be coming back here knowing that we will be looked after.

Here I watched the football final of the European Championship between England and Spain. Great atmosphere, the store was packed but the staff relaxed and very polite. The next day I was there again and was able to have a relaxed chat with the bartender. I would be happy to come back here.

Quite an average pub, not amazing but also not bad.

All staff were extremely rude and unaccommodating, especially the bouncers. DO NOT COME HERE unless you like to be treated like human scum!

My girlfriend cut her ankle on a broken glass bottle in the club upstairs, a bouncer came to her assistance, but they had the most pathetic first aid kit with none of the basic necessities. For a venue of that size and capacity I think it's absolutely appalling, the bouncer did the best with what little stuff they had available (1 Bandage). Lucky it wasn't to severe but God forbid what they would do in a more crucial injury!

Exquisite music. My favourite song that they played was the communist anthem. On a side note. Very disappointed that there was no mango flavoured drinks - overall, I love the liberals that hang out at this club !

It's okay. Pretty crowded. Music is okay for dancing. Love that the security was really relatable so it was pretty safe for a small crowded room

I am addressing Mr Jeff King, a friend and I were removed from the club ( after paying) a member of staff FORCIBLY removed me and two friends after we were targeted by random members of the public. I had to sneak back in to get my expensive jacket back because the staff were beyond reason and would not let a single member of my friend group back in to get our personal belongings. Truly an unprofessional and lazy response from your staff after i and my companions had already paid the increased rate for the new years celebration night. Bouncers/door staff are incredibly rude and intimidating, avoid at all costs. Racist and derogatory.

Iv genuinely really enjoyed it in the past until one of the new bouncers palled me outside and started choking me for no reason I’m not sure what the altercation was about but didn’t seem to get no answer even when I asked what happened no one seemed to know.

A nice place to take a beer, if you wanna dance, you can go upstairs.

Bouncers very unprofessional!!! Fell down the stairs due to steps being soaking wet and were only worried about my skirt being too high despite me saying I'm in pain. 2 security men dragged a 20 year old girl out despite her not being intoxicated or argumentative - just because she disagreed with a staff member about a policy. AWFUL STAFF

Denied entry by the pair of sad little men on the door for no good reason. I wasn't even drunk they just didn't like the look of me. Won't be interested in the future if this is the type of trash you employ.

Important- bring cash for entry into the upstairs club (It is £5). Can be a bit of a queue to get in on a Saturday night. Great shot options! Had a really fun time with a group of friends. There is karaoke and just a normal bar in the downstairs part. It was crowded and sweaty but that is what clubbing is about. Great conversations in outdoor smoking area.

Singing was rubbish ! Staff were awesome 🤩 Left my wallet there.. was well looked after waiting for me on my panicked return 😯 Kudos to the management & door team for returning everything in good nick 👏

Very unprofessional and rude bouncers. Not trained very well at all in dealing with the public. They should be monitored and watched as they definitely need to be fired and held accountable for their horrible attitudes.

Its was very empty and no music meant it lacked atmosphere. Staff seemed annoyed to be working there, and reluctant to serve us, they were far to busy chatting to each other or tapping on their phones. We eventually got served drinks, Apparently you could pay £3 to go upstairs. Although none of the staff seemed to really know what was upstairs.... So we didnt bother with that gamble. Other tourists we saw also didn't bother paying £3 to explore the mysteries 1st floor.

Great experience for a night out.

Place has a fantastic vibe with special mentioned to the GM Tracey and all the staff who made our visit exceptional. A must go for a fun and lively evening out both early or late.

was a lovely place been coming for years however 6 of us entered about 1am double checked closing and last entry and last orders upon entry. Told 3am to which i queried as i thought it was strange to which the bouncer replied ‘no we go till the very end here’ very nicely and welcoming. bought multiple rounds and had a good time until we went to buy stamps for upstairs. 3/6 of us that bought the stamps on the ‘cut off time’ which we found out when the other friends went to purchase literally 30 seconds later , (would have been nice to know we spent £15 to go to a closed bar and everyone was being asked to leave x) calmly asked for a refund explained the situation that we were just sold tickets to a closed bar to the guy who just sold the ticket and chose not to mention any of this, asked for a refund to which they refused and got a manager, however the lovely manager they had on thought the most appropriate act of conduct was to say there’s nothing she can do send an email in the morning (the manager being herself) to which we thought was rather unneccassary as the money wasn’t the issue the principle of selling us entry to a closed bar was, which wasn’t quite clicking…. maybe it was a long night.l. having already bought a stamp myself ‘cash only’ i could see that there was no procedure to the stamp selling they just take a fiver and stamp u and put it in an open till, so for it to be so difficult to refund and honour paying customers that you have just sold entries to that they didn’t use/ couldn’t use was ignored and the manager called for the bouncers due to us ‘crying about money’ . the bouncers on the other hand who needed to ‘escort us out’ were very nice and understanding of the bizzare treatment. never again cheers for the laugh tho

Went to the night club every night last week. The environment and the people were super friendly and I has lots of fun dancing the nights away :)

Don’t accept Citizen Cards as forms of ID. I payed £30 for a citizen card as I get worried about losing my licence or passport on a night out. The bouncer said that they’re too easy to fake, despite my card showing the hologram that the NPCC declare as marking valid ID. I scanned the verification code on the back of my card to show the bouncer that it wasn’t fake but he accused me of faking a website! Then I pulled up all of my emails from CitizenCard with my confirmation of my application and £30 payment, still wouldn’t accept it. He let my friends in to use the bathroom and then had the audacity to ask them if they’d just left me by myself, which was the only option because he wouldn’t let me in! I won’t be returning to mangoes or recommending to friends, seemed a bit quiet and boring as well so it’s not worth the hassle.

Serving drinks is a bit slow. Some songs were great but mostly random songs that weren't mixed well. The DJ was average at best.

Well what can I say about mangos? I'm a 57yr man who was working in Falmouth and went to mangos for a late drink it was swarming with very young people from the town and university I felt like a very very old man some of the people in the club looked 15yrs old I know they weren't but they looked so young I felt uncomfortable being in there

Amazing night club can't get better than this

My friend and 2 other people I know got spiked there last night. The bouncers were vile and kicked her out onto the street and asked us to move away from the door, refusing to help or assist in any way. They said they didn’t care we we said we thought she had been spiked and had had to call an ambulance. Apparently this has happened multiple times over freshers week, suggesting they need to do regular checks when people enter the bar as people are getting scared to go incase something happens. Student Accomodations are also sending out emails warning people as it’s getting that bad.

We visited Mangos a few nights when visiting. It is the main place to go late at night. The place is trendy and has a great atmosphere. The staff were really friendly. The lad with the long hair who works on the bar was great. The music was also really good.

Now this is somewhere you have to go you looking for a good night either to get with someone or to get absolutely drunk you will love the whole thing trust me!

The place was empty and the door staff preferred to mock me and my friends as well as trying to charge us £5 each just to get in...to an empty bar... I guess they get paid either way. I said 'no thanks guys' to which the door man laughed and said 'you'll be back'. We weren't. (We had a great time at chintz)

Had a night out here once, met a beautiful lady. We went back to her place, platonically; all we did was talk about how good mangos is til sunrise. She liked the drinks, I liked that the bouncers are muscular. The decor is as elegant as Princess Diana with a fastened seatbelt, the karaoke mic was blessed by the voice of an angel, the dancing feet tapped their way into my heart. You Man-go for a fun night out, but you Man-stay for the divine spirit that emanates throughout the place. 10/10.

If you enjoy car crash video's on YouTube, you will love Wednesday night karaoke. Bar staff are spot on, can't fault them. Always a great night out. Would be 5* but the toilets aren't.... salubrious.

Loved it here! Cheap cocktails, great vibes and friendly vibes. Also had some really tasty vegan options - I got a vegan cheesy chip and not only was the portion great value but it tasted phenomenalll

It's kind of *the* club in Falmouth, but it's a bit expensive to get into and the music they choose to play is kind of trash. The drinks are also far too expensive (as expected in a club). The downstairs area is actually a nice spot to chill though! Your experience there will very much depend on the company you bring with you.

There were bright colours, it was wierd, friendly but could have gotten choppy. Food was alright, but the price of pop has gone up since I've gotten back on the waggon 🦅

Mangos is a pretty chill place to come and relax on the weekend. It's almost always playing some kind of sporting event so there's something to watch on TV. They messed up our chips order today but were kind enough to refund us and still give us our order. Nice and friendly team.

Stopped in for a drink and received a warm welcome from the staff in here. I had an amazing vanilla milkshake, made with lots of ice cream and had cream swirled on top with cocoa dusting. Menu looked great and the food looked lovely coming out of the kitchen. Will have to visit again.

Went in here on a Wednesday night was really quiet but the shots created its own atmosphere it was like having a comedian on reading the names and mixtures. It was my birthday and I may be bias but in an empty pub I had a great time the staff were really nice seemed like a really fun place would love to visit again on a busy evening as there is still lots of shots to try...

Nice food if a little expensive

Popped in for a few drinks (celebrating my daughter graduation) and had a great time. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you like SHOTS this is the place to go! Probably 50 shots different available 😁. It a great place to start your evening. We intended to move on but spent the whole evening there 😖😁😎

Very contemporary, relaxing and good menu

After 10pm the crowd gets very young. American ales on tap were a miss for me but enjoyed the atmosphere. Karaoke was in full swing and it was good to see people giving it a go and getting applauded for their efforts. Overall, enjoyable place with a good cocktail selection. Would be 5 stars if they had some decent Cornish ales.

This place is a must for all. Simple great tasting food, inexpensive and very friendly staff. I could not recommend it enough. Great ideas on the menu and a well stocked bar. We will be back even tho it's 220 miles from home.

Not worth really paying to go upstairs, the DJ was sub-standard. Personally I munched proffered kings.

Very pleasant and helpful staff,food and beverages very tasty.

Nice place to have food or drinks. Staff are friendly and they've done alot of restoration to the building giving it a nice atmosphere. The only downside is there is no low alcohol cider available, when asked if they do staff are unsure. There is low alcohol Heineken on offer tho.

Et hyggelig sted,har vert der noen ganger på dagtid,og en gang på kvelden,denne ferieturen.Frokosten er veldig bra,mye mat for en billig penge.cheese on toast er litt tørt,men ok på smak og billig.Barna digger denne plassen,Mac n cheese og milkshake/smoothie er ganske god. På kveld:artig og god shot meny,men dei er desverre ikkje så gode på cocktails,vi var der tidlig på kveld,så det var ikkje så mye folk der,men da vi dro kom det en del yngre 18-25 ish,så det er nok ein typisk ungdomsplass på natten.

Had a fabulous breakfast in here yesterday. Food was perfect will definitely reccomend and are planning another visit here very soon just for the breakfast.

The bouncers attacked my friend but the sad fact is, it's not surprising. They are overly aggressive and will end up killing someone. I think it will take an innocent youths life for this to stop. Please sort this issue out and read all the other comments about this.
