Chicken fried rice looks bought from Iceland missed 2 items off menu absolutely avoid shocking food at shocking price 🤢🤢🤢

Raw chicken in 2 different dishes, rang the take away to advise and they were not in the slightest bit bothered, no offer of a refund, simply did not care they were serving raw inedible food.

First time from here and I was not disappointed, food was very very nice and was delivered well on time.

Dryest most horrable chinese i have ever had looked pastey all the meat was like card bord couldnt eat most of it. then there's the crispy starter that was covered all shoved in a box with some sort of greasy oil all over it so everything was soggy an stodgey wouldnt recomend to anyone. 1 prawn in the special fryed rice an one in the chow main. Crisey sea weed was the best bit.

Been here a few times because it's convenient each time the staff are rude and abrupt. I could accept it if the food was delicious but it isn't. My order this time was chips and special chop suey. The chips were dry and old not fresh and tasty. Chop suey well what can I say? Made up mainly of boiled chicken cheap pork and anaemic prawns swimming in gravy with very little veg and believe it or not no beansprouts! Chop suey without beansprouts now that is a joke! It's a classic case of thinking we'd just come out of a pub and we wouldn't notice. Never again and I'd urge you not to waste your money.

Rubbish! Ordered at 7pm in advance asking for 8pm-830pm slot on UberEats due to my partner going to work at 930pm. It got to 845pm with the status being ‘prepared’ tried to ring the restaurant numerous times with no answer. Finally got through at 9pm in which the staff member kept me on hold for 15 minutes when all I wanted to do was cancel! No apologies, actually she didn’t even get back on the phone to me!! Then whilst I was still on hold the food arrived, no apology was given until I asked the driver why it was an hour late (whose response was we are busy, I’m just the driver) Then to top it off, the food was obviously rushed. My house special chow mein had one king prawn in it, it was dry but greasy at the same time and the only veg in it was piles and piles of onions. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Will not be ordering from here ever again.

Usual Chinese Closed. Two Alternatives nearby Also. Decided to Order From Home. Had King Prawns. Spring Onions with Ginger. Plus Mushroom Fried rice. Busy Time to Order. Came Five Minutes Before Expected Time. Driver was Polite. Delicious. Hot food. Well Presented. Will Use Outlet Again.

Iv ordered chicken chow mein, special chow mein and salt and pepper chicken and have been waiting three and a half hours for my food to be delivered. it still hasn’t arrived, DO NOT RECOMMEND. Delivery and customer service is terrible, iv rang the phone 25 times and each time it’s rang and gone to voicemail, won’t be ordering from here again. see picture of food below.

Giving you 5-10min drive! Confused as to what happened? Took 2hours and 50mins to deliver a dry and cold chicken chow mein. Not sure what they did during that time.. cause it definitely wasn’t cooking! Plus called them so many times.. with no answer. Maybe they shouldn’t be open if they can’t cook the food they send out & don’t like speaking to their customers.. just a thought!!

We ordered via Just Eat at about 6.20pm, the app initially said estimated delivery time was 45-55 minutes but when we ordered it said estimated delivery time was 7.45pm. Not ideal as we were hungry but we snacked and waited. 7.45 came no sign of our meal. Me and my partner both repeatedly tried to call but nobody answered and it diverted to the voicemail of a completely different number?! Occasionally when we called it went straight to voicemail so somebody was clearly there and using the phone but just not answering customer calls - seriously unprofessional. After 20 minutes or so of trying we complained via JustEat and received a text from JustEat saying the restaurant are really sorry but your food will arrive by 8.30pm. 8.30pm came and went and no food. We tried to call, left some voicemails on the mysterious number. No answer. Eventually we tried to claim our money back via justeat and put the oven on to cook our own dinner and 10 minutes after we put in the refund claim our food arrived. The driver said he had been given our food just 5 mins earlier and it was piping hot so clearly they only dished out our food once we requested a refund. The food was actually pretty good but not worth the stress - not knowing if my meal was going to show up and being unable to get in touch with the restaurant to reassure me or offer any kind of compensation really ruined my Saturday night.

Terrible service ordered and paid In full for delivery at 6.20pm. 2 hours later was told food was not prepared and could be an hour. Then received text to say I had cancelled order which I didn’t. Shocking service, terrible customer service skills. Stay away at all cost!!

Lovely fresh food which was delivered quickly (a small error was made but the food was sent very promptly). Prawn, ginger and soy was really yummy! The tofu was in big chunks and some of the best we have had.

This is a solid option for takeaway. Even the dishes that aren't perfect are still adequate and I've had some standouts like the shredded duck soup. Portions are large and prices are more than fair. It isn't perfect, there have been a couple of problems with our orders, but generally I'm a fan.

The food used to be very good. Recently there has been too much salt in their dishes. Twice now I have asked them to reduce it, but they don't listen. We won't be ordering again now.

This shop used to be called YUM YUM, this is much much better than yum yum, nice and friendly staff, the food is delicious, ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!!! highly recommend
