Walked in for a quick breakfast and it was wonderful tho the food was delayed abit but it was worth the wait . The staff were great as well kaitlan faith and Tiffany were so kind and took good care of me they checked on me to make sure I was ok will totally come back with some friends for dinner

Came here after davis cup on sunday a modern day Fawlty Towers the only members of staff knew what they were doing was the female chef and female waitress ali the chef had enough and walked out the two men waiters were unless food was good

Breakfast was lovely, had a really great service from Kaitlan who recommended the eggs Benedict with bacon. Food was cooked to order and very nice. Would come back again! Really great location

Went on a Friday evening around 4.45pm. We didn't receive a warm welcome from the lady seating us, we ordered a pizza & chips. The pizza was priced at £16.50 we had the Nduja pizza, the pizza we recieved was salami with tomatoes & peppers . The chips had a stream of grease at the bottom of the bowl & were very salty. We had no check back. Didn't get offered more drinks. Our table didn't get cleared until we left, even though the waiter came to us twice, both times left us with dirty places. We felt very unwelcome . When we left the lady who seated us wouldn't even make eye contact with us and when she saw us she purposely looked away when she walked past. I'm not sure whether or not it's because we wasn't your 'typical' clientèle, my husband with tattoos. but I'm sure your supposed to treat everyone equally. Only got a 2 star due to the fact it was quick service, but I also feel that was due to you wanting to get us out ASAP.

The atmosphere here is lovely and the food is incredible. I had a mushroom and roquette pizza and it was absolutely delicious. The tomato sauce base was just perfect. I had a side of onion rings and it was actually a sizeable portion that two people could share, not just the 3/4 onion rings you seem to get in most places these days. Loved my experience here and would definitely return.

AmazingThe place was amazing. The atmosphere was great and very welcoming as soon as I stepped in. It is located right next to Victoria train station. I would like to thank the bartender, Cam. I came on a solo date and she put me at ease and recommended really nice cocktails. I went in feeling shy, but walked out happy and conquered my fear with solo dates. Thank you, Cam!

There is nothing to complain about in terms of the cuisine, very good, well presented, and with harmonious flavors. Efficient service and fair prices. On the other hand, you should know that it is quite noisy.

Very nice place for food and seating. Booked a table for 3 with the little one. Very accommodating and service was excellent. My son loved the pasta. We had the fish and chips which was amazing. Not over priced considering the location. I would highly recommend this place

Decided to have a cocktail , I was recommended the special by an enthusiastic bar person, Cameron, she created a beautiful pink and glittery cocktail that I loved . She made our evening very special. Will definitely be back!

Went to restaurants before a show at Arena. Perfect location. Had a lovely meal, very hot and good presentation. Service was fabulous. Couldn’t fault. Definitely go again

The atmosphere and servers are great in the place there’s is plenty of room and you aren’t crammed in next to each other. Food is reasonably priced and very tasty but just needs that extra few things on the menu for me however what we had was great. Unfortunately my food came wrong I ordered chicken and I was given a burger. They were hugely apologetic and stated they would get me the chicken however I would have to wait an extra ten minutes when our party already had their food infront of them. I opted for the burger as it did look lovely and I didn’t want to wait. The burger was very tasty and due to the mistake they provided my meal free and gave me a free drink which I was very shocked about but showed it was a genuine mistake. The 8 of us that went here all commented on such a nice night they all had. Would definately recommend and would certainly revisit. The location is perfect if attending the arena or the train station.

Expensive yet average Food here is distinctly average yet priced for something more interesting. Courgette fritters were simply lumps of courgette deep fried in breadcrumbs with an ill conceived dose of honey across them; fishcake had a nice mash and fish centre which was encased in too think breadcrumbs and for some reason had wet tomato on top making it soggy. Steak was good. OK if you don't want to leave your hotel but not worth making a detour for. They were good with allergies and service was friendly and good. It's the food that let's this place down. Cocktails were well made wine list uninspiring.

Good food and really friendly staff. I was one of the only people there at 5pm so very quiet. The only bad thing is that it was expensive.

Can't ever get through to anyone on the phone and tried different times and days. Emailed but that is also no use as the person on the other side doesn't even know what they're doing and has a short/curt/unprofessional attitude to simple enquiries. And even booked me into a time I never asked for??? So confusing.

Lovely atmosphere, great location, food was so tasty and our waitress Nina was friendly and fast. Overall a fab experience! However it was a bit pricey - I do think £25 for one fishcake (all be it tasty and not padded out with potatoes!) is a bit much.

Had breakfast with my teenage son. Breakfast was included in our room as a IHG Diamond member, thus I couldn’t complain about the price, which would otherwise be on the high side. 19.95 pounds for breakfast with a main dish. I like that the place was quint and quiet, and service was prompt.

Really impressed! The atmosphere is really upbeat and as a single diner I was welcomed and got a nice table. Had a drink at the bar quite late last night and the staff were excellent. I can't remember the lady's name, but she is tall with blonde hair - just brilliant. What stood out for me was when a member of the team was leaving she thanked them for the day and praised their work. As a hotel manager myself I thought it was really sweet and she was exceptional!

Absolutely terrible, never got to eat, waited for 35 minutes without a drink,no one around to ask, just dreadful, so we left!! Never to return

Visited while in the area for a concert at the arena . The food was really good , the Scotch egg starter and Rib eye was perfect . Towards the end of the meal the service slowed down due to the volume of people coming in before the concert ( glad we came a little earlier (4.30) ) . Lovely little restaurant and would recommend. Had an amazing night at Hotel Indigo, especially the breakfast. My server, Leah, she was kind and took great care of me.

The food was average at best. I had a pasta dish which was on the cool side and despite asking for Parmesan it never came. My boyfriend had the pie which was over cooked, dry & not hot enough. We were eating there because of the proximity to the AO Arena. The waiting staff were inattentive and disinterested then after paying the bill we noticed they had added a 10% service charge. Personally I wouldn’t have tipped as we didn’t have good service. We won’t be returning.

Booked in in a Thursday evening for a work function for 20 people. Very impressed! From the start they couldn’t have been more helpful - Adrian the manager was extremely approachable and worked hard to help set the evening up well including a private area of the restaurant with AV facilities for presentations. He understood our needs perfectly. The food was excellent and many of my visiting international colleagues gave feedback specifically that it was much better than usually expected and these events and that the restaurant was very nice ambience. Particular shout out to the following members of staff: Cameron, Hirdesh, and Marsi all very friendly and courteous and looked after us very well, going above and beyond to ensure we all had a brilliant time (Cameron even went hunting for European plug adapters for my colleague and I’m so grateful!) Very much recommended for anyone biking a work function!

Received a lovely, warm welcome from Leah when we arrived and she showed us to a nice, quiet table when I said my friend and I were having a much overdue catch up and didn't want anywhere too noisy. Shortly after, Leah came over to check we were ok and to see if we wanted to order drinks. The bar had run out of the wine I usually drink but Leah was able to recommend a perfect alternative which was so close, I could barely tell the difference. I was delighted to see more vegetarian and vegan options on the menu from the previous one. Although they also had a number of gluten free options, the menu lacked options for vegetarians or vegans who need to eat gluten free, the only vegetarian/vegan gluten free option being the olives starter which would not be substantial enough for someone who was hungry. We ordered the olives and chilli and garlic green beans as starters. They were delicious and full of flavour, with just the right balance so not too overwhelming. I loved the combination of the firmer green olives with the softer black olives and as someone that does not like overcooked, soft vegetables, I loved the fact that the beans were cooked nicely but still had a nice crunch to them. Initially I had felt disappointed that the edemame beans, which I loved from a previous menu, had been taken off but the green beans were absolutely delicious so I didn't feel like I was compromising in any way. For my main, I had the wild mushroom pizza. I asked for the sourdough base to be made thinner as I prefer a thin base and the chef was very accomodating in doing that for me. You could taste the truffle and the balsamic vinegar complimented the incredible flavours and textures of the pizza beautifully. I can honestly say this was one of the tastiest pizzas I've had to date. I found Leah to be extremely attentive, pleasant and helpful. When her shift had finished, she actually came over to tell us she was going which was a lovely touch and made us feel very 'valued and cared for'. I can honestly say that the combination of really lovely food along with the outstanding, very kind, caring and attentive staff is what makes Mamucium the ideal venue for a perfect dining experience. The staff are incredible and a huge asset to the organisation. I am looking forward to my next visit and have no hesitation in recommending this lovely restaurant to anyone who enjoys great food.

Nipped in for lunch and drinks and very impressed. The food was lovely with generous portions together with a decent wine list. Staff were really friendly and attractive and highly professional. For a mid city venue the prices were quite reasonable. Highly recommend a visit!

Well ... I have no idea how to pronounce the name of this place, but it does serve good food at reasonable prices. We visited for an early dinner (pre-event at the AO Arena round the corner) and it was good. Early on a Wednesday...

We only went for beer and pizza on a Sunday evening. Best pizza I've had in a long time. The place was virtually empty at that time. Apart from being ignored when we first walked in (which, regrettably, seems to be pretty standard, these days) the service was good.

Came in for lunch before heading to Salford Pride - very friendly & helpful servers, steak was lovely, wife had tiger prawn linguine; both were really nice (steak closer to medium than medium rare but not catastrophically so!). Overall really impressed with the place.

Nice place for dinner close to Victora station. By luck we passed by and gave it a go. Very nice dishes and the salmon tasted lovely. Good service was also a bonus.

Lovely staff. Dined as couple with different dishes to eat. Starters were both exceptional but mains, dessert were average. Had an American diner feel, not intimate at all. We ate early evening but had no cheesecake.

Had a lovely afternoon tea in this very pleasant and modern hotel restaurant. The service from Lauren and Airana was very attentive and pleasant. Lauren even decorated a special plate for our joint Golden wedding celebration which was the reason for our visit.

The food was good and the restaurant's decor is elegant. However, the service was absolutely shocking. Nice staff, but waiting times were unacceptable. And it wasn't even full. My friend and I were there for more than 1.5 hr and only had starters and main courses. I fancied dessert with hot drink, but once we were given dessert menu, none of the staff came back to take our order for 20+ minutes, so we just approached one of them ourselves and asked for a bill. Also, the menu on their website is different, I was quite disappointed with mocktail choices when we came there, I was really looking forward to my non-alcoholic g&t.

Food was really great, it was just the staff that let the place down! Not attentive at all, we had to constantly get their attention and we were told one girl would be our waitress and we had about 5 different people come to us! (When we could finally get their attention!) We were left waiting ages between courses, very poor!

Nice decor, friendly staff, but it all ends there. I suspect they are facing staffing issues due to the current shortage. Service was friendly but slow. We had hummus and pitta - average. Courgette fritas starter - sickly sweet, in need of a squeeze of lemon or a dip. Main. Cheese pie - ok but dry and an odd combo of salad. Ordered a side of chips, which were horrendous l! Steak & Ale - the steak was good but no ale coming through, pastry dry. Chips were the worst I've had, suspect they were frozen, overcooked, and left under a light. Gravy was ok. The cabbage was nice and green, but overly chewy,and looked like an afterthought. The bill was wrong, corrected, but still wrong. All in all, we should have sent the meals back but didn't have the heart as the staff were really trying. Wouldn't go again as I feel ripped off. Drinks pricey and a 10% service charge is added at the end, we always tip well, but dislike the lack of choice.

Perfect place for me and my boy to have a tea/reading moment. Stayed long enough we ended up having dinner there. Staff was always present but not invasive.

Went last Friday and I had recommended for a group of friends. Pro’s head waiter was lovely and they accommodated our request for 6 fish and chips. Cons the fish was disappointing and batter not crispy a little anemic looking. I could forgive this but...

A little disappointed with my visit here. Although the head waiter was lovely the fish and chips were disappointing for the price and service was poor. I had to go and ask somebody in the kitchen for somebody to bring our bill as no waiters to be seen.

We went for afternoon tea, and it was a very calm and nice environment. Plenty of good food and good tea. Really friendly server as well. And nice and clean toilet facilities.

Very select menu. Overpriced for what they offer. Despite the place being almost empty, staff treated us like we were an inconvenience, weren't really interested. Wouldn't go again, wouldn't recommend.
