Ordered from here a few times. delish food. warm when delivered and will absolutely be going back

ordered a chip roll cheese n curry just sent me a chip roll delivery driver said would sort it never bothered course he took my money tho wont be back

fresh cooked, fish beautiful and hot

usually food really good - sausage super was more salt than sausages and the chip roll had to bin with half a bottle of brown sauce over it

Our dinner came freezing cold and spilled out of the boxes it came in. It was also really soggy, way too salty and not tasting good at all. Definitely won't be buying from mamas again.

The whole lot was over cooked the fritters were chocolate brown. The chips looked as though they were reheated was starving or I wouldn’t have ate it

No flavor and barely any fish between the soggy batter. Disgraceful and not the first time. Macaroni portion pathetic.

One of the best chip shops I’ve ever tried

This is the second time now I have been disappointed with my order from Mammas…I haven’t reviewed before as thought it was a one off. The food was soggy with fat, there was no salt and vinegar as per the order and the pickles were missing.

Went in and immediately snarled at by a woman with a lip piercing, looked rushed and chips were cold, burger was cold and soggy and lip piercing girl was swearing a ton, definitely the WORST experience I’ve had.

Every time I order of just eat I never get my food it always gets took to a different adress and most of the time I don’t even get my money back now I have nothing to eat thanks a lot

The food was good and hot when I finally received it, my original order had been delivered to the wrong address, I have to say this was resolved fairly quickly after I spoke with them on the phone

it was good food but the driver seemed a little annoyed as I put the wrong address in but I fixed it but he read it wrong and made it out like it was my fault

The suppers were cold and greasy there was tomato sauce on them which i never asked for

Said it was being delivered gave it 10 minutes and then phoned and was told it wasn’t out yet.

food cold. arrived far to early according to the website. it didn't update either. I was taking my break at work when it was going to arrive but driver was standing outside for a long time then told me he had it for 30 minutes. website didn't say the driver was even at the child it only said it was confirmed. was cold and horrible reheated !

Haggis supper was completely inedible because it was covered in salt and I don’t mean a little bit of salt. I mean it looked like Tony Montana sprinkled the white powder on it. Couldn’t dust it off. It was ruined.

Food was good. Not happy about paying for a 1.75 litre of coca cola and only receiving a 1.5 litre bottle though.

got the king rib supper it didn't taste the same as before there was no flavour to it the paper it was in was full of grease the batter it's self fell off a bit disappointed especially if you were looking forward to it I know there were new fryers put in recently 😳

Ordered 2 bags of chips. Order details confirmed it was in its way. Still no delivery after 1.5hours. Phoned the shop to be told it hadn’t even left the shop yet. Seemingly very busy and it is 21.20pm?

we got a message saying the order was delivered phoned the Mamas they said it was because it had left the shop but it was still half an hour late not amused

Food was delivered 45 mins before time slot ...chips were cold and greasy ...was as if they had been sitting in the fryer for ages!! Not happy with this order

Usually when I order food is spot on chips were rotten and for waiting over a hour I thought they would have been nice

my food hasn't been delivered and says it has over 20 mins ago the restraint has said it has been delivered this is shocking.

Ordered at 6.50 didn't get it till 8.50pm 2hours late absolutely terrible no apologies either and just got a message to say the restaurant isn't going to give any money back for delayed order terrible service

but they need to check the order as I only got one butter roll when I ordered 4 butter rolls

Part of the order was missing resulting in having to go to the shop to pick up the missing rolls. Rest of the order was correct and good quality.

Brilliant food and arrived 15 minutes after I ordered on line.

Piping hot and still crisp, couldn't be better

Last week our order was good. This week Friday night the fish in my supper was very oily and the batter was dry and solid. Got impression it had been in the hot shelf for hours. Very disappointed.
