We have just received a Pizza Donner from mammas and it was absolutely beautiful. Fresh, hot, tasty and fast delivery. Absolutely spot on! Thank you

Previously gave a 5 star review but lately its gone downhill a bit. They have changed their chips and they are inedible now. Hopefully go back to usual or wont be using again. But lads are all lovely

The Parmos and pizza was absolutely unreal & service too!

One of the best Parmesan burgers I’ve had up north. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely try it you’re in Middlesbrough :)

Ordered off just eat no garlic sauce put it dry tiny bit put on the parmo which was not requested

Asked for a little bit more garlic on my meals as there were getting light on previous orders, delivered tonight only to find a teaspoon of garlic on both meals. I paid for extra for garlic sauce, the cheese on the chips what cheese.They were so dry went in bin now looking for another takeaway to order from also looked like we received kids portions

Foods amazing from this place if you pick it up. Never had a warm meal when it's been delivered and it looks like it's been throw about when it's been delivered. Definitely one of the best pizza shops tho.

Ordered food over 2 hours layer still not arrived, first got told its on the way, then got.told the order was made wrong so had to re make it, I don't think they know what they are doing

I ordered a small chicken kebab. It was the saddest driest thing I’ve ever eaten. It took ages to get served despite being the only person waiting. The staff were too busy dealing with phone and just eat orders. First and last visit to Mama’s!

Food is lovely but theres always something missing from the delivey 3 times in a row now pizza has been missing from delivery absolute joke! Last week ordered at 6pm order arrived minus pizza, eventually turned up with pizza at 8.20!

Definitely one of the best pizzas in boro, can't go wrong, good value with the 3 pizza deal. We got a pepperoni, lamb special and vegetarian special.

We've always had a good experience with Mama's Pizza. They always listened and were considerate with how we liked our takeaway. We usually get: Parmo Pizza Deals Kebab and Chips We ordered on Uber Eats because of an issue with our car. Everything had been delivered and was perfect. Except they forgot to put the Hot Chilli sauce in our order. We were gutted since we loved it with kebab. We called them and told them our issue. They had no issue sending a replacement chilli sauce which was surprising . And when it came. They added an additional bottle of coca cola as an apology!!!! Mamas was already incredible with their delicious food and banterous busy atmosphere. But their service is first class and second to none. No. 1 takeaway in Middlesbrough. This is from a family of 4 in Boro who are very satisified customers of this takeaway :)

If you're looking for quality food, you've found your place! The pizzas, parmos, and burgers are next level; my favourite being the vegetarian pizza and parmo burger. The pizza dough is quite unique and is a secret Mama's recipe; honestly they're the best pizza shop in and around middlesbrough; competing with the likes of pizza hut and domino's. Fantastic food, friendly service, and very well priced for the quality you get. Please do yourself a favour and try out a Mamas takeaway - you certainly won't be disappointed. I hope my honest review helps the good people of middlesbrough.

One of the worst take aways iv ever had. It was late, cold and missing items. The parmo was terrible as were the pizza and chips. Only got half a salad. Garlic sauce was like water. Avoid!

I ordered from here today and I will never ever be coming back. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would do it easily without a heartbeat. The food from this place came freezing cold and I literally live 2 minutes in a car away. Chips taste like they were days old. Food was all thrown/slopped together like it was made by a baby and Super dry chicken. Definitely not a restaurant that serves fresh food. For your own health and safety I would never order from here. If any of these cooks need a lesson on how to serve/cook their customers delicious, warm and satisfying food then I'll gladly give you all free lessons because by the taste of it yous all need to improve. Waste of money!!!!!!

I have used this place quite a few times ordered a delivery this time at 19.10 I then rang up at 20.30 to see were my delivery was to be told it had left the shop another 15 minutes went by still no delivery bearing in mind I live 2 min from shop I went to the shop and they contacted the driver and was told he was at my property so went back home but they were not there 10 minutes later they turned up so I told him to take it back did not get a appolagie nothing and just to think last week they had the food trolls there to give them a review food might be good but delivery service this time rubbish

Loved the parmo . But salad was ridiculous no tomatoes no jalapeño. Chips were cold and very sparse would order the parmo but without the chips and salad . My sons have been ordering from here for years . Its really gone down hill

Ordered from here because it had good reviews. Not sure if people are food blind. First of all the tub of garlic sauce, I paid for did not turn up, phoned and they said “ yes, sorry, we’ll send immediately. It turned up 35 minutes later when kids had finished their meal. In addition, the popcorn chicken was burnt! First and last order, ever!

Ordered takeaway came stonecold chips were warm ups they brought a second and chips had to be put in my oven not impressed wont order from these again

The order was quick, however no Card payments are accepted. Food was a parmo was nice, but the box wasn't strong enough to hold the parmo, the salad had no onion l like my onions. Kebab was nice and tasted good.

Really poor service and the food was well below average took 2 hrs to come and when it did was the wrong order and the chicken was raw in the middle. Sorry but first and last time I eat from here health hazard.

My mam ordered a takeaway and when she was unsure of the online ordering, the lad on the phone took her order instead and explained what she needed to do in future, thank you for having patience and excellent customer service during the current busy times! He offered to guide her through the ordering system and was lovely to her on the phone.

I get food from the place all the time. Would never use anyone else. Very fast and clean service. Food is always of great quality and tastes delicious all the time. Always be looking forward to eating it. You definitely have to try if you havent. Wont regret it.

Ordered chicken kebab, gave Donna, rang up no apologies, just relayed mistake to staff and said we will send someone out and you can swap the kebab over. Still sat waiting 35 minutes later. Looking at reviews, this is par for the course, they have no customer skills and couldn’t care less. Avoid the hassle and get from plenty of other better pizza/kebab shops. I will now not recommend this place to anyone. Unfortunately they couldn’t give toss, they just write off bad reviews, which is short sighted.

Love this place been going for years every Monday and every other time I can my so James even orders double so he can take them back to London Plymouth wherever possible xyv and whoever rated before got wrong place x

Just got a kebab from here and even though I got it from the shop it was freezing pitta was soggy and meat had a funny smell and taste like it was off never seen or tasted meat like it literally just wasted a fiver because had to go in the bin probably have a bad belly off the piece I ate now too, staff never look happy either all 20 of them don’t waste your money here pure rank

The pizza was cold even though I waited in there for half an hour till it was ready , noting like the menu depicts cold salad out the chiller thrown on top of hot grilled chicken makes no sense. staff had no manners food was just thrown on counter and my number shouted, there is much better in boro! Gave it a try but won't use again.

Without a shadow of a doubt this pizzeria is the best in the country, everything is fresh & delicious. Delivery also isn't a problem but they do get busy... Anyway I've yet to find any pizzeria to try & match but I've failed, I'd highly recommend anyone to try anything from here.

Ordered twice and the second time it was freezing cold was told next delivery would be discounted. Ordered and told they knew nothing about it. Won't order again rubbish customer service lost my business.

This is the third time I've received kebab in my London pizza which specifically states on the website it's vegetarian, after years of getting pizza from the same place and telling them we're vegetarian they have continually messed up our order, will not be ordering from them again.

Really doesn't deserve a star!!!! I phoned for a parmo at 9 o'clock at night to be delivered at 10 to be still sat waiting at 10:45. Phoned 3 times to be told he has left the shop!!! Hi I have ordered from here on several occasions without issue unfortunately Friday night was appalling I ordered London pizza , margarita pizza and a chicken kebab as we had guests.Everything was stone cold and as pizza had chips on as topping it was awful no reheating in oven could have saved it and other pizza also cold.Kebab was inedible as meat cold and lots of salad that had gone soggy.Not a nice experience and I have never publicly posted review but I emailed them direct next day to say how disappointing it was as feedback but the response was not personal and not satisfactory therefore don't order from here on busy weekends not worth money.

Gorgeous parmo however meals are normally wrong, CHECK BEFORE LEAVING!!!! Plenty of apologies but nothing ever changes. Pick it up, drive home and have to drive back again cause something is wrong. Pain in the a*se. Really lets the place down!

After wating 2 hours for my food it finally arived cold and soggy !.... the chips there undercooked and the garlic sauce was like dirty washing up water ...! What a waste of time and money wont be using again !

Went for a kebab on my home from the club.. got home ready to devour the kebab.. wrong kebab!.. rang up had the correct kebab delivered within 10 mins.. it was LUSH.. very busy but mistake rectified quickly.. definitely recommend.

The best so far i came from birmingham just for their pizza the service was excellent and were very nice towards everyone and the parmesan was just great and hope they open a branch near mean hope everyone goes i 100% reccommend this pizzeria due to everything and hope i can visit it again!!!!
