hey guys Mamas is actually sucking people pockets I would not hesitate to call them scammers they way they are charging for foods most expensive most rude staff . We have done a worst experience by ordering Minch box. Litterlay guys you would not believe we paid 17.95. We got only 1 kebab and 1 steak shish and 3 pieces of Naan rest of box was full with fries only guys when you pay 18£ you expect quantity like at least 1 person would eat sufficiently but here scene was different only fries fries and fries . When you order next time please think million times because you are gonnna loose your money. main thing is you order food to fill your stomic but that’s how they play with charging maximam cost with least quantity. When you pay 18£ per person you expect a bit quantity mini munch box was worst experience and overall Mamas is very expensive from whole Manchester road food street . When I complained about them like you have given much quantity of fries…delievery guy was rude when I called him about food

Been going here for years as the food is always top quality. Last night we had trouble making payment due to their website being down and not having cash at home. These guys sent our usual order for free!! Couldn't believe it. They really are a good set of lads that look after their customers. Highly recommend this place.

Without doubt the worst munch box I have ever tasted. Mostly salad & chips, inedible 'steak' (picture 3 is after chewing for 10 mins)...microwaved chicken pieces, overpriced and even when you pay extra for the Naan you get stale Pitta. Avoid!

The BD5 area of Bradford doesnt have much variety when it comes to food places unlike BD7 and BD3. Therefore, when this shop opened I thought finally some decent pizzas in BD5. As I had eaten from the other branches and their pizzas are good. I can't complain about the food because all branches are fairly consistent including this one. However, the customer service is shocking, it's like an amateur set up behind the till. Because of this I cannot give more than 3 stars. If this improves then they are 5 stars all day long. Will I eat here again. Most likely yes because the pizzas are good. Previously rated 3 stars due to poor customer service. However I must say that there has been significant improvements in this area. Again the food is consistent and good. Cannot fault them in this area still. But they are now a 5 star service. Update Still a regular customer here. Food has been cobcistently good since they opened. They have added several new items to the menu since opening and I would still recommend this place.

Quick delivery and great toppings on the pizza. BUT the pizza dough itself wasnt the best and the chips were undercooked and soggy. Also wasnt a fan of mix of cheddar and mozzarella on the cheesy chips.

Unfortunately I did not enjoy the donner kebab on naan it was caked in chilli sauce I never asked for which ruined it. I was in pain eating it and had to take as much chilli off as I could even having a slight burn on my lip. It was dreadful. The naan bread and donner meat were delicious it was such a shame the chilli ruined it. My son enjoyed his bbq popcorn chicken pizza but I won’t order from here again due to my bad experience

I spent £26 for munch box it was cold, kebab was thick and tender, 80% of box was fries , missed nan bread which I paid for. I won't order again.

I order a lot from this place and the food is brilliant when you go and pick up however, this was the first time I ordered via just eat. The food came in 30 to 40 mins but the food itself was not great. It was not cooked at all, the pizza was very sloppy did not even eat this and when I called the lines were closed. I don't think people should put any orders in when their about to close or they should not take orders close to closing time if the food is going to be mot cooked properly. Thanks

We have ordered from here on multiple occasions and we usually order either their munch boxes or their kebabs. I must say that these have to be some of the best kebabs we have had locally! The munch boxes are also great too if you’re really hungry. We have never had an issue with any of our previous orders and we never hesitate to order from them. We had a tiny issue with tonight’s order but with one phone call, it was very speedily resolved and the gentleman on the phone was extremely apologetic. He even apologised again when he came back to our house. Mistakes happen, it’s easily done, it’s how you resolve them that counts and I really cannot fault them. I will certainly be remaining a customer of theirs and I won’t hesitate to order again. Keep up the great work guys and thank you again for resolving things so quickly and easily!

Great food but has to be be the worst delivery, I live down Manchester Road and my waiting time is still an hour or more and have to take down another star as last time the driver did not even bother to meet me at the main gate of my flat or at my car park but had to literally walk to another street. Never had this happen before when ordering from elsewhere so overall their delivery system is the reason I won’t be ordering as often from this place anymore, not worth it.

Ordered the best seller munch box: Chips - too many too salty Donner- too much Nan-ok Chicken steaks/ over done small and not very tasty and not juicy Disappointed as I just felt it was a pizza box of donner meat and chips with some overdone lamb and chicken thrown in Salad- comprised of lettuce and onions - no cucumber or tomato So generally poor disappointed and certainly not going there again

The foods isn’t as good as it looks or tastes. Most delivery drivers are so rude & slow in their jobs. Mamas pizzeria is a flop, it’s not worth any £££ on. I’d prefer Delicious Parmesan over Mamas pizzeria; just saying.

Absolutely shocking. Rung to order a pizza and asked to not add peppers on half OR a few slices of the Pizza as my 7 yr old because she is allergic to peppers on ANY pizza. They couldn’t accommodate. Becuase it’s half and half on an offer meal. Absolutely ridiculous service. As MUSLIMS and the teachings of our deen, over something so small you did NOT accommodate, it’s very sad. There is honestly no humanity. I would have paid extra to get a few peppers off a few slices however, I choose not to give you any of my money and I’ll go to someone who will value my child somewhere else.
