One of the best place for pizza. Must try Turkish delight and peri peri pizza.

The BD5 area of Bradford doesnt have much variety when it comes to food places unlike BD7 and BD3. Therefore, when this shop opened I thought finally some decent pizzas in BD5. As I had eaten from the other branches and their pizzas are good. I can't complain about the food because all branches are fairly consistent including this one. However, the customer service is shocking, it's like an amateur set up behind the till. Because of this I cannot give more than 3 stars. If this improves then they are 5 stars all day long. Will I eat here again. Most likely yes because the pizzas are good. Previously rated 3 stars due to poor customer service. However I must say that there has been significant improvements in this area. Again the food is consistent and good. Cannot fault them in this area still. But they are now a 5 star service. Update Still a regular customer here. Food has been cobcistently good since they opened. They have added several new items to the menu since opening and I would still recommend this place.

I spent £26 for munch box it was cold, kebab was thick and tender, 80% of box was fries , missed nan bread which I paid for. I won't order again.

We have ordered from here on multiple occasions and we usually order either their munch boxes or their kebabs. I must say that these have to be some of the best kebabs we have had locally! The munch boxes are also great too if you’re really hungry. We have never had an issue with any of our previous orders and we never hesitate to order from them. We had a tiny issue with tonight’s order but with one phone call, it was very speedily resolved and the gentleman on the phone was extremely apologetic. He even apologised again when he came back to our house. Mistakes happen, it’s easily done, it’s how you resolve them that counts and I really cannot fault them. I will certainly be remaining a customer of theirs and I won’t hesitate to order again. Keep up the great work guys and thank you again for resolving things so quickly and easily!

Great food but has to be be the worst delivery, I live down Manchester Road and my waiting time is still an hour or more and have to take down another star as last time the driver did not even bother to meet me at the main gate of my flat or at my car park but had to literally walk to another street. Never had this happen before when ordering from elsewhere so overall their delivery system is the reason I won’t be ordering as often from this place anymore, not worth it.

Best pizza in town. Never disappoint

Ordered the best seller munch box: Chips - too many too salty Donner- too much Nan-ok Chicken steaks/ over done small and not very tasty and not juicy Disappointed as I just felt it was a pizza box of donner meat and chips with some overdone lamb and chicken thrown in Salad- comprised of lettuce and onions - no cucumber or tomato So generally poor disappointed and certainly not going there again

I ordered a vegetarian pizza with no mushrooms unfortunately it was topped with mushrooms like some1 had a accident in the kitchen and spilt the whole box on my pizza it was disgusting called to ask not helpful at all could have taken this pizza and swapped it but nowt can do won't order again unfortunately choos hal

Pizzas and parmesan are sublime! Try the Turkish delight. Parmo burgers are super tasty too

food wasnt so good it was cold and the chips were soggy and extremely salty the pizza wasnt so bad the first slice it had a funny taste to it the delivery guy was a top bloke

They usually have good pizzas and nice food. The one in bd5 is better than the Manningham branch in my opinion. Better staff, prices and food quality.

Last time I ordered the quality of donner meat was alot worse than usual hope this is not how it all time if so I won't be ordering again

The foods isn’t as good as it looks or tastes. Most delivery drivers are so rude & slow in their jobs. Mamas pizzeria is a flop, it’s not worth any £££ on. I’d prefer Delicious Parmesan over Mamas pizzeria; just saying.

Probably the best pizza's in Bradford so far. This is the only branch I'd rate 5*. They greet you with respect and make your food fresh and on time. Highly recommend the Chicken Tandoori Pizza

Absolutely shocking. Rung to order a pizza and asked to not add peppers on half OR a few slices of the Pizza as my 7 yr old because she is allergic to peppers on ANY pizza. They couldn’t accommodate. Becuase it’s half and half on an offer meal. Absolutely ridiculous service. As MUSLIMS and the teachings of our deen, over something so small you did NOT accommodate, it’s very sad. There is honestly no humanity. I would have paid extra to get a few peppers off a few slices however, I choose not to give you any of my money and I’ll go to someone who will value my child somewhere else.

Ordered a large kebab and regular fries the portion of fries was bigger than the kebab!

I really like ordering from here whenever the whole family fancy a take out. The boxes are really good. I highly recommend the mega munch box as it feeds the family well. It has so much food inside!!! I like to order the snack pack box if there's only 2 of us eating as it's definitely enough good. The pizzas from this place are also really good and tasty. Will definitely order from here again.

Ordered 3 pizzas tonight from mamas. Can not fault them they were perfect in every way and cooked to perfection. Phoned to find out who made them, usman made them brilliantly and everybody loved them cannot recommend enough will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered the munch box from this branch, ordered a farmhouse pizza as part of the munch box when arrived the pizza was wrong. Rang the branch and was told the pizza is right and that their menu is different to the Lily Croft branch. Going to a different branch you would expect the menu to be the same. Absolutely unacceptable, no apology given and would not visit this branch again! Travelled far for this as saw the the review from BeardMeatsMan but definitely won’t be recommending this branch to anyone.

Hour and thirty five minute wait for cold food. Have asked for a refund will update. Update called 2/3 times to speak about the order and was fobbed off each time that the manager wasn't there left my number and no call back.

Food was stone cold, they took 1hr and 15 minutes to deliver and food tasted horrible, they used cheap burger cheese on the Parmasan, which came with salad and fries, rather than chunky chips. For £8.45, its not worth it.

As a regular pizza eater, these guys pizzas are the best I've had in ages. They are a little bit pricier than other takeaways but once you've ordered, you'll know when that extra money went! Can't wait to order again

Greasiest pizza I've ever had!! Overpriced, food is far from authentic and wasnt even cooked properly. Stay clear if you are looking for real pizza and also to most likely avoid food poison.

This place is a absolute gem! The pizzas are the best you will ever find! 😮, The burgers and kebabs are also very tasty, mamas put so much pride and effort in their food and business you can tell, also it’s so clean and spotless inside one of the cleanest takeaways ever, 10/10

only live about a mile away ordered munch box on uber eats. it was delivered in 25 mins but the food was cold and not fresh enough fries and meats weren't warm. on this occasion it was a miss .

If you love burgers then at least in Bradford Romeo was the place to go. But I think now there is a new contender. After 6 years of bad low quality food available on Manchester road, had stopped going there. But Ramzan emergency forced me. Tried out the Parmo burger and have had to go back 3 times so far just for the burgers. The best thing about this place is. If you have a Bradford cheapster mate who prefers low quality, cheap ingredient, unhygienic staff then Raja's is a few feet away. No one feels left out.

Just now finished a 12 inch margarita, and a munch box. Shared between 4 of us. Very good value. The food is absolutely bang on. BANG ON. Well worth the drive to pick it up. Very fresh, quick service. Can't recommend enough. Really try it.

Had the food it was really good. This mota was eating all of it. Then I had to slam the mota face into suplex city. Then big fat mota jumped out no where and asked for parmesan chicken . I hide the parmesan away from him he had got really sad and said I want my parmesan

Level of service provided leaves a lot to be desired. Ordered pizza at 7:25pm and was informed it would be ready for 8pm. When I arrived at the stated time my order wasn't ready and was subsequently made to wait a further 30 minutes before I was given my order. Totally unacceptable and inept attitude displayed by the staff.

Absolutely disgusting pizzas. Not sure about other food but the pizzas r too expensive and horrible. Rajas next door to them make better pizzas. Mama's need to sell 3 pizzas for £10 not 1 pizza for £10 that's just daylight robbery

Meal deal is good but still too much money for 1 pizza which isn't a nice pizza at all and neither pizza has any good taste. Maybe they could try making tastier pizzas or else that's last time I buy a pizza from them.

Pizzas were gorgeous and customer service from young man at the front was exceptional you can tell these lads have experience in their field and pour passion into their jobs. Overall, we had a great experience and will not hesistate to come back.

For the price you pay you think the pizza should have a wow factor, for me no difference to any other pizza shop, the customer service is shocking and that is the real reason for 1 star, i ordered 1 pizza to try, they said it will be 20-25mins, i then walked down to bank and got the money out, walked back up and went to takeaway next door and ordered the rest food, got my food from next door, then went to collect my pizza, approx 30mins had passed and got told it wont be long, another 30mins had passed and was told its coming out next, another 10 mins later finally go the pizza, completely unacceptable and not a happy as my other food because of them was now cold. For the taste i think it was ok nothing spectacular. Would I go back ???? Possibly NOT.
