Mamas Jerk in Lambeth

For £10 it seemed thrown together in a put ima microwave. Tasteless food. Zero appeal. Polite staff. Not sure how this classifies as jerk food. The mutton was not my cup of tea.

I highly would not recommend wasting your time or money here. The two girls who was on shift on Sunday were outrageously rude. They have no clue about customer service and don’t practice it. I asked what was available right away twice to ensure my question got across to the young lady who was clearly not paying enough attention and I was told options, as soon we paid for our food she told us to come back in 25mins. I instantly asked for a refund as I ensured I asked twice what was ready right away without a wait. The other staff members who was cooking in the back, approached me with so much attitude and even proceeded to tell me “this isn’t McDonald’s” refused to ask me what had happened and insisted on telling me I did not ask what I did. I was refused a refund and sent away with no food and no money …

The food was amazing! Great customer service & helpful staff. The food came straight away. Mamas jerk is somewhere I’d definitely recommend and go back to!

The food was amazing fresh out of the oven. Also a view of the jerk chicken being prepared infront of you on the hotplate is nice. Will recommend to family and friends to eat here.

Como otras críticas que acabo de leer, desearía haberme tomado el tiempo de buscar esta cabaña de comida antes de comer allí. Esperé 30 minutos por unos langostinos cocidos en exceso y me encontré con actitudes desagradables de dos miembros del personal que me hicieron sentir muy incómodo. Este no es un buen establecimiento, es mucho mejor ir a uno de los restaurantes más pequeños del Caribe en Deptford o una camioneta de comida. Mi comida estaba quemada, gomosa y la salsa estaba tan avinagrada que cualquiera podía sufrir una indigestión ácida. La comida también era demasiado cara. El personal claramente piensa que son impecables ya que se negaron a ofrecer una disculpa o un reembolso. No creo que el personal que trabaja deba ser un idiota o pedir dinero por esta interpretación. Horrible espantoso espantoso. Me avergüenzo de ellos.
