Fantastic place. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable on the drinks they have. Love that you can sample before you can buy. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend to anyone.

I really like this little place Great drinks, great seating, great ambience .. if you have walked off a load of calories in Lyme park, or on the canal, you can treat yourself to a pork pie with your drink as well

Firstly, the quality of the pun has to be acknowledged. Mostly though, it's just a brilliant place for a drink. There is something for everyone with the cask and keg beer options (even a Turkish Delight stout on my most recent visit). Fans of other drinks are also well catered for. A great deal of thought has gone into the layout and decor as well.

First visit here. A lively bar with a good choice of drinks. Popped in early on a Saturday night and the place was already almost full. Pity we had to leave after one drink as there was live music about to begin.

I don't drink so I always have coffee, my coffee was spot on and as a bonus there was a choice of chocolate biscuits, yum yum, staff very pleasant place spotless definitely would be first port of call if I lived in Disley which is only a mile or so from Stockport and a bit more to Buxton a good starting point for walkers, with Lyme park a few yards down the road

Been driving by many times over the 5 years since it opened and this micro bar is the main reason we got the train here. Better finish than most micros. Really like it. Additional seating downstairs. Small pavement seating area on busy A6.Regular CAMRA award winner. Flic loved marmalade cider. Pint of Lancaster Amber was yummy.

Good choice of cask and keg beers, all kept well. And a wide selection of bottles to take away.

Brilliant range of cask and craft keg beers, CAMRA member discount . Cosy welcoming atmosphere in the ground floor room, extra seating in the basement (steps are quite steep).

Lovely bar with good choice of ales. Very disappointed that the best table was reserved and the people turned up 30 minutes late!! Very ignorant. We could have sat there. Customers need to respect the licensees. It's not hard.

I have visited a number of small independents, & many must have struggled massively through this covid period! I have to say for its size, great cask beer choice as well as craft & alternatives, great friendly staff, made to feel very welcome within the covid restrictions. Certainly one of the competitors within the town should learn from this relative newcomer who I would highly recommend visiting but leave space for me!!!

The only pub is disley. The rest are rubbish.

We popped in with our two dogs on our way home and were accommodated by the friendly and efficient staff. We found it to be really well organised with respect to social distancing guidelines. Staff members were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Excellent range of drinks. Highly recommended.

Fantastic venue. To welcome us all into 2020. Malt Disley had a fantastic NYE themed party. Now straight into the new year, it’s clear that Malt Disley want to build on their already well deserved achievements, by taking them even further. The selection of spirits has grown to a spectacular level, you are really spoilt for choice. 2019 really saw a Gin boom and blossom throughout the year. Malt Disley did not fail to keep up with the ever growing flavours of Gins and specialist tonics. You are spoilt for choice in other departments in spirits too. ‘Wine m’lady?’ Ladies, they’ll have you covered in Red, White, fizz or a whole lotta Rosé. The Bar has many local and guest pull pump beers, ales, ciders too on tap. Along with 2 lagers which have stood the test of time as the punters favourites ‘Flensburger’ and ‘Dortmunder’. I cannot thank MD for all the teams hard work. Please, try it for yourself. 🍺🧸

Met some friends here before going for food in sasso across the road. It's a lovely little place, friendly staff, great drinks choice and good ales!!

Was here on a Friday evening and found the place to be packed with all age ranges. They had a great selection of real ales and the opportunity to purchase a decent sized pork pie complete with mustard and pickled onions for just £2.50 The perfect pub snack. Should you wish to you can even play one of the numerous board games they have on the shelf. Why not read the latest news from the choice of local and national papers available. If your still stuck for what to do then visit the small library of books they have. Overall a good time seems to be had by all whilst drinking the fairly cheap beer
