Maldron Hotel Belfast City in Belfast

I had been to Belfast for few times now, and stayed in Maldron Hotel, Belfast City for a couple of times. I must say, the front office staff, specially Stacy and Aidaan are so very polite and courteous. They handled my requests so well, they well understood my requirements before allotting the room. With a smile on their face and a never-say-no attitude, they have always gone an extra mile to make me feel welcoming. I am deeply touched by Stacy's hospitality and support throughout my stay in Maldron. Wishing both Stacy and Aidaan all the very best in their future endeavours. I shall definitely stay in Maldron the next time I am in Belfast City. Cheers!

Staff were fantastic and so lovely. Gave us recommendations on where to go and made delicious cocktails in the bar. Rooms were super clean and really nice.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel clean friendly and staff so lovely Stacey on reception went out of her way to help myself and mum organise a family trip while we was there What an asset to the hotel this girl is!! Definitely stay here again x

A very well run and efficient hotel in the middle of Belfast which caters for tourists, business people and can hold meetings and conferences. I was there with my wife and friends for a short break and it ticked all of the boxes. It's location is superb for touristy type activities and when you couple this with the proximity of the Hop-on Hop-off bus you can get just about anywhere in the city very easily. The rooms (we had a double deluxe family room allocated despite there being only two of us!) while not enormous are big enough. There are signs of age in the bathroom but the shower was superb. Tea and coffee making facilities are in the room and it was well stocked throughout our stay. The one thing we never found out was what kind of breakfast was available and what the cost was - perhaps this needs advertising better?

Stayed here twice for company trip, nice comfy beds, great shower and room facilities. Clean and spacious. Friendly staff, great food options for dinner and breakfast. Central location.

Very clean and amazing breakfast

Room sizes are small, but manageable. Climate control throughout the entire hotel, including rooms and all public areas, runs uncomfortably warm. Room thermostat adjustments only last 2 or 3 hours before they time-out and the thermostat automatically turns itself out. This allows the ambient room temperature to remain uncontrolled and uncomfortable. The heat in the lobby is much too warm...no effort is made to cool it down at all. Also, bathroom linens quality is very poor. Towels are rough and small. Finally, breakfast buffet hot foods are not served hot. All of them are barely warm, certainly not serve-ready hot. Employees are very helpful and thoughtful. Hotel location is perfect.

Hello, The location and the accessibility of the property is fantastic. The front desk staff were really helpful and resourceful to resolve all my queries and any issues promptly. Special mention to Ms. Naimh who helped with a lot of planning and sightseeing. Also Mr. Michael who helped me in arranging a new room as an alternative when I wasn’t happy with the condition of the room allocated on arrival. The Breakfast spread was good and sufficient to start the day. Although would have preferred more vegetarian options in the hot food section. Overall the condition of the room and fittings were slightly dated as it’s a big hotel and I had chosen to stay in a deluxe room. The day rate is not the best value for money for the amenities and size of the room. But the experience was fabulous because of the team and the staff that run the property for guests.

Great hotel that is located in the heart of the city. Room was meticulously clean and room service was excellent. Buffet-style breakfast was also great.

Top location. The first hotel I stayed in, In North Ireland, was here for a long weekend attending Down Royal Racecourse in Lisburn. I think the hotel is in a good location as it got loads of restaurants & bar's with live music so close to each other.

Everyone was polite, from check in to breakfast, lunch and dinner, we couldn't of asked for anything more. We had our 2 children with us and each time staff interacted with us they interacted with them, I loved this the most as most places would just talk to the parents but everyone was so warm and friendly especially Rachel she couldn't do enough for us and seeing the way she treated everyone the same was exceptional.
