I ordered the chicken wings with Rice, unfortunately there was no flavour on the wings they tasted really plain and the rice just tasted like lemon. The half slice of bread I got in my box was amazing though. won't be ordering again.

Disgusting. Lamb doner meat full of small bones! Every mouthful hurt teeth. Ultimately unable to eat. Salad was a joke; just lettuce and cucumber; no red cabbage or pickles like other quality kebab shops; lastly food was freezing cold. Never again!

Food was delivered fresh and hot and smelt lovely. Really enjoyed the okra and the rest of the order was just how we wanted it. Thank you also for the generous sauces that you kindly sent. Sadly there was one slight issue one of the tubs of ketchup had opened in the bag and it ended up covering everything in that bag in ketchup and the box of chips had also opened and spilled in the bag so it couldn't retain its heat. Maybe it can be packed differently in the future. But other than that, thank you for delivering good quality and delicious food. Stay blessed!

Thank you so much to the kind delivery driver who brought us the food piping hot whilst it was gushing with rain outside. Despite the cold and wet weather, the temperature of the food was pleasantly hot. As I opened the packaging the house started smelling wonderful of grilled kebabs and chips. Everything tasted fresh and it was just what and how we wanted it. A big thank you to the lovely man who delivered our food and to the chef who prepared the food to such a good standard. Very dry and very small portion, no sauces. Not even salt on the handful of fries. Over priced. Photo is of a large meal which I payed an extra £5 for.

The chicken wings were nice, the shish and chips were just okay, the kofta, salad and rice could be better, and the pizza was very very dry unfortunately.

But the half chicken was only a quarter of the chicken

The lamb and chicken kofta was Over cooked, the kids burger over cooked , the rice was missing and replaced with extra chips which I never ordered.

First time ordering but it won't be my last. Kebab was delicious but chips were cold but that's just standard as they sweat in the container. My only complaint is having to pay extra for sauces, especially as the tubs are tiny.

Its not bad but could be better. They have good pizza but burgers are terrible. Burger bun falls apart in my hands, all wet and soggy after less than 10 minutes transport to home. Awful

Got raw mixed doner, disgusting. Never experienced this before. Tried calling them but no answer. Two wraps to waste. I'll hold you liable for food poisoning because I was unaware after the first bite.

Great food! Very big portions which I love to see. We ordered mix wrap and mix shish with fries and salad, everything was delicious but they could pack a bit more sauce as they only give one tiny container (about full table spoon of sauce) I love my garlic sauce so definitely not enough and unfortunately there is no option to order extra on deliveroo. Other than that i 100% recommend Makla

All food in this restaurant is expired and old. Lamb doner stinks !!!!!! This place is completely rubbish. Never go there . ( owner of this hop told me when I enter with a mask " is it a mask or bra ?" ) are you allowed to speak with a costumers this way .....????? Never will order from here and every day will put you bad comments. Old stinky kebab

I have ordered here too many times to count. Every time I have, the food has been excellent. Chicken shish is always cooked to perfection. Kofta and lamb shish are also superb!! As been by delivery man in few occasions that the address on their navigation map take them to different area that is why they came always late but today driver mention that map take him away but he knows the area. Can you please update your system on driver phone, as this never be the case with Uber eats

17/06/2020 Update Since original 5 star feedback posted when they first opened (see below for original feedback) When Makkla first opened i was the very first to post feedback amd it was so good i took my te to let everyone know on google too, bear in mind ive had close to 120,000 views of my posts and pictures and am a local google guide, this would have been nothing but beneficial to Makkla. Then take into account i may not have many orders showing via Uber, but between 4 family accounts we have ordered on average 12 times once every 3-4 weeis. The last 3 orders have had items missing, poor quality and not cooked sufficiently which we highlighted in the following orders notes requesting them to take care and note, today unfortunately has just been a terrible experience where my daughter's mixed doner looked half eaten and tampered with 2 small strips of lamb and then my lamb doner totally undercooked i had to stop eating after a bite as sickly feel came over me not to mention the over greased naan. You cant rimg them aa the shop dont have a phone and their mobile is never answered or switched off., My daughter was in a mood as a result of her food and continued to try ringing, so it leaves us no choice but to update my google review with today's feedback, i went as far to say best takeaway in Wembley , not anymore, your customer service gets a 0, customer support a 0 and quality a 1 out of 5 .. i hope they take note and respond, (Feedback from Weds 17/06/2020 as posted on their website) Original 5 star feedback below- Great experience at Makla through Uber Eats today, read on for an honest review from a 'Google Local Trusted Advisor'. Makla currently being a recently opened new business!, I opted for the classic Mixed lamb and chicken doner which came with a full mix salad on the side along with a thin wrap style pitta and full portion chips and then garlic and chilli served separately as requested in the Uber eats notes (which I was told they won’t read !) all for £6 ! Makla has just been open for a few months so the hope is that they keep this impressive menu in place and not follow the likes of Kebabish, Taste Of Lahore and Lahori Zaika who all began this way, obtained their customer base, then started losing the salad getting lettuce and onions as standard, no included options like fries or even sauce, and just provided attitude ! Makla talk to your reviewers and customer base, they will all say keep the menu's as it is, then once loyal customer base has been established, only then increase the price where needed, we all would be happy to pay 50p to £1 extra across our total order to get the full meal we desire ! Mixed donner. Chicken meat had nice flavour, lamb meat was pretty standard donner. Meat portions good size. The salad was fresh and tasty but the salad portion was measly, really pathetic size to be honest. The chips were nice and decent portion, a little on the smaller size.

Bad customer service. A young gentlemen could be the owner, favoured other customer all though I was before them. Was very intimidating, asked me why I was not happy, when I began to speak he told me to enjoy my food (in an arrogant way) and walked off. Very rude!

chicken shish kebab was very good and generous size (large), salad with kebab was below average, pizza was great, chips weren't good. overall a big yes to shish kebab and pizza, not so keen on the sides. reasonable delivery time.

Best shaorma i find till now in 5 years in London. And the prices are not fancy.

OMG! I was there today. Couldn't resist to leave a review. I had medium (actually very big) mixed meat doner and it was absolutely delicious. Never had any better one. Quick service, friendly stuff, good prices, yummy food. If you visit Wembley definitely need to come by!
