Freezing cold food. Small portions. Add time to delivery time

Absolutely awful food and service. They were cleaning using chemicals and didn’t even wash his hands when making my food and when I complained they started arguing and swearing at me saying I’m wrong in the head. They served me the food cold and put minimal chicken in my wraps - felt like a “get back” for complaining. Never ever want to come to this place again. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Rice was hard as nails and tiny portion. Wings were over cooked and bland. The lamb kofte was nicely seasoned and tasted good. All in all the food was poor with a lack in flavour, seasoning and quantity. Not worth the price I spent nearly £20. Was a really cold day and they wouldn’t shut the door.

Decent meal and very generous amount.

Taste is very good . Requested extra rice and the chef was kind enough ti give extra rice . Only concern is that though I ordered whole chicken I did not find leg or thigh piece only breast and wings pieces.

Great meal for a family of 4. Need some extra rice . My kids loved the Turkish spiced grilled flavour whole chicken . Very nice smell . Bless the chef

Don't rate this place tbh chicken was nice chips was cold salad was watery and bland the freezing cold cokes had been placed on top of the hot food and crushed the Box and made the food cold how ridiculous and when the just eat Courier arrived even tho I was at the door waiting for him and he could see me he chose to stand at his bike and have a conversation on the phone for 5 mins before delivering how rude and selfish when delivering people's food no wonder it was cold.my first and last order

I ordered the chicken wings with Rice, unfortunately there was no flavour on the wings they tasted really plain and the rice just tasted like lemon. The half slice of bread I got in my box was amazing though. won't be ordering again.

Disgusting. Lamb doner meat full of small bones! Every mouthful hurt teeth. Ultimately unable to eat. Salad was a joke; just lettuce and cucumber; no red cabbage or pickles like other quality kebab shops; lastly food was freezing cold. Never again!

The food is delicious, bursting with rich flavours. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommended for a delightful meal

We never received our food! Chatted to Dena online for ages but she needs to investigate over next 24 hours. We have 2 x children who were hungry and after 5 hours travelling, ruined our evening. We want a full refund please

Always order from here, the food has never disappointed and they give amazing portions for a good price. The owner is lovely and accommodates and welcomes everyone! Honestly this place deserves more recognition, it’s truely the best.

Food was delivered fresh and hot and smelt lovely. Really enjoyed the okra and the rest of the order was just how we wanted it. Thank you also for the generous sauces that you kindly sent. Sadly there was one slight issue one of the tubs of ketchup had opened in the bag and it ended up covering everything in that bag in ketchup and the box of chips had also opened and spilled in the bag so it couldn't retain its heat. Maybe it can be packed differently in the future. But other than that, thank you for delivering good quality and delicious food. Stay blessed!

Thank you so much to the kind delivery driver who brought us the food piping hot whilst it was gushing with rain outside. Despite the cold and wet weather, the temperature of the food was pleasantly hot. As I opened the packaging the house started smelling wonderful of grilled kebabs and chips. Everything tasted fresh and it was just what and how we wanted it. A big thank you to the lovely man who delivered our food and to the chef who prepared the food to such a good standard. Very dry and very small portion, no sauces. Not even salt on the handful of fries. Over priced. Photo is of a large meal which I payed an extra £5 for.

The chicken wings were nice, the shish and chips were just okay, the kofta, salad and rice could be better, and the pizza was very very dry unfortunately.

But the half chicken was only a quarter of the chicken

The lamb and chicken kofta was Over cooked, the kids burger over cooked , the rice was missing and replaced with extra chips which I never ordered.

Great spot 1 min walk from Wembley Central Station. Delicious food, made fresh, friendly staff. Cozy little place. For a quick delicious bite, I would highly recommend this place.

First time ordering but it won't be my last. Kebab was delicious but chips were cold but that's just standard as they sweat in the container. My only complaint is having to pay extra for sauces, especially as the tubs are tiny.

Its not bad but could be better. They have good pizza but burgers are terrible. Burger bun falls apart in my hands, all wet and soggy after less than 10 minutes transport to home. Awful

The lamb kebab are so good Would have preferred a bit more sauce tho, the chicken fillet burger is a must try so good and juicy. Only thing that was a let down was the chips they tasted kinda old but never the less 8/10

Got raw mixed doner, disgusting. Never experienced this before. Tried calling them but no answer. Two wraps to waste. I'll hold you liable for food poisoning because I was unaware after the first bite.
