Bad experience. Ordered pizza’s, when recieved through delivery it was undercooked and completely damaged. Called MakHalal and they are not agreed as this is a mistake from Makhalal. See in photo. I am not recommended to anyone. Never ever order next time.

I went in this place to order pizzas. They have two different sizes: a medium which is actually a small and a large which is a normal medium 12' pizza. I ordered two margherita: the appearance was not inviting and the taste was very far from expectations. The tomato tasted like curry and the cheese tasted funny too. The experience was made worse by the terrible service with the server not being able to explain what one of their specialties was made of and the guy at the counter rudeness. I will not come back

We ordered on just eat and received not even half the food then got a phone call to say the drivers forgotten the food, when it’s the restaurant’s responsibility to put the food in the bag. Then told us we have to come and collect the food? Ridiculous. We paid for the delivery and extra cost already on the app then pay for petrol to go and get it?!! Should have at least compensated for something. Not happy at all. This is the second time we have been messed about

plenty of flavour and cooked while you wait none of that reheated rubbish. Portions are huge looked like the entire chicken breast on my burger.

Never gonna order again a very bad Worst service, I've ordered accidentally for 44.77 pounds in Uber, and when I tried to cancel it, Uber charged us, stating mak halal had already prepared the food. So I placed one more order in the next instant for around 24.98 and asked them to deliver all together, but the mak halal claimed they binned it and can't send it. So, I just ordered 69.75 and got food only for 24 pounds, so frustrated 😠. I don't understand how they binned everything that fast and how they made all the order that quick even though it showed in progress and even driver was not assigned yet. Hope it gets sorted.

Doesn’t look that great from outside but once you are inside the shop, the atmosphere is very nice. Ordered Meaty White Sauce, Donner, Onions, Pepper & Cheese and Mixed grill sandwich. Food was great but service could be slightly better. One lady on tills were not very welcoming and slow in reactions. Overall a decent experience.

Visited Mac Halal on a number of occasions. Staff always helpful and friendly. The food is of high quality and priced very reasonably. They probably do the best veggie burger in town. On today’s visit I was greeted by an enthusiastic young lady by the name of Samerah who could not do enough to help. Highly recommend this place.
