i have visited this place, the food was delicious , the staff behaviour was lovely especially the lady Faiza was really nice . she was very kind to all the customers

Visited in branch absolutely loved the food and great customer service recieved by faizah, definitely need to pay a visit down 10/10 guys.

Lost the quality and the test the food not fresh anymore . Last 3 times I ordered from Uber eat all there times was rubbish hope they update the business cuz when they start long time ago food was amazing all was fresh and very testy Feel sorry to give you 1 star .

Had the MegaMix. Both the wuantity and quality of the burger was amazing but the sauce inside the burger was not good. In ny opion the sauce should be a bit spicy to bring some flavour in to the burger.

Really nice place and lovely food

Sumaira made sure the experience was par excellence and put in all her effort in getting the service right. She was very welcoming towards the delivery drivers as well. Keep up the good attitude. She Advised us in selecting the best burgers in the menu. And finally followed up if food was made to perfection. The original smashed burger was 10/10 Fries were perfectly crisp and well cooked. Double Mac burger was great too. The interiors is very inviting and restaurant itself was clean and maintained high standards of hygiene.

This is the worst place you can ever be at! First of all, there was a burger which had no mention of beef but chicken and when we ordered it, it had beef inside. I asked for a change of the burger, they said they’re fine and insisted to try their new burger which I rate a 1 on 10. After that, they gave me the same beef burger, I was persistent enough to check the burger again and just to find it had beef inside of it. It was a real disappointing experience for me. Worst customer service. Never visiting again!

One of the best halal foods retail point in Nottingham. Student friendly and the staffs here are extremely supportive. They keep it running till early morning so its a place for quick snacks. Specially, Miss Faiza is very welcoming and I appreciate her eloquent customer service.

First time trying Mak Halal after a few friends raving about it. I travelled from Leeds to Nottingham specifically to try their burger meal. Hands down, great value for money and combined with the Ice Blu drink, it was a great combo.

I had an amazing experience at Mec Halal in Nottingham. The staff were so friendly and really made us feel welcome. Faiza, in particular, was incredibly nice and made sure everything was perfect. Amazing flavours and great service.

Came down from Rochdale for work and had the food here. The Parmesan and chicken burger were really nice and tasty! Was really impressed with the presentation and loved the fries too and drinks. Kainat was really helpful and friendly. Would recommend this place to family and friends!
