I have ordered online from here a few times, and the food has always been fantastic, but today I decided to visit the restaurant in person for the first time and I am so glad I did. The lady who took my call was incredible. She made sure I got the best deal and ensured I was happy with my order. When I arrived, she greeted me warmly, instantly recognising me, and made me feel genuinely welcome. She even checked on me while I was eating to make sure I was satisfied. The service was honestly on par with a 5-star restaurant, yet this was a takeaway meal priced at just £4.99! The food, as always, was delicious, and the prices for collection are unbeatable compared to other takeaways and restaurants in the area. For the quality and service, this place is outstanding. Highly recommend!

1. Worst customer service they dont know how to deal with customers. 2. I order double beef burger and they give me double chicken and i asked for exchange and they start arguing and didnt give me what i want. 3. Dirty place all sitting area are dirty as you can see in the picture. 4. Food is cold i will rate food as 6/10 I think they have a fake reviews as the reviews are good but not as expected so didn’t recommend this place Nottingham had better places than this worst experience ever

We ordered our food for eat in on a busy Saturday afternoon and it only took 15 minutes. We could not complain in the slightest. The pizzas was very hot chessey and tasty. I always visit Mak halal- food is very tasty and always HOT! Ive never had a problem and I know I never will. Service is great especially from Ali- he is a very welcoming member of staff. I would recommend anyone coming to Nottingham to try Mak halal on Alfreton road. They also have a restaurant in Birmingham and one opening in Leicester very soon. Nice atmosphere. Welcome reception. There are enough place to sit. There are plenty of menu to choose from. My favourite Picante 😀 the food is amazing 🤌🏾 and even when busy I don’t usually wait too long! There are tablets for children to play games while waiting for their food 👍🏽

Bad experience. Ordered pizza’s, when recieved through delivery it was undercooked and completely damaged. Called MakHalal and they are not agreed as this is a mistake from Makhalal. See in photo. I am not recommended to anyone. Never ever order next time.

I went in this place to order pizzas. They have two different sizes: a medium which is actually a small and a large which is a normal medium 12' pizza. I ordered two margherita: the appearance was not inviting and the taste was very far from expectations. The tomato tasted like curry and the cheese tasted funny too. The experience was made worse by the terrible service with the server not being able to explain what one of their specialties was made of and the guy at the counter rudeness. I will not come back

We ordered on just eat and received not even half the food then got a phone call to say the drivers forgotten the food, when it’s the restaurant’s responsibility to put the food in the bag. Then told us we have to come and collect the food? Ridiculous. We paid for the delivery and extra cost already on the app then pay for petrol to go and get it?!! Should have at least compensated for something. Not happy at all. This is the second time we have been messed about
