Popped in last night with a friend, very cosy and friendly place, although there are only 10 tables, 8 were taken, showing they must do something right. the waitress was extremely helpful, food outstanding. Highly recommended !

I recently dined at Maiella Worth, a restaurant in London that specializes in Abruzzese cuisine. I had the "Pallotte cacio e ove". The sauce was so good that it was perfect for 'fare la scarpetta.' The arrosticini were delicious. And to finish, we had a blueberry cheesecake that was simply amazing. Highly recommended!

Very positive experience. Very good and traditional food. Few things but done well, prices not high for the English average. The guy who serves the tables is very nice and helpful, it's a shame I wasn't able to try the gentian, because it was finished. I will definitely come back.

Very lovely and tasty restaurant not far from Wandsworth road. Everything was delicious. We tried pappardelle Al ragù d’agnello and gnocchi with sausage and wild mushrooms and they were delicious. Service is very friendly and kind.

Amazing! We stopped here for dinner during our visit to London and the experience was unforgettable. There was no room inside the restaurant for us (reservations are recommended) so we sat on the small patio. The staff were fantastic - warm, pleasant and accommodating to every request. The meal was spectacular! We had the ravioli, peppardelle, mezzi paccheri and shared a small salad. I will be sure to come back when we return to London. I highly recommend that you visit. You will not be disappointed.

The truffle gnocchi was delicious, however the pizzas are nothing to write home about.

We went to Maeilla Worth with some friends (4 adults in total) very cute little restaurant. Lots to choose from the menu and also a good drinks menu. I ordered mussel pasta and it was nice, the starters were also decent. The service was slightly slow but cant complain as it was very busy for a Thurs. Would recommend to at least visit once.

We went for my friends birthday and the staff were so accommodating! They were able to arrange a table for 20 people super last minute. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable, they were able to take our order and bring the food out so fast and efficiently, all the food was delivered together! They even sang happy birthday and gave the birthday girl a free tiramisu. A fantastic time and would definitely return 😊

Amazing food, this is easily one of the best Italian restaurants in London. Staff is super friendly and service is good. Music choice is great and overall ambiance seems like a neighbourhood restaurant serving delicious food to locals. Pricing is decent and good value for money considering the high quality. Food is from the abbruzo region, and there are some standout local dishes and some variations of your favourite italian dishes. Every dish we had was great the worst was atleast a 7-8/10. Definitely don’t miss the lamb skewers the uovo with parmesan truffle appetiser and the gnocchi. Best gnocchi I’ve had in london

We had such a wonderful time from start to finish. The staff made sure to tend to all of our needs and offered great recommendations in this cozy venue. We had the arrosticini to start, which was cooked just outside followed by Pappardelle con Ragu' D'agnello and Gnocchi alla Boscaiola. Every dish was full of flavour and the portion sizes were very generous. It’s also a dog friendly restaurant!

Hands down my favourite resturant in London. The place has a great neighbourhood feel with the manager/host always chatting and greeting locals, the food is exceptional and it is very well priced. If I could only eat at one place this would be it!

Definitely will come back and recommend to anyone wanting delicious Italian cuisine. The restaurant is small and cosy, the person who took our order was excellent. We ordered burrata for starter, which tasted fresh and fragrant with the truffle. For mains we had the ragu papardelle and la piccante pinse (pizza). The Ragu papardelle was one of the best I've had in London...can't wait to order it again! Finished off with tiramisu and it was perfect!

Cosy and quaint restaurant! The restaurant was empty when I walked in, but I felt a little unwelcome when I just said it was me eating. Apart from that, the service was fine - quick and attentive. I ordered the pappardelle. Whilst the pasta was nice and fresh - something didn’t sit right with me so I wasn’t in love with it. It has a strange twang to it. I still finished it and thought it was overall a nice dish, but just not the standard I was expecting after the reviews and given the price.

A gem of a place and very authentic original food. Limited menu which is ok because everything was perfect. Very accommodating and warm service. It felt like being in Italy.

You know how you dream of finding a new place that is going to be special and you get in at the beginning? You know when you order something and think "yeah, I know how this will be" and then it is served and you think "wow, I did not see that coming"? You know how a nice meal can light up your whole day? This place is it. Go now so you can be all "yeah, I knew them when they were starting". This is it. One year on. Sometimes going back to somewhere which has been fabulous can lead to dissapointment. We went back, but I knew in my heart that everything was going to be OK. Don't worry, they have still got it. The same high standards, the same flavours caressing your tastebuds and the same beautiful use of texture. If I did not live 265 miles away I would systematically work my way through the menu.

I happened to be nearby and saw this restaurant with high ratings on Google Maps, so I made a reservation to try it out for dinner. The restaurant is not very big, but the decor feels very romantic and is especially suitable for couples. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance to avoid arriving and finding it fully booked. The weather was a bit cold, and the staff recommended that we try their grilled skewers, which were delicious and hot. The pasta was also excellent. When dining at an Italian restaurant, it's a must to order tiramisu as a dessert, and it tasted fantastic. Overall, the food was excellent, and the staff were enthusiastic and courteous. It was a very satisfying meal.

Amazing place, run by amazing people, cooking genuine amazing food from Abruzzo! The arrosticini are the "real deal" and everything else is always so fresh and tasty. I keep going there, bringing new people all the time so they can have a taste of the food that my region in Italy has to offer, at this little gem in London.

I have to align with all the positive reviews received. Small, cosy, and well-kept restaurant. As soon as you step in, you are feeling surrounded by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I am glad to see that there are young italian entrepreneurs who want to show another form of italian regional cuising different from the ones you could find everywhere. Great and friendly service. Fresh and homemade food.

As always, fantastic and authentic Italian food: two delicious panini's stuffed full of meat, cheese and salad, plus a couple of Aperol spritzes for happy hour!

We were here three times in 6 months and the quality has sadly gone down steeply after a great restaurant launch (maybe after the restaurant got its high rating?). Some parts of our order were forgotten, the mains arrived at different times, the waitress handed the drinks/dishes to the wrong guests and a few other misteps took away from the enjoyment. Also, the mains are tiny, which is odd given they are all somewhat unexpensive pasta dishes.

We always take any out of town guests here. It’s one of our favorite spots. The food is delicious and the workers are so friendly! Do NOT miss out on the charcoal bbqed sheep!!!

Pappardelle was cooked to a perfect al dente, and the lamb ragu was good as well. The lasagna was pretty good as well, though the noodles were a little softer than I prefer. Flavors were good. Service was better than average, and the atmosphere is cozy family run. Worth a stop for Italian cuisine.

Excellent food and cosy atmosphere in this family run little restaurant. We had bruschetta and arrosticini, delicious skewers typical of Abruzzo region, in central Italy. Everything was perfect. Next time we’ll try the home-made pasta. Absolutely not to be missed!

Lovely little Italian cafe, had delicious pasta

Went here last night with my partner for dinner and this place is topping my Italian night out list now. All of the food was delicious, but the pasta was definitely the star of the show: so fresh (I watched them make it from our table!) and perfectly cooked, with beautiful sauces that aren't over-complicated. Vibe is lovely too, really laid back cozy cafe/bistro with friendly attentive staff. Truly a hidden gem!

Not sure why this restaurant is so highly rated we both got the meatballs and it was really really bad. The sauce tasted like tomato soup, the tiny overcooked meatballs had the consistency of canned meat balls, bland, grainy and with multiple bits of macerated bone, and the spaghetti wasn't al dente it was chewy and badly cooked. I would always send this quality back however unfortunately we had to leave quickly and I hadn't eaten all day so didn't have time for them to replace the food, and considering we both got terrible quality we had no faith they'd be able to replace it with better quality. The service also left something to be desired and they didn't seem to understand what a card receipt was.

Really good place. Great regional food enjoyed quite a bit my pasta with lamb ragù and my son loved his pasta too! Starters and desserts also yummy and overall an amazing experience!

Visiting from New York, hardly a culinary backwater, I was taken away by the food here. This place will undoubtedly get recognition that time has a tendency to bestow upon great things (it’s relatively new having opened roughly a year ago). We had the calamari, burrata tartufata, and bruschetta, there vernacular of Italian food, but each dish was differentiated in form and substance from those that have preceded it. The carbonara was so, so splendid, that for the first time in my life, I demanded the young, talented chef do an encore and rustle up the exact same dish again. Homemade Al dente pasta within traditional dishes - I’ll be somewhat sad when this warm establishment inevitably gets busier, but it will not diminish the pride I would feel for the place.

Have been wanting to come to Maiella for a while to try their traditional Abruzzo food. The restaurant is small and with a very cozy/cool vibe. We enjoyed the pasta we ordered: pappardelle ragú d'agnelo and the chitarrina alla teramana. We ordered polpo but was very very hard. The man who served us was nice and attentive.

An authentic dining experience of Abruzzo (central Italian mountain region), with high quality ingredients and genuine recipes. On Thursdays and Fridays they grill typical sheep meat skewers ("Arrosticini") in the traditional way and they are wonderful. The team is friendly and passionate about their cuisine. Will certainly be back.
