Ordered fish fillet burger, it came burnt, didn't taste nice!

Always a great place to visit, never had a bad experience. Food is always 10/10 and the customer service is always perfect! Would highly recommend you visit if you’re in the area, you’ll not be disappointed!

Certainly a place to eat out, just had one of the best kebabs ever with fries and a lemon/lime drink.

Will never order from the keighly mahmoods! It’s not the same as the rest the food from this branch is absolutely horrible my SFC chicken was burnt so bad and so dry even my cat wouldn’t eat it what a waste of money and the chips were soggy and hard and tasted like cardboard honestly this is my second time trying this mahmoods out and every experience from here has just been the worst! Stay away from this branch and visit another branch instead

This is an amazing place tucked away in West Yorkshire; great pizzas 🍕 burgers 🍔 and amazing fries 🍟 plus they are just not like McDonalds but much better by miles! Get here and get some good much. Amazing customer service from Saaf what more could you ask for plus this place spotlessly clean! 🧼 eat and enjoy your food at MahMoods best place to eat in all of Yorkshire!

Where to start? Food is average, not mcdonalds. Service is just waiting for staff to get off their moblies, happens ALOT. Way over-priced food for the area.

Only late night place in keighley

Was in an unfamiliar part of the world and stumbled across Mahmoods in Keighley. Absolutely delighted that I stopped off here. Firstly the food was brilliant, I tried the Big Dripper and my friend had the Chicken Fillet burger and we got some pieces of chicken too, finished every bit of our meal is was bang on. The service and atmosphere were excellent too, the guys are very friendly and welcoming and accommodating and the shop is welcoming, spacious and tidy. I would definitely return, 110% satisfied. Thank you guys 😊

It was Christmas Day so may be an unfavourable time. Food was standard fast food but milkshakes were great.

It's cash only half the time but they don't tell you until you arrive ready to pay by card. The food is pricey considering the burgers are tiny.

What a refreshing experience, I have previously visited this branch and I must say the service wasn't what I would expect from a well established business HOWEVER since this branch is under new management it's clear to see the new team have a clear passion for customer service and this translates into the food. I haven't enjoyed a Mahmoods the way I did today for a very long time. Well done guys keep up the good work. And to anyone who hasn't been down, trust me you won't be disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mahmood's in Keighley, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles from the new manager Saif and a cozy atmosphere that made me instantly feel at ease.

I rang and ordered food and whoever answered the call sounded like he was falling asleep so anyways I’ve placed my order and waited for over 1 hour and a half and it still didn’t show up so I rang back to see how long it will be and the little basterd said to order on justeat whoever it is working the night shift I know they are crackheads all they do is smoke drugs all shift and don’t care about the job

One young lad working alone. I waited 25 mins for two burger meals. Just eat driver was still waiting when i got my food. Table of three lads ordered on phone. Came few minuites after me and when i walked out still hadnt gor their food. Quality and standards dont meet fast food criteria.

Ordered online , a chiken Piza and fries, taste was good , but they didn’t send even a single sauce dip with the order. You are making money but not giving your stuff with proper quantity, chicken Piza was seems like a plane cheese Piza.
