MADE Cafe in Manchester

This cafe has been the host of many different owners and I have to say the current owners are one of the worst. Firstly the food, the food is mediocre at best. The chips are like eating cardboard and most of the food does not have much flavour to it or it is all very dry and rubbery. There have been a few times where I have had a decent meal but nothing good. The pasta is very dry, the jacket potatoes are microwaved after they have been baked with the cheese and again very dry (I mean who gets jacket potatoes wrong!). The hygiene of the server with the slightly longer hair is very questionable. I once went in for toast and they made my toast on the panini maker rather than an actual toaster! The fish and chips on the Friday are a nice idea but the chips taste like cardboard and you get about 5 chips with a out the freezer fish for £5! They literally count the chips. It is ridiculous. I also checked and the company got a very low rating for hygiene!!! You can tell why when you go in. Overall this cafe could be good they have some menus which sound nice but fail to deliver. Overall it is expensive the smallest of hot foods cost £5 for lunch. Overall needs a lot of improvement on food price and hygiene

Great place to chill whilst visiting. Great blend of coffee and had an amazing Vegan and cherry brownie, sooo good!
