Ok, this was the first and last time I’m ordering from this company first of all they were late, they didn’t call me to inform me, I had to call them to find out where the delivery was. 2nd When the food finally arrived it came without the chips so I had to call the company back for a second time to asked them where are the chips? The person on the other side of the line was a bit standoffish and said I can have my pound back for the chips.. so my meal is now just a burger that didn’t have any ketchup or anything I asked on it. I told the guy he can keep the pound and I won’t be ordering from them again. This company has to do better if they want to survive with all the other takeaways out there

I must admit I wasn't expecting much, But was well pleased with my hot n spicy Pizza. Will try again.

Lovely food, fast and professional service always on time or early.

Noisy takeaway, who's delivery drivers leave there cars running for long time waiting for an order late at night, even engine running at midnight too while the kids are in bed, the noisy staff always taking very loud outside at late times pass 11pm. Noisy closing there doors and shutters up at night loads of banging no atemp to be quite, no consideration for the local residents, this takeaway is in a residential area, no respect no consideration from owner or the delivery driver.

2 hours later than expected arrival time, and it didn't even arrive - but they claimed it had. Had to call 60 times, abysmal service.

Ordered through Just Eat and waited 2 hours. After trying to call the restaurant 10+ times with no answer, spoke to Just Eat who advised the order had been cancelled without anyone telling me. Wouldn't bother with this place unless you want to go hungry.

Got my order earlier then expected which is a bonus. Food was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

I have had a few takeaway's from MacDonners before and they were nice. They were great value and they r local to me.

The pizzas are good, nice flavour and texture! However If you order 14" pizzas then make sure they send you 14" pizzas and not an 11" pizzas! Disappointing!

First few times I used these the food was lovely so I continued to use, then the last couple of deliveries the quality and quantity has got poorer I paid £6.50 for a mixed kebab and there was about 4 strips of kebab meat in and was a bit hard, unfortunately I think you have lost a regular customer
