Superb!!! Lovely staff, creative, fun!! You must visit 🥰

I and 2 of my friends went inside and one ordered a crepe but the other two didn't order and they said we couldn't go upstairs because we didn't order. Just probably because we are responsible people and they didn't want us messing about upstairs even though we wouldn't.

Wow, second time ordering and not disappointed. We live a fair distance and the desserts always arrive hot and fast. The sweet selections are fabulous, bought some ' old school sweets' for the kids to try. Our new fave dessert shop. Thank you once again 😁

Americanised milkshake, sundae and sweet shop. The pick and mix is over priced but not extortionate. The pre-made bags are more expensive unless you get 1kg or more. Sweet selection is better than most supermarkets for unusual sweets but then due to a space limitation, they don't have sweets your expect in a British sweet shop and the ratio of American to British sweets is too small to say its an American sweet shop. Milkshakes are okay but not the best ice cream. Upstairs seating is good. Packed with school kids term days after 15:00 to 17:00 ish.

Just bought some Kinder Strawberry Explosion waffles for the family ... They were huge, absolutely delicious, maybe a bit too much for one if you are not hungry. The staff were pleasant and courteous and dealt with the order efficiently. Highly recommended for a visit ... The milkshakes are also out of this world.

The prices are not low, but you don't go to such places every day, so you can turn a blind eye to it. Very nice shake myself and my nephew got from here yesterday. The pick and mix was filled with a variety of sweets he'd never had before which was a nice surprise. A touch expensive but what isn't in today's economy. Overall very good and I will take him back here, thanks guys

Ordered online and was given a 15 minute time frame arrived 5 mins early and it was ready, kids loved the shakes.

I recently visited for the 1st time and tried their large waffles 😋 was well worth the money and came in a little pizza box to take home. Staff were very friendly too 💯 highly recommend

Had an issue with a gift staff and all the staff were so kind and thorough. They took their time and sorted it, despite it not bring their error. The smoothies we received were delicious! Will be back!

A very large variety of thick milkshakes along with smoothies and desserts including waffles, crepes, ice cream/ sundaes and cookie dough. There is a nice selection of sweets too! Very tasty and the service is quick and the staff are always friendly.

Milkshake was nice but over priced, pick and mix was a waste of money nearly £4 for a small amount, staff members was not really helpful wouldn't visit this shop again disappointed.👎

Deserts and milkshakes taste great, but prices are stupidly high. Almost £30 to deliver two large milkshakes and two waffles.

First time trying M Jay's and we were not disappointed! Order delivered on time by a really friendly driver, and we even got extra ice cream, which was a nice bonus. Had two very happy children that devoured their waffles. Look forward to vising in person next time.

Tried Mjay’s for the first time today, we were spoilt for choice at the incredible menu. Absolutely will be coming back, can’t wait till we can sit inside and enjoy our treats.

Nice spot for desserts, shakes and smoothies but very very sweet. The cookie dough was sickly sweet with super sweet caramel sauce on top. You get the idea. Nice clean place and friendly service though. Casual, bright and popular with youngsters

Best waffles by far, would definitely recommend and will 100% go back, there's so much to try! Newly refurbished with lots of seating spaces upstairs, staff super nice. Only thing I didn't like was the plastic cutlery but the food is the best🤩 If you're driving use the carpark near M&S (right around the corner)

Visited this place after hearing about it from a Mum at my Daughter's school. We both chose an regular size icecream sunday and they were massive! The place is half shop half cafe with the majority of the seating upstairs. Next time I'm going to try the waffles!

Absolutely delicious! So many options from shakes to cookie dough to waffles. Wear something with a stretchy waistband! Pleased staff too.

MJays shakes are really thick and nice, with an absolutely HUGE selection of different chocolates and sweets to put in. I've never tried the waffles so I can't comment on those. Disappointed that the sweet shop at the bottom has gone bust but happy that MJays are continuing to thrive and have taken over the downstairs. I hope it will alleviate some of the waiting problems that we've experienced in the past.

Cool place! Loads of choice of American candy. The waffles are excellent. They're not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Delicious!

Highly recommended. Went there for the first time yesterday, i ordered hotline bling Milkshake for me, and strawberry and nutella waffle for my partner, to take out. Absolutely delicious. Menu is on the wall downstairs at the front door, so you can decide what you want, out the way rather than having to hang around upstairs near the till deciding what you want. Little things like this that make it a lot more efficient than our experience at the Manchester 'Archies' alternative. The place was warm and clean, staff friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended

I personally think this is a very expensive place to go and have a milkshake at. However, they do speciality milkshakes I've never seen before and are unique. I wouldn't go near it if on a diet!!! It tends to be busy with very little outdoor space to sit down on a nice day but that's restricted by the main road.
