There was an issue with the main but thought all the staff dealt with it well. The dark chocolate and mint tart for dessert was out of this world

My husband and I called for lunch today having booked a table. We were seated very quickly. We ordered via the QR code which was straightforward. Our food was brought by Isaac, who was prompt and delivered it with a smile. It was simple but delicious. We had a jacket potato with side salad and a chicken and bacon salad. Portions were great too. Once we had finished, Isaac asked if we had enjoyed our meal and cleared our table. It was a lovely experience we will definitely repeat. Thank you.

Fantastic pub nice food nice people

The service was fantastic. I booked a table on the internet and it was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The restaurant area was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. They showed us to our table, pointed out a discount code and made sure to keep checking in on us throughout. Ordering was easy to do on the app and the service of both drinks and food was very quick. Great atmosphere. I would highly recommend the Seven Woods pub.

This is our local, so we know it well. We popped in for dinner last night after returning tired from a trip away, not wanting to cook. The food was great, as always, and we were delighted to find our favourite real ale was on, which helped to rehydrate and revitalise us! Jess, Lauren and Emily were their usual 'ray of sunshine' selves, ensuring everyone was welcome and well looked after, lifting our mood after a long day 🌞

Had a fantastic time at our local. Loads of screens for watching the game, and the entertainment is great. live music and quiz nights, keeps things lively. The staff are super friendly and the food is classic pub grub done well. Definitely a great place to hang out with friends for some fun and a pint! Recommend booking.

Rude girl assuming I was underage because I ordered a Pepsi max with no alcohol, after I ordered and paid she asked for my ID and said no under 18’s are allowed after 9pm. Started talking to me in a patronising tone saying I looked really young (I’m 23) until I showed her my ID which shut her up, ironic as she admitted her ex was 15 and makes me wonder if she’s even old enough to be serving people? It’s embarassing on her part to be acting like that I suggest you hire staff that are better at talking to people.

Macie was a lovely waitress and couldn’t do more for us.

Amazing lazy on the bar with a claw clip in her hair, she was so helpful and accommodating and offered the 10% drinks discount which was amazing! And Macie was such a good server, made sure everything was perfect and had a great attitude, proper lovely!!

Attended tonight , nice friendly staff and nice cooked food , a venue worth to visit with friends or family.

Came for tea on 4th April and as usual the food was great, my steam was cooked to perfection. Peppercorn sauce portion would have been nice if it was bigger. Service was great from Lauren and Nicole and a great atmosphere in the pub. No wonder you are award winning. Eileen Herkess.

It was a great experience, the staff were really helpful and welcoming. Despite it being busy because of the football, service was so quick both with food and drink! We love the food here as it's so tasty and the menu has a lot of variety. The veggie burger was especially good, and we were surprised at the variety of options for vegetarians! The mac and cheese is also really good!

We were a large party (16). The staff accommodated us and were friendly and very helpful, ensuring all the meals were prepped/served together. All food was delicious.

Poor portion size for price paid sadly - child's portion. The price was the same if icecream removed for pudding if you wanted vegan option . So poor value for money overall

can’t say anything about the food as i’ve never tried but service was very quick. the manager was absolutely lovely (big up vicky) she was so nice and made me feel welcome as soon as i arrived. staff are friendly

We turned up on a busy Friday and ordered 2x mixed grills, despite the kitchen being obviously busy, our food came without much delay and was delicious. The bar staff looked after us and we had a good evening.

The staff were excellent as they always are. Great atmosphere in the pub with a mixture of ages from young children to us old wrinklies. The food was lovely, as were the drinks, albeit expensive. We really enjoyed our afternoon out.

First time here as we were going to the pictures. I wouldn't normally leave a review but our waitress was so lovely I had to leave a review to say thank you.. chloe was so pleasant always smiling even when we changed our minds several times on what we were having. A big asset to this pub. Food was nice, just pub grub which is what we went for .. I wish everywhere had staff like this, some are so miserable these days. We will go back here.

came in tonight for a meal with my friends, it was quite busy but the food came out quickly and fresh! i had the hunters chicken which i would really recommend, the portion size was perfect. our waitress masie, was very polite and professional, she made sure that everything was okay with our meal and made sure we always had a drink!! i would highly recommend visiting this pub, we will be back!!
