Expensive, make sure you are clear on single or doubles for cocktails. We had two drinks and the bill was not justified. To make matters worse they had to improvise one of the cocktails as they didn't have the correct ingredients. Poor atmosphere, service was super average...

I rented Luna for my boyfriends surprise birthday party and I could not recommend the venue more! Talila and her team were SO helpful and helped make the night super special (they even helped us find a DJ on the day of the party!) Great venue and lovely staff! 10/10

Luna has been the best spot for cocktails since it opened a few year late back, but the new bao menu makes it #1 for sharing food too. The team were excellent (as always) and we shared the chicken and duck bao buns + gyoza. 10/10 couldn’t have been any better.

Great service from Kosta who was very knowledgeable around cocktails. Good food options too. Overall great experience.Will be back soon.

Fabulous place located in the heart of West Hampstead. Variety of drinks and food. One of the nicest places out there to go on a date, business meetings or friends catch up.

Luna Gin Bar what a night we had , its exceptional selection of gin and cozy atmosphere. The bar offers a wide range of premium gins, along with other cocktails. The knowledgeable and friendly staff provide excellent service and are happy to guide you through the gin menu and found Security Chris to be a welcoming gentleman. It's great when security staff make guests feel safe and valued.The bar's ambiance is stylish and inviting, making it a perfect spot for gin enthusiasts and those looking to explore the world of gin. Overall, Luna Gin Bar is highly recommended for a memorable gin-drinking experience will come back again .

I am at two minds when I write this review. This is my local and if you asked me a few days ago I would have given it 4-5 stars but my last visit disappointed me. But let’s start with positives. The drinks are very good, a lot of options and cocktails are very nice. Food menu doesn’t have many options but the food is very tasty. Service is usually very good too. Ambience is great and DJ is very good. So now about negative. On my last visit I went with my friend and we ordered a few drinks. We asked for a bill and I just tapped card without looking. Then I looked at receipt and was surprised to see a big number there. I looked at itemised bill and saw that they put more drinks than we had. When I enquired about it they admitted it was a mistake (no apology, just that it is a mistake and that they will refund the difference). The waitress came back with refund amount and I see it is just the drinks they offer to refund but not the service charge on extra amount. Enquired about that too, puzzled look from waitress and she was trying to explain to me that service charge should not be reduced. No, I said, it is 12,5% on total and your total was not correct. I finally got correct refund but it left me with a bad taste in my mouth. They overcharged us with about 20 quid and I got no apology no offer to remove service charge altogether (I would have left it in but offer would have been nice). Not sure I am going back there…

Absolutely amazing evening! Booked this bar with a group of friends as a pre-Christmas get together and we honestly had so much fun. The food was 10/10 (especially the calamari) and the cocktails were delicious and so well presented! Talila went above and beyond for us and we had the best night! Would definitely recommend and return!

Came in here today by chance as we were struggling to get into central due to delays. From the moment we entered we felt extremely welcomed. The cocktails were amazing and they have a good variety of snacks. This said, the best part of the experience was most certainly the maitre d Talila, she was very warm and helpful and gave us some great recommendations for cocktails and snacks! So happy we found this place and will definitely return to see Talila alone

This has an inspiring drinks menu with various cocktails and gins to choose from. We enjoyed the cocktails we had and took advantage of the 2 for 1 happy hour offer. It was a pleasant day so the front doors were open adding to the experience.

We had the most incredible food and amazing service. Sofie was so personable and gave us recommendations that held completely true! We’ll definitely be back again and again! Best dinner and drinks spot in West Hampstead 💕💕

Great cocktails, amazing food and excellent service. Lovely decor and chilled vibes making it the perfect place to have a good time. The bar staff can make any cocktail your heart desires while the waiting staff are always there to give you good quality service. The chef and his team though are just the level in terms of food as I did not expect the quality to be so meticulous and tasty, honestly one of the best food experience I've ever had. You know someone knows his stuff when they can make a perfect chocolate fondant.Just Epic!!! Definitely going back and will try more food.

Went for an early dinner and drinks with a friend, the food plates were small but incredible - especially the octopus and gambas, which was the best I’ve ever had. Lovely atmosphere and attentive wait staff. Would be good for just drinks too, I recommend the Mediterranean Bramble 🍹

Very tasty cocktails. We came in for one drink and stayed for five! On a warm day the front of the bar opens out onto the pavement. Very professional staff.

Came here the other day, was greeted with Amazing friendly service, Waitress was really helpful had some great menu recommendations, Nice and chilled atmosphere, Exquisite cocktails hat off to the bartender, Food and desserts, my favourite was the strawberry cheesecake with coulis nothing but topnotch. Definitely visit Luna Gin Bar again, this special Gem.

Just visit Luna Gin Bar....I must say i was pleasantly surprised! Great fresh food, cocktails and service. Will defo be my new go to place. The White Negroni cocktail is the top .
