Super little neighbourhood Italian. Food excellent, service as good as you will find and very reasonably priced. Booking advised as there are only a few tables. Visited very recently. I tried the calamari to start,then the rib eye with porcini from the specials board all washed down with a very drinkable house red. The Calamari was superb, the steak in that sauce was to die for. Yes, yes, yes it's still as good as it ever was Excellent!

What this family owned and run little place lacks in curb appeal it certainly makes up for with the warm welcome and excellent quality food. Two courses for £15.50, makes it excellent value also. We've been coming here for quite a few years and see no reason why we won't be back. All our friends who've recommended Luigi's to feel the same way.

Felt so welcome and looked after. Great environment, great food and a lovely family team! All food came out together, as we were in a large party. I will be definitely be back with my family.

This restaurant is a hidden golden nugget in East Leeds. About 20 from our dance class had booked and all arrived at 5pm. This didn’t faze the lovely family who run this Italian restaurant. There was little if any delay in our food arriving at our tables and in any case this helped us all to interact with each other. The food is very reasonably priced and the quality of the food was excellent. We all would definitely recommend a visit, it will be worth a try.

This is a cracking little restaurant serving classic Italian food at a very reasonable price. There is a starter and main set menu, so £15.50 for 2 courses or you can pick from the menu, still reasonably priced. Everything is served fresh and hot and the service is not rushed. Family run and made to feel very welcome. Just a few minor constructive points. The tables are not cleared by the eldest Son who spends a lot of time on his phone in between serving. This makes the restaurant look unappealing to people that just drop in. There is another Son sat at a table who spends the evening on a gaming PC. He does have headphones on but the keys clicking are very irritating if you are set on the next table. Like I said, minor constructive criticism that is outweighed by the excellent food.

A warm, welcoming & rustic small Italian eatery with great food!

Went with a few friends restaurant was unwelcoming, chairs uncomfortable. There were tables full of dirty crockery and glassware that was left after customers had left, it stayed there all the time we were there whilst the server was on his phone. Shame food lovely, but the appearance of the restaurant really disappointing, needs a good clean, lick of paint and new chairs.

Don't worry about the decorations or outside look....Parking at front...Starters are excellent...Garlic mushrooms are in a creamy sauce....Lasagna for me didn't have enough meat in and was quite waterery...Spaghetti Carberari was good with fish....Overall 7 out of 10 for me....Definitely for money worth a visit....

Just passing through and Googled Italian restaurants and here we are. I have worked in Italy and the pizzas here are just as good (if not better). Ignore the decor (you don't eat the decor!!!), and Salvo is a gentleman and the perfect host 👌

Happily re-visit. The garlic mushrooms are out of this world, along with the meatball starter. The pizzas are beautiful too. Very attentive staff. Great place!

This is a family run restaurant that was recommended by friends. Greeted by the waiter with a delightful smile. Menu is typical Italian food which was wonderful and plentiful. We where not rushed during our visit and only approached by waiter when we needed him. We are going to try the home delivery option next time.

Great food and great service. The young gentleman serving us was really accommodating, friendly, professional and considerate. I appreciate that as my lively toddler can be a handful, and we felt at ease there. My vegetarian pizza was delicious, and so was the homemade cheesecake. Fabulous. Value for money, tasty food and great service. We will come back for sure. Ciao and razie!

We had another lovely meal with friends at our favourite restaurant. There us a wide selection of foid and drink to choose from. The portions are very generous, and very tasty. It has such a relaxed atmosphere. The family work so hard, and are so welcoming, it is always a pleasure to visit. We will be back soon.

We visited this cute little restaurant tonight for the first time. Despite there being 14 of us for a 30th birthday, everything went very smoothly and timely. The food was truly exquisite, and the staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt very welcome. Fabulous evening. One of the best Italian meals I have ever had. Thank you for a special evening. We'll certainly be paying another visit.

Had friends over from Ireland & we went to Luigi’s for a bite to eat . Food was amazing. Can highly recommend the Lobster Ravioli, it was delicious. I have dined in Luigis for birthday parties, New Year and just general nights out. This place is a hidden gem in Halton. The food is delicious and the service is superb. Luigis is a family run business and they are sweetest kindest family. Definitely take a visit to this little beauty.

Terrible customer service, called up to get a collection was told to collect it in 15, turned up with my two daughters as and the restaurant was empty so we were told to wait be a young lad on the till because it wasn’t ready which is fair so we sat at a table to wait and, the lad said it won’t be, next some battle axe comes out of kitchen saying “you can’t sit there !!! Blah blah and made us stand up” bear in mind the lad that was serving us did t say a thing, my kids said she’s the rudest old bat they’ve ever seen 😂, keep her in the back, let the nice lad handle front of house, also the pizza wasn’t cooked for long enough

What a little gem of a restaurant this is. The best meal we've had out in a long time. Beautiful tasting, and well cooked. We had everything from chicken to pasta to fish to pizza and all delicious. I would especially recommend the salt and pepper calamari. All served by the lovely waitress (owner I think) who was so lovely and friendly and did not stop. She couldn't do enough to help. Very organized, hot dishes , engages well with clients ..

Asked them nicely to turn music down a bit as we couldn't hear one another. Food was nice and waitress funny . Masks are a bit off putting and unusual now but still we all enjoyed our food . Pizza was especially nice . Would definitely go back..

There was a group of 4 and we dined from the early bird menu, there was a really good choice of starters and mains Inc seafood, vegetarian, pasta, pizza and meat dishes. The portion sizes were more than enough, the wine was lovely and not silly prices and the soft drinks weren't overpriced either. The lady that looked after us couldn't have been nicer, a real gem of a place which could easily be overlooked but I would highly recommend and will be going back again.

Luigi's pizzeria is a really tiny but cosy place in which you can breath a original area of an Italian Pizzeria. The taste of meatballs was amazing, proper Italian sauce and the correct use of spices. Pizza mushrooms and ham fantastic. The crust is slightly crunchy. Service is so professional and price more than competitive. A place to go!!!

Food was lovely in a nice relaxing atmosphere, I would give the service 6 stars if possible as our server was genuinely friendly and couldn't do enough for us.

Just perfect. I felt so happy to be sharing with my children that this is what proper Italian cooking is like, and Sicilian to boot. The bruschetta is to die for. The pizza was huge for my child but she did not complain trying! My tirimisu was deliciously homemade with just enough pick me up. It's not flash inside but that really isn't the point. All in all took me back to simpler times. The kids loved it, I loved it and we'll definitely use this next time we're in the area or passing Leeds. All of 5 minutes from J46 M1. Bravissimo!!

Had a great takeaway on Saturday. I am coeliac but they were so helpful. We have beef stroganoff and gluten free chicken stroganoff and were given a delicious gluten free chocolate fudge cake for dessert. Highly recommend

Authentic Italian trattoria with a simple menu and great family service. Visited for our last day in Leeds with our daughter about to start uni in town and being Italian could not recommend more.

What a delightful Italian restaurant which really helps bring Halton up a notch along with it's Chinese and Indian competition. The hostess is a lovely woman and the food is truly excellent. With good portion sizes and reasonable prices eating here is a very pleasant treat.
