Woudnt step foot in this place again on how we were treated ! I went with my 2 friends my daughter and 4 month old grandson, the owner was going on and on about how we had brought a baby and we hadn’t said on booking it was a last minute thing and didn’t think would be a problem at all but it sure was he went on for a good few mins , I said they seems to be a problem he said well you should Have said but it’s ok I suppose I said well it certainly don’t seem ok to me seem a big problem ,he said you really should have said repeating himself felt we had done so wrong really spoilt our meal and we were celebrating as well ,then the waitress came up to us and said we urgently need you table ! Wow I run a business and if I was the treat my guests like this I would expect a bad review and deserve one as well,. The mains were ok but had much better food at other Italian restaurants but the one positive were the deserts they were lovely .

Drive past this place everyday and it smells amazing! Got an order tonight and it’s a mix bag! Special kebab, cheesy chips and cheesy wedges. So start with the negatives. Cheesy chips not the best. Was cold on delivery and the cheese wasn’t even melted and portion of cheese was a light dusting! The wedges and cheese again lack of melted cheese but wedges tasted good to be fair. The kebab! Been waiting ages for this! Kofte, lamb and Donor meat. I ordered with salad which they forgot, the lamb still had bits of elastin which made it a-bit difficult to eat, other than that the kebab was decent and I would definitely order it again! Delivery 2 miles away 50 mins from ordering isn’t bad at all. Value for money?!? Debatable. On the whole 6/10 Will I order again? Yes but something different.

I love the pizza and the fact that they do cheesy chips, but for a change, I want to order cheesy potato wedges, and when they came, there was no cheese on them at all and I paid £1 extra for the cheese but over all it’s good and once they forgot my drinks too

Fab deals and nice hot, and fast, food

Hit & miss often turns up late which wasn't too bad but last order I had here chicken fillet burger did not even resemble a fillet dry and tasteless won't be ordering again as it's by far not the cheapest cheers .

Fantastic takeaway their scampi and fries are absolutely delicious and great value for money

Called in after a celebratory day of drinking. Food seemed OK at the time, they were very busy which meant service was a little slow. Can't comment much more on taste of the food as can't remember, obviously popular by others due to the turn around of food.

Not done a delivery takeaway review in a lifetime but today a bit gutted. Luigi's "flat tyre" was the pinnacle and benchmark of pizza related food. Ordered 2 - one chicken, one lamb - chicken cooked great, lamb was a mix bag. Both a bit sloppy, not all round crispy goodness vs what they used to be. Hope it's a one off

Popped in on way home for a kebab. Place was very busy fot Saturday which I guess is a good sign. I purchased a special mixed kebab which was absolutely delicious. The lamb and chicken was cooked fresh on the grill even the salad was a generous fresh portion. By far best kebab I ever had!!

Will never order again after two hrs of waiting for my food I rang them they said they were just cooking now... And hour later still no food. They put on the just eat app it had been delivered.. It never arrived. Didn't get a refund either...

Had a really good pizza and kabab from our local takeaway shop. Staff were really friendly and very busy when we popped in for some takeout. It would have been better to have phoned ahead, but the guys did our order in good time. Definitely be back for another take out soon.

Have loved luigis for years, food is great when done right. unfortunately, this is just not on. Multiple wrong orders, past 3 hours orders have gone wrong with a stuffed crust instead of just a normal one this time. Probably will not go again.

Shame there’s a no stars option. Missed a pizza off the order. Can we be refunded? ‘No’ Missed sauces off another order. Delivery massively late. All food stone cold. Called Luigis who offered 25% discount off next order 🤣. Not likely. Manager’s attitude appalling. Would I order again? Never. Would I recommend? Never.

Food arrived barely warm, pizza base unfortunately was not quite cooked so was soggy. I can only guess its because it was ordered at start of evening opening and oven was not hot enough. Pizza topping was tasty. Garlic mushrooms were tasty. Driver friendly and delivered on time

The chicken ordered had a strange tasting thick coating & the chips were dry like they had been warmed up from yesterday's left overs. I wouldn't recommend this eatery & certainly won't ever be ordering from here again !!

Ordered on their website directly. Over one hour before I called; then delivered 10 minutes later. Food was lukewarm; spent £35. Quality was so-so, but don't think I'll use again.

Im posting this on Behalf of a Friend up in Rishworth who eats here 6 days a week. He loves it so much we call him Luigi. It must be really nice

Thought I would have a change from our usual takeaway , what a mistake , will never order from Luigi's again , food cold and not nice chicken burger cold and chewy,

We have come and eat here many times and absolutely love it. Its our daughters favourite place to eat and ours too. The staff are so welcoming and always make you feel relaxed and happy to help with everything you need. I would highly recommend to go and try the food. 😊

First time ordering from Luigi’s and what a treat. Ordered the special kebab with salad and chilli sauce excellent meal fresh meat cooked on a charcoal grill, very lush indeed. My girlfriend ordered the 4 cheese pizza and added garlic and olives to the pizza and that wasn’t bad either. My only regret is that we have never ordered from here before.

Delicious food and friendly staff. Good value meal deals. We always collect and never have issues. I think it’s unfair to rate the takeaway solely on the delivery aspect only so please choose which reviewers comments are true to your situation. We always predict which time will be busiest so either order earlier or expect to have to wait. Clearly them being busy says a lot about their good quality and loyal regular customer base.

Difficult to rate this place given the inconsistent quality. Had some of the absolute best chargrilled chicken and lamb kebabs of any takeaway locally but, also had the same but, instead massively overcooked and dried out. I get the impression the busier it gets the hotter the grill & oven to speed up cooking times. In our very recent last order we were treated to uncooked fries, the one before uncooked dough in the stromboli (which when cooked is nice to see on a menu) and the time before that a cheeseburger that we couldn't even cut through with a knife and fork. But, keep going back because at its best its one of the best pizza places in the area and we travel some distance for it. So, maybe worth 5*s when it's quiet and 1.5*s at peak times.

Absolutely disappointed! After 1:30h after order ( been told 45 min waiting time ) I just been told nearly ready around 20 min! When I ask why is so delay I been ignored and been told to never order again from them! Absolutely time wasters and unprofessional Highly not recommended

Top quality food. Never had a bad meal

After being told it was a 1 hr 20 wait initially, hadn't arrived in 1hr 40, after a phone call it was another 20minutes before it arrived. The takeaway is 2 minutes up the road by car. No apologies whatsoever. Food was nothing special when it did arrive.

Will not use them again as I ordered food at 6.40pm was told it was gonna be 40 mins to a hour and at 8.05 I ring to see where my food is for him to tell me it’s out with the delivery driver and still no sign at 8.40 so Iv rang to cancel as I don’t want cold food that’s been with the delivery driver for 40 for them to tell me I won’t be able to order from them again

Ordered for the first time & safe to say won’t be ordering. again. Told when ordering food would be here between 1hr to 1hr 30. I had to chase after the latter, told would be there in about 10mins. When it arrived food was not as warm as you would expect. The pizza base was supposed to be thin & crispy. It might of been thin but certainly not crispy. The Chips were going cold & part of the order was missing. Rang Luigis about the item s Donna kebab and to be fair it was was sent out & received. However the meat was cold & no chili sauce or salad as requested. Very disappointed.

Ordered from here for the first time last night. Really nice food. We got a mix of stuff to try between us and everything was really well cooked and tasted great. The Calzone was only regular but still huge. Everything arrived hot. Will be definitely ordering from again.

One of the best takeaways for miles. Everything is fresh, it is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and the portions are very big. Would definitely recommend Luigi's

Just amazing!!! I always wait until I've ordered a few time before I leave a review and it has been consistently brilliant. Everything is fresh and hot. I've even collected our order a few time and the shop is really clean.

Ordered from here last night. Came pretty fast but the food was cold when it arrived, and the meat from the kebab was just awful and dry. The muahromus I ordered were ok. The chips were that cold the cheese I'd paid extra for hadn't even melted so they must have been cold when it was put on. Would not recommend will not return.

The meat was really nice only down fall was it was quite small even though it was a Large Special Kebab, Donner was slightly too thin and the nan could of been cooked a minute or 2 longer. But all mineute things. More chili sauce needed aswell😂 Will defo order again

OK, pizza a little greasy and garlic bread very dry, have had better from Luigis before.

As per previous posts the food is good but only if you go in and collect, worse delivery service from any local kebab shop as 2 hours plus which is this day and age is just not acceptable.

Thought we would try Luigi's as it was recommended by a friend, ordered at 6:45. It didn't turn up until about 8:47, which is ridiculous for 3 kebabs and a portion of chips. When it finally arrived the driver didn't even apologize for it being late !!. The food was ok apart from the naan bread looked just like a tortilla and for the price you pay the portion size isn't great. WOULD ONLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU HAVE A SPARE 2 HOURS TO WAIT FOR DELIVERY.

1st time customer after hearing excellent reports on Luigis. Food was the super, I will be returning.

Don't bother with fish and chips from here. They clearly don't get much demand for it and cook it to order, which takes ages and when it arrives, it's not much good. It must has been fried in oil used for other things because it didn't taste quite right. There are two much better places to get fish and chips down in West Vale. I couldn't comment on the other food they sell as I haven't been back since.
