Awful ,one of the worst pizzas ever.didnt know it only had 1 hygiene star never going back,and the chips where hard

Been getting food every week for a while. Always banging and red hot. 3 chicken kebab is best I have ever had for price. Keep it up. Amazing grub.

Will never be ordering from here again asked for a donna kabab wrap with chips and garlic and I got a tiny tiny wrap with a heap of donna chips separated not in the wrap can’t even fold it because the wrap is tiny might aswell be a tray of donna kabab and got a tub of garlic which is watery as well water couldn’t understand the delivery driver I have requested my money back because I did not want a tray of donna kabab if I did I would of asked for one wish I could take a pic to show just eat should make you able to show images of food the past dozen ordered I have had from this app have either been cold not what I asked for or a sorry state 😴

They sent the wrong ice cream, unfortunately one I don't like. Tried to call them and ask what they can do about it didn't answer. Rubbish service.

Got the family meal deal and meal deal 1. Great value for money. The family was completely satisfied. Considering its Christmas Eve the delivery was 15 minutes late but completely fine with that as the food was great.

Ordered a parmesan, these are proper parmesan with bechemel sauce, hard to find in Sunderland. Chips were nice, salad good. Happy. Staff was really friendly too

DO NOT USE !! Ordered food 8:15 still waiting for food now !! Was told all night 5 minutes and never turned up at all then blanked my phone call but answered off another number !! Food never turned up and money taken from just eat AVOID !!!!

Pizzas had no flavour. Tasted like they had been standing for at least a hr. this place use to be delicious. Very disappointed!

Absolutely disgusting never ever ever ever ever gonna order from here ever again, dead mosquito in the garlic bread box under the garlic bread and didn't see until I ate it 🤮🤮🤮don't order from here. Rang up for a refund , he point blank refused, so went through just eat and they have made me submit a complaint with the food standard agency 🤮🤮think again before ordering, all that money gone to waste what a terrible company and owner

Really disappointed have ordered from here before and never had a problem, food was over 45 mins late, come stuff was missing and was cold, rang up and was told I would have to wait up to 2 hours for fresh food as they were busy, shocking!

Food was late even though shop is top of the street but couldn’t go to collect due to iceolating I phoned after 1 hour 20 minutes after placing order was told driver just left shop, when food arrived nearly 25minutes late pizza was cold very disappointed

Absolute joke. Waited 1 hour 30 minutes for food when it came it was all freezing cold so rang the shop girl on the phone was lovely but could hear the manager in the background mouthing off so rude eventually got 2 fresh ones after waiting another 50 minutes but they wanted the old food back and because of the covid rules you are not allowed to pick food back up as someone in my household has covid and you have took the food back that is very verry silly I explained this to the delivery driver but he just laughed and walked away that's why you have to follow the covid guidelines put in place because of this reason. Rude manager will not be returning lost a loyal customer.

Waited 2 and a half hours for delivery after having to ring the shop twice, food was well over an hour late and stone cold.. ate a few chips that was it, 20quid for nothing.. avoid this place !!!! The woman on the phone sounded nice.. understandably they could be busy but still....... first and last time i will order from here.

This is my go to place for a lamb kebab, have tried other shops but always return here. The portions are huge and the meat is wrapped separately from the pittas and the salad comes boxed. The chilli sauce has a nice kick and the garlic mayo is one of the best I have tasted.

Best place around. Get the kabab box special. Everything is red red hot 🔥 it’s like it’s just come out the oven. Compliments to the cook and the staff! Ever Friday I order from here. Amazing

Recently had a half chicken with salad/ chips, from here. Chicken wasn't fully cooked (red evident when approaching meat near the bone, chips were only warm. Price average, wont be going back

Firstly, ordered chicken curry and chips, pepperoni special pizza and cheese bites and not all of the food was poor. The pepperoni special was decent and the cheese bites were very nice. Also got chips that came free with the cheese bites and they were nice. The issue was the chicken curry and chips. The carton came and felt hot which was great, and that’s about as good as it got. When opened, the chicken curry and chips, it looked like a very watery curry. The taste can be best described as a very watery chicken stock. When we called Lugano’s to complain, rather than apologise, they argued saying that’s how they do it, which is a lie as we have had this from them before, and that if we wanted a thicker curry, we should have advised them. Sorry but even generic curry has more to it than that watery disaster. After going back and forth, they offered another curry, in which would take 45mins, which we declined as would be after 11pm by that time, after we had already waited over 1 hour originally. They then advised that they would issue a refund, via a driver coming to the door to collect the order back and providing the cash. It’s the first time I have ever known a takeaway request the food back, I hope this is purely for their own research as to what went wrong and that they aren’t looking to pass off elsewhere to another customer. We have been to Lugano’s over several times throughout the years but after the service received, lack of apology and quality of the food, we won’t be returning. The only reason it was not 1* was due to the fact the rest of the order was of a decent standard.

Food was late , normally order from here but ordered the same thing tonight and tasted absolutely disgusting , ordered a burger with cheese and onion rings received a burger with bbq sauce mushroom and onion didn’t ring and complain as already waited long enough , won’t be back.

Food was okay, not terrible not great. Arrived hour and a half late. Ordered 19:45, didn't get it until after 22:00. Partner rang to ask where it was and the guy that answered didn't seem to care, hung up the first time then argued when she rang back and cancelled our order. Thats right, the restaurant cancelled our order after 2 hours. Horrendous.

We use this place regularly as its at the end of our street. they offer a wide range of meals inc lots of cheap meal deals ideal for all the family, they even offer indian meals aswell as the standard pizza, kebab, burgers etc and the food is always fresh and hot whether we collect or we have delivered. Collection orders are always very quick, within 15 mins. never have any complaints about the food or service.

I ordered the Indian chicken tikka kebab but the ordinary chicken tikka kebab was delivered. Still a tasty meal but I was looking forward to something different.

The indian kebab wasn't as described. There was no cheese on the chicken and I didn't get any fries. It didn't come in the bun as I thought. It was all separated. Not satisfied at all! Won't order from there again.

Fast delivery but to be honest the ham on pizza Kiev tastes a little strange and put me off i couldn't eat it

I don't recommend! No customer service and food is below average.Took 20 mins for a tiny pizza...I will never come back to this place again.

Pizza was very strange, weird base, nasty processed chicken chunks and a watery bland BBQ sauce. The included garlic dip was pushed into the top of the pizza ruining two slices. Kebab was not tikka flavour as ordered. The chicken was ok quality but chips were not included as infered by the menu. A absolutely pathetic attempt, won't be using these jokers again.

Flambé mixed kebab was lovely and pizza cooked beautifully also and slightly earlier than stated 👍🏽

Food was lovely and hot, didn't take long for delivery and was a good price. Only down side is the pizza box lid had sunk in and the pizza topping was slightly stuck to the box but only effected one slice. Would order again

Not a complainer at all but tonight's meal was diabolical !! Limp salad , cold chips greasy tough meat. My husband has not digested his very well and is suffering sorry lugano but we won't be back :-(

Beautiful, cooked to perfection, always on time if not early. Can't fault it, never had a bad order yet and been ordering for years.

Didn't receive my sons pizza but was rectified and sent back round still not great that it was missed in the first place.

Food wasn't very warm when it arrived, curry sauce was like water & cheesy chips well just about all the chips were brown, 🙁

Not the right order no mayo on deluxe chicken burger no BBQ sauce on special burger got 2 luganos burgers instead, they added 10mins onto collection time then still wasn't done.

Got a chicken parmo was nice av had better but this was still OK delivery was spot on time no problems with order or anything

Lugano is always my favourite place to order from! Friendly staff, tasty pizza and fast delivery. Couldn't ever fault them.
