Order from here multiple times never get anything special but this time order was wrong. No custard with cornflake tart and no bottle of 7up instead I got a can. Joke rly called them up they said you need to specify custard, lies when ordering it says comes with custard. Minor rly bit annoying. Contacted Uber for refund. Go elsewhere take me for joke man. £2.40 for soda can 👍🏼

One of the best burger in Leeds. Really recommend American burger. Tender and juicy. Also like the milkshakes here. The price is reasonable. Don't forget to bring cash.

Absolutely vile . The salt smd pepper chips .raw onion an pepper what there was ...tight portions . Pizza was vile ...dry with Absolutely no taste at all . Chef obviously can't be bothered and the owner obviously not bothered Bout quality and what they are sending out. Previously part of orders have been missing and I have been charged for stuff not received. Call....they say they'll pass it on to management yet awful food and customer service continues. Won't be ordering again . Jokers!!

Disgusting. I ordered the king grill last night. They gave me dried out old chicken tikka and chicken strip pieces ... its stated turkish kebab and I got rotten dried out doner meat with it on a dry naan. This was around 12.45am they were closing, so I guess they thought it would be OK to give me rotten dried out food. Disgusting.

Although I rarely have a takeaway the lads at work said try a Lucky burger and chips... ordered up for a midnight delivery. Well the chips was hot and browned plenty of them and the burger was nice quite a large substantial one in a bun, for £5:50 yes it was worth it Didn’t seem to be greasy either so whilst I finish this meal off next stop to lay down ! ... or back to work

the pizza and wrap were delicious! shame that they got the wrap wrong and there was no goats cheese but was still really tasty! would especially recommend going to eat in the restaurant if you want any of the mezze as the presentation is amazing and is better not transported:)

I have to admit, I am massively disappointed with Lucky's! I have lived in headingley since I was 18 (9 years ago) and Lucky's used to be the go too for 16" pizzas. But now the base is hard and the service is absolutely shocking. It's obvious there have been issues over the years but I am so shocked that they don't seem to care. I suppose if you are based near lots of students, it doesn't seem to matter. I will not be ordering again.

Advertising 1 pound slice. Didn't expect a 15 minute wait for 4 slices. Poor advertising. Poor service. Then being told they have to cook a whole pizza for four slices. Stupid

Use to order reguarly from here years ago. Ordered tonight and the food and service has definitely gone downhill. Ordered at 17:23 got a text at 17:50 saying food is on its way. I thought great delivery isn't supposed to be until 18:25 gets to 18:35 still no delivery so i call to check where it is. "Be another 10mins love. Just traffic" now im not unreasonable i get Leeds traffic but you are a mile away from me and there's loads of cut throughs in Hyde Park. Delivery arrived at 19:00 stone cold and garlic bread burnt. Safe to say that it went straight in the bin. Just eat told me to write a "fair" review as compensation. Such lack of any service all around

Pizza was really good, went for the Death by Pepperoni. The steakhouse chips were not as good, arrived slightly damp and undercooked. But overall, good experience!

pizzas and chips today were insane as usual!! normally get the biggest pizza but got the 2x 11” pizza deal today and they were amazing, absolutely covered in cheese and tasted delicious!! and arrived early

They didn't arrive, after 30 minutes of constant calling after they wa already late they were rude and said it would be another 45 minutes. My girls were crying they were hungry and I have never been so disgusted with service before.

They didn't deliver everything I ordered (and paid for) and the driver didn't care. He just kept walking away as I was talking to him.

First takeaway I've ordered from where it's more expensive to order by phone. These guys must prefer paying just eat charges. Pizza was decent. Delivery driver had all change in 20p's only which was annoying. Food arrived relatively quick tho

ordered death by pepperoni 18"...wrong pizza. the restaurant is now closed so I can't sort out my order. Really disappointed as we order from here a lot. Will be wanting my money back. chips were also stone cold

Burger was a little rare for me but my daughter loved hers, would get well done next time. Plenty of flavours going on, fresh and filling, maybe a smaller portion of chips could be offered, didn't go to waste, the dog was very happy.

The pizza was good and not as greasy as normal takeaway pizzas which is a plus but the ice cream and hot cookie dough were like..grainy? It felt like I was eating sand so I just threw it away which was a waste of money. Properly will order again just not sweet stuff

Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza ... what part of this is bbq? It was overly covered in tomato which was so strong and sickly! We ordered an 18" and had a slice each and left it. Shakes were good but everything else was disappointing

Regular customer, not had a sub standard pizza from them, tonight was even better than usual.

We have gone to this place, many times recently. The service and the food has always been excellent. However, this evening things changed. Family pizza meal £12.50, Burger meal 1 £10.99 and large grill, 2 fillings £5.80 was ordered. Total should have been £29.29...We were charged £29. 60, but that was ok as we should have paid £2 for delivery. We thought that the charge had been waived The food was excellent. However, the 2 portions of chips and the 1.5l bottle of drink, that was part of the the family pizza meal did not arrive. Upon ringing up, I was informed that we did not order a family pizza meal (even though this was repeated back to me, upon completion of the order, I was constantly interrupted and was given attitude. Furthermore, I was going to be charged the £4.50 for them to send the MISSING ITEMS! I told the guy not to bother Disgraceful customer service...Mistake was made in the order between, the guy repeating it back to me and him preparing/cooking it, yet they are adamant I am in the wrong! I know what I ordered and I have witnesses to the fact, I did order a family pizza meal. I will not go to any establishment, that treats it's customers, like a piece of dirt at the bottom of their shoe, regardless of how great their food is. Should be ashamed of themselves!

Comida pizza familiar £12. 50, Comida hamburguesa 1 por 10 libras. 99 y parrilla, 2 rellenos de 5 libras. 80 había pedido. Total debería haber sido de 29 libras. 29. . . Nos cobraron 29 libras. 60, pero estuvo bien ya que pagamos £2 para la entrega. Pensamos que el cargo había sido elimina la comida era excelente. Sin embargo, las dos raciones de patatas fritas y el 1. 5l botella de la bebida, que era parte de la familia pizza la comida no llegó. Al sonar, me informaron que no pida una comida pizza familiar (aunque esto se repitió conmigo, al completar la orden, estaba constantemente interrumpido y me dieron la actitud. Además, iba a cargar las 4 libras. 50 para que enviaran a los elementos faltantes. Me dijeron que el tipo no molesta a una vergüenza de servicio al cliente. . . Error se cometió en el orden entre el chico repetía a mí y él preparando/cocina, aunque están con firmeza en el equivocado soy! Sé lo que pedí y tengo testigos del hecho, no solicitar una comida pizza familiar. Yo no iré a ningún establecimiento, que trata de los clientes, como un pedazo de tierra en la parte inferior de su zapato, independientemente de cómo es su comida. Deberían avergonzarse de sí mismos!

Overall poor food quality and my order was slightly wrong (regular pizza sauce instead of bbq). The burger was fine, the chips didn't have seasoning (when it was advertised), the pizza's toppings were good but the base and sauce were terrible. Delivery time was spot on. Will not be ordering from Lucky's again.

The Crazy indian pizza was alright, and nothing too special. Will definitely be going for other pizzas on their menu. Everything else was perfect though.

Yo comer regularmente de Lucky's la comida es estupenda, especialmente las alas picantes y patatas fritas, pizzas son excelentes y el personal es muy atento siempre intenta ayudarle con elegir su comida. No he probado el Salón helado aún, pero quizás este fin de lujo.

Been Going to Luckys for over 12 years now. Every time I order one of their delicious pizzas its a guaranteed moment of pleasure when I eat. More recently they also have Gourmet burgers, fillet burgers and creamy chicken bakes. I love this place - I think you will too!

First off - I received the wrong pizza. I got Super Pepperoni - I wanted death by pepperoni. There's a difference - it felt like it was lacking. The pizza base was not as good as it usually is, and felt very stale. I usually love Luckys, but this time I really didn't enjoy it.

Awful service and food wasn't great. Order came early which was great but no cookie dough came with it and the pizza I ordered was not the correct one, my doner meat also had no salad or mayo on like I'd asked. I rang back telling them about the order and they sent out the right pizza his time about 40 mins later with a cookie dough, the cookie dough had no ice cream on like I ordered either. Rubbish service and will not be ordering again.

I love Lucky's used them for years really not happy with what I received today freezing cold food that tasted like it had been warned up. Wrong item yes they refunded me for that but I could not eat the rest of the food I have lost my favorite takeaway .

Arrived quickly which is always awesome, but the driver was a bit stroppy saying he'd been waiting at the door for a long time. It only took me about 10 seconds to get to the door after hearing the buzzer, so I'm not sure what might have been going on out there... He asked me to confirm my phone number, which was correct - he could easily have called if he was having trouble delivering the food, rather than complaining at the customer for no reason :/

Very poor food. I ordered bbq wings. They don't understand the meaning of bbq. The wings might have been boiled early. Microwaved it and pour that disgusting over powering bbq sause on the top. They were cold at middle. Come on man respect the chicken wings. And pizza with so hard dough to chew and whats in it same ridiculous bbq sause. There was no point of having a bbq sause in pizza that is so ridiculous and cheap. Very disappointed. I wonder how long have u been serving this food. The boss has to wake up now. Be aware.
