I had an amazing time at Lucky Voice Soho! The customer service was exceptional-friendly, accommodating, and truly made the experience special. A big shoutout to Chrislee, who provided outstanding service and made us feel so welcome. The drinks were fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a fun night out. I especially appreciated how well they accommodated us, even allowing us to adjust the room temperature to our liking. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great karaoke experience with amazing customer service! 💖

Amazing hosts, Kat and Queen aswell as the Security Guard (I believe Shaheer?) were lots of fun to spend the New Years with - great vibes and service.

My friends and I have been coming to lucky voice every year for 11 years, we love it. However this year might be our last. Considering how much we paid to hire the room and then drinks and service on top of this the communal areas and toilets really need a clean up. The toilets in particular are completely unacceptable. They are grotty at best. The paint work from the skirting to the ceiling needs redoing. You are clearly a popular venue but please don’t rest on your laurels. Your toilets should be sparkling it’s the least paying customers deserve. Also please reconsider interrupting our paid for session by coming and asking us to settle our bar bill. We have always paid upon leaving and considering you took one of our credit cards on arrival it’s highly unlikely we would have run of without paying. It really soured the last 30 minutes of our booking.

nathan was amazing with us. brought us al of our drinks, no mistakes and was very quick and super friendly, would definitely to anyone considering booking this place for karaoke.

Nathan, Kat and Shariff were amazing!!!!!! They was so kind and accommodating couldn’t recommend enough they really made our experience so fun. Shariff was an amazing security and Nathan and Kat were so friendly and kind !!!!!! Please come for Christmas everyone

Sadly our experience wasn’t great here. The staff were very unfriendly and rude and came in and interrupted many times. Our drinks took a long time to arrive and when we checked our bill at the end they had overcharged for 2 bottles of wine (£80) that we didn’t order.

My bag was stolen from the soho venue. Although the bar staff were concerned, I found the whole experience very upsetting and the manger in charge was extremely dismissive and I felt no one really cared. Was told CCTV could not be viewed without a police report, fine and has now been filed. When asked to check rooms was told in as many words as, well we have but people are drunk so not sure. Overall, very angry as my grandmothers ring was in my bag and have now tracked my bag to a separate location. Was clearly stolen and thanks so much because now I’ve lost 12 hours in counting, to try and relocate it.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WHOLE TEAM OF SOHO LUCKY VOICE KARAOKE. I WENT THERE ON MY BIRTHDAY AND ONE MORE FRIEND CAME WITH US AND THEY DID NOT LET HER GET IN BECAUSE SHE DID NOT HAVE HER ID. HOWEVER, THEY DID NOT ASK FOR ID FOR NOBODY ONLY FOR HER. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIVE FOREVER EVER ME AND MY FRIEND LOST ALL THE MONEY THAT WE PAID - £192- WHICH IS A BIG DISRESPECT. PLEASE EVERYONE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE NEVER.

The rooms aren’t very well ventilated, so it gets quite hot and uncomfortable inside. That aside, when your session is about to finish, the staff will walk in and turn off the equipment right on the dot, without any warning. You’re asked to leave almost immediately. I thought it was a bit rude when a woman walked in with an antibacterial spray in one hand and a cloth in the other. Without saying a word to anyone, she switched off all the equipment while people were still singing and enjoying themselves. Despite that, we captured some lovely videos and photos of the evening. We had a great time singing, and most importantly, my girlfriend had a truly wonderful birthday 🎂 Cheers! 🥂

Tyler was mint! Looked after us really well. Olivia was amazing All the staff were amazing and Queen who was the wonderful person that checked us I , was brilliant and we were very well catered to. I would highly recommend this venue if you’re looking for a place to have a good laugh with your friends and sing together for a laugh.

As soon as we opened the door to the venue we were attended to. Given clear instructions, taken to our room and shown how to work the machine. The room itself has reverb, voice volume, music volume and echo controls. Also a mini disco ball + LED lights. We didn’t try the food. In particular my favourite staff members were summers + linzy.

A great place to go!!! Close to Leicester Square, its good after dinner/drinks place to go. Not cheap, but also not many other places like it. Music choice is varied, the rooms are nice. Toilets are fine. Decent cocktails. All in all a fun night out, I'd thoroughly recommend 👌

We came in with a group of 10, and Queen sorted out a room for us and it was the best experience I ever had. Superb place, clean, comfortable and an amazing drinks menu options. Do really recommend. ❤️

I booked this establishment for a team event. Upon entry, we were treated poorly - rushed us through our order, hastily brought our drinks to us w/o telling us which drink was which. Upon asking for clarification, the server was not helpful. She shrugged her shoulders after providing the incorrect cocktail name. The staff was rude throughout the entire experience. I guess this establishment is used to groups of intoxicated people, so they treat everyone the same. However, we were there for a fun time amongst colleagues. We made the best of it, but I do not recommend this place and will never return.

Staff and service was great and friendly! It was a shame that the other customers though inside the venue were entitled and rude. They were demanding to staff and they were nothing but friendly. Had a great time for my birthday and please give my thanks to Liyah, Lindsay and Liam.

Honestly. The absolute piss take to list costs of drinks on your menus without vat is entirely scummy. Drinks listed as 11.70 but then they add vat on afterwards, taking it to 13.16. Isn't it against the law to advertise this way? Just show the full price, don't gouge people. EDIT 28/8: Thanks for the relatively useless point of checking online, but I did go and check your prices and they match what I took a photo of (see attached image). So what is the excuse to not include VAT to your drinks prices? but then charge people more when they are inside?

Went to karaoke with a group of friends had an amazing time while we were there. The bar staff were friendly and accommodated to any questions I had. Also I didn’t get the name of the person that was doing the drink service in our karaoke room but he was great but the management was very unfriendly with me and my friends when we were having an issue in the venue. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or if that was her character but it’s absolutely unacceptable for management to treat paying customers like that I think her name was Lindsay. I won’t be coming back just because of the attitude and unwillingness to help customers out

Came here and was refused service by someone named Queen. She was very rude to me and I don’t recommend coming here until she leaves the job. Disgusting behaviour. Otherwise, the other staff member Lindsay was very nice and dealt with the situation better.

Had an amazing time, the staff are all very attentive. Sam especially was lovely.

I can safely call this the worst customer experience of my life dealing with the unfriendly and hostile front desk assistant and security. After having spent a considerable amount on a bottle of wine to celebrate a friends 40th the staff deemed it necessary to kick me out of the bar, ten minutes later, after requesting more friends to join us. I was met with hostility over this request, and told very aggressively to go back to the room in a threatening manner from the security guard. I apologised repeatedly to the girl at the front if there had been some sort of miscommunication and when I disputed being aggressively told to go back or be kicked out, he and the front desk person kicked me out. I would avoid this utterly foul staffed place, as reason and sense clearly escapes them. My manner remained calm throughout and what should have been an enjoyable celebration of my friends rather significant life occasion was destroyed by rude and senseless, undertrained hostile people whom I look forward to never encountering again.

Sam is wonderful, delightful and a wonderful host!
