LUCKY STAR Bailliestion（Chinese Takeaway） in Glasgow City

Phoned up for a collection, the girl on the phone sounded as if i had disturbed her and could not be bothered. Food was collected, and once home and opened was shocked to see such small portions. Crispy beef looked and tasted as if it was just the batter and so so thin, salt and chilli chicken was the smallest portion i've ever had from any take away, but thats ok as i've tried this place and deffo wouldn't try again.

Just went in to order a take away lady behind the counter did not even look up she was on her phone for a good three minutes just walked out Very rude and poor customer service finding another takeaway

1st time trying Food was delicious great portion size and prices were great would definitely recommend a try

Food is really really good !! but person at front counter was very rude today and I felt there was no need for it. Love ordering and eating the food but she was very rude and I didnt think there was a need for it. Very Disheartened by it.

Just had to return the food and get my money back because it was cold and I think it may have been last night's left overs ,THE BIGGEST JOKE is the delivery driver, I said to him it was fu.... rotten NOT in a cheeky way ,I was TOLD NOT to swear, JOKE SOMEBODY NEEDS to tell him this is BAILLIESTON, NOT Newton Mearns ,He then Faced up saying who are we talking to he has eaten out of their for years, HELLO MATE SO HAVE WE ,HOWEVER THIS TIME IT WAS FU... Went here after work last Tuesday.The girl behind the counter was very polite and welcoming. I ordered a Singapore Chow Mein and Sweet and Sour Chicken. When she came with the food she gave me a calendar which will look good on the wall. Food was excellent would highly recommend

Belter of a Chinese. All the ones round me are rubbish. Glad I got this menu through the post. First order i got a free taster which was class. The food always arrives hot. Tastes amazing and a good variety. Eg chicken and cheese spring rolls which are awesome. Delivery driver is always sound just an all round good chinese with good food and good customer service

We really enjoyed our meals. Portions were very big and we also got free spring rolls to try along with fortune cookies. When we walked in, the lady serving gave my daughter a small bag of prawn crackers and a lolly to keep her busy whilst the food was being cooked. Everything was great - definitely returning 🙂
