Not sure, what problems they were having in back, food was pretty tasteless, worst black bean sauce meal I have ever had, my partner agreed her meal was terrible as well, would have returned but hungry, will not return, when far better local options

Don't order over the phone, ordered at opening time to be told it will be a hour. Went a hour later to find the shop all locked up with the lights off, and had to wait another 20 mins while they cooked it. Never again !!!

Terrible tonight. Ordered over the phone. 30 mins to pick up. Get there. 30 mins wait. So now an hour. Ribs cold. Weren’t cooked for me. Dry. Bland and totally cold. Way over cooked and spoilt my meal completely. Won’t use you again. Yang city all the way.

Best Chinese by far only down side is they don’t deliver

You can't fault the food, it's good. The best of the limited Chinese options in the area. But....regardless of what time you order your food, they don't cook it for when they say it will be ready. "It will be 20 minutes". You travel down there and......wait! I mean really wait! They obviously don't even START to cook your food until you get there. Which means a wait of an hour from when you order. This isn't a one off, it has happened every time that I have ordered. I have never known a takeaway like it! Absolutely ridiculous!

Very bad food would not eat here again and bad service!!! Seen some people on Facebook recommend this place I tried it 3 times to give it a chance wouldn't give it a 4th!! Its dirty, rude staff and very bad food I chucked £20 food out the last time as it was inedible!!

Great food, fantastic prices and very friendly helpful staff. Have used this takeaway for years and the only improvement would be if they offered a delivery service.

I live near the lucky star and can honestly say I have never ate Chinese food so beautiful in all my short life. The staff are excellent, you just can't beat it, especially the lucky star special. Beautiful.
