Food is delicious - great value for money, really fast delivery and driver is so nice. Fave takeaway in Dundee.

Really enjoy food here.but for the second time I have spent over £20 and have not had the free spring rolls which I am sure you are meant to get.maybe the offer is ended.lucky house Is my fav Chinese.

The foods always great and ready quickly

Curry was all over the bag inside and tubs with rice in and chicken balls was covered too

Chicken curry was great but unfortunately the chicken chow main tasted as it was burnt where it doesn’t normally

Usually it is so good. I live Luckey House and I can not get where I live so when I stay at my daughters place I order it. Tonight the food was so awful. It was inedible.

I forgot to add the flat number so the delivery driver pressed every button instead of phoning me

best hot and sour in dundee, discovered lucky house 10 years ago and its brilliant food here, the beef is always perfect as is the chicken dishes and the service is second to none, there is. nothing they. won't do for their customers and are happy to help, try the hot and sour soup if you can, you'll never ask anyone's else for it

Food was great, but only wee gripe was that the order was incorrect as received chips in place of fried rice. Not a big fan of chips, so was a let down! Otherwise no complaints with the quality of the food, absolutely brilliant.

beef and black bean sauce says spicy on menu asked in comments for extra spice, was delivered absolutely plain & bland not spicy at all same with the curry sauce states spicy was delivered not spicy several attempts made to contact and no answer.

Amazing delivery very quick and great food

ordered at 6.30pm the restaurant confirmed delivery for 7.40 to 8pm. 8pm arrived and went and when I complained the restaurant changed delivery for 8.30pm. again food still didn't arrive. so rang the restaurant and they kept saying food was on its way. Pathetic apologies disgusting customer service will never order from these cretins again.

Chicken was off, called the shop but was told it couldnt be as they make their own chicken??? and dont buy it in! Just eat were no help, got a reply saying every restaurant cooks differently. Very aware of this......the food is off, chicken tasted sour and curry sauce was awful! Waste of £31

food came a lot earlier than it was meant to so by the time my husband was home from work his food was cold as it was ordered for to arrive in time for him coming home

Been a few time always been good

Food was cold and overcooked certainly not worth the money, an hour late and no apologies from either the driver or the shop when I called to ask where my food was.

it was great it was early . food was amazing as allwas was still hot when I got it so that's amazing too . love lucky house it's amazing food

Food was 10/10, everything was scalding hot and delivered in about 20 minutes. every single thing we ordered was fantastic definitely ordering from here again.

Very frustrating when App is updated to advise food is delivered and then you have to chase it up and wait another 30 minutes.

Decent meal, even the prawn crackers were good. Terrible from every where else.

Finally we have found a carry out that still believes and delivers quality meals. We just don't go anywhere else now.

One of the very few Chinese Take Away's to do Sirloin Steak on their European food menu (and the only one on just eat on the day of our order). Lovely, tender steak in gravy with onions and mushrooms (comes with chips). Very tasty and as good as the steaks we used to get from Hon's Broughty Ferry before they stopped doing it. My son had the chicken curry which he said was as good as any of the best ones he's had from other places. 5 mins late but forgivable at for a Saturday night during Christmas hols. Recommended, and we will be back for more soon.

Was soggy, s&p chips were awful too..waste of money

I have now phoned 3 times been waiting over 2 and a half hours to be told the driver will be 15 minutes totally unacceptable I wait to see the quality of the food and the state of the driver

Absolutely disgusting! After waiting over an hour and a half for our delivery the only thing edible were the chips!! Everything was totally overcooked and burnt, even the prawn toast! Ribs were dried out, pancake rolls were fried to a crisp! Yung chow fried rice was almost black in colour and the meat in it was like old leather! The list goes on…….totally disappointed and disgusted and definitely won’t be going back! Worst £30 we’ve ever spent! Avoid!!

Best Chinese and most favourite

Nice as ever - hot and sour soup - very hot! Wow the prices have gone up!

Thought I would give `Lucky House` a go, from our usual go to Chinese takeaway. However, the `Chicken Sweetcorn Soup` was strangely very sweet - therefore unedible. It is these small things that will prevent me from ordering from here again in the future(even though all other food was good).

Their curry sauce is amazing but everything else was lackluster and just tasted like grease. Fried rice, flavourless. Mushroom foo young, flavourless and rubbery. Black Bean sauce, tasted like plastic. Delivery arrived when it said it would but its a long wait for very disappointing food.

Can honestly say this is my favourite Chinese. The best curry sauce and the best salt and pepper stuff also. Highly recommend

Ordered a special curry without onions, came with onions. This is like the 10th time this has happened, this place does excellent food but it's 50/50 if you actually get what you ordered, really disappointing but it was a Saturday night and we had already waited over an hour and didn't want to have to phone and wait another hour for a replacement so just left it. I think the takeaway needs a better system for writing down their orders as they often get it wrong and it clearly isn't working

Food is always hot and tastes sooooo delicious. Always comes early

Order was placed at 16.57. Deliveries start 17.00 nornal delivery is 40-45mins. But order was delivered at 18.22. No explanation from driver or contact from Lucky House as to delay. 1hr and 25mins after order was placed but brother-in-law was notified that delivery would be at 17.55 to 18.15 but still arrived late.

Lemon chicken was okay, nothing special. Unfortunately the King Prawn fried rice was very disappointing, ONLY 4 PRAWNS in the rice, not good value. Lucky House has been my go-to for most of this year but I may have to reconsider the next time

When my partner went to collect this, the order had been picked up by someone else…..this was fully rectified and a complete new order made up with sincere apologies made. Food was amazing as always, will be back again 🙂😊
