The food is like a warm hug, and there are so many to choose from: from meat to vegetarian dishes. I can see that the food is prepared fresh as well. I’m a regular customer because the meal portions are worth the price-and they’re so affordable!

This is fantastic Chinese cuisine, and not only delicious but can also be adjusted to your taste. Must be experienced with the fast delivery service. Thumbs 👍.

Ordered for 7pm arrived at 6pm sent it away but first told to keep it warm 😮 who does that? If I say I want food at 7pm should be there at 7pm not an hour earlier when there’s no one to eat it, food is now not as good had to throw most of it away was not worth the money spent £38 😤 so will not be ordering from them again!!! 😑

Worse Chinese I have ever experienced. The Singapore noodles were egg noodles. The chicken and cashews was slop. The special fried rice was gloopy mush. The entire thing was inedible apart from the duck. I’m genuinely concerned about what tomorrow may bring. Wouldn’t give it to a dog.

Food very salty. Had to drink a gallon of water later on in the evening.

My wife and I tried the mixed seafood starter for 2, through to satay chicken, ribs, also pancake rolls, prawn toast and dumplings. Everything greasy, lukewarm, tasteless! I can honestly say it was if not the worst Chinese meal we've had, it must be the second worst! Took a bite of Everything we bought then binned the rest 🤮 Will definitely not return. People who've rated this establishment 4.3 must have coving and no sense of smell or taste.

The worst Chinese food I've ever tasted, ribs tough and tasteless, satay chicken dry and over cooked or from yesterday, well and as for the see food starter! Words fail me! But if you like sugar on your crispy seaweed ( you can eat it as dessert) fresh fish should not smell fishy or taste as vile as the crab claws did. Will not be using this place ever again.

Consistently good food here. Difficult to find a decent Chinese take-away that is reasonably priced and good quality, but Lucky Garden is great.

Really good sized portions! Food isn’t too too salty but still so tasty which is nice find. Great value too! Food from here is better than most Chinese places. Definitely recommend!

This is the best Chinese restaurant I have ever gone to, the food is very cheap and it tastes amazing. I spent £13 for 2 big boxes of food and 2 cokes. It’s amazing and I would to go again

Simply the best Chinese food in London

We ordered from Lucky Garden online. The website said we'd get our food at 20:19 at 20:30 we were told the food would arrive 30 minutes after the order time. It is now 21:08 and no food has arrived. Update to review: our food arrived at 21:15. The servings were large and the food pretty good. The Vegetables and Beef Ho Fun were best. I also appreciate the owners response to my earlier complaint.

Excellent - it’s my go to chinese takeaway - worth the drive from East Sheen. The staff are very helpful explaining the menu as there’s a wide selection of options available. Always fresh and cooked to order - never disappoints.

I don't live in isleworth, I live in brentford! But I can honestly say it is worth the effort to have this wonderful food delivered. Today I had crispy duck chow mein, mixed vegetables, chips. Everything was first class, and absolutely delicious! And the people who run it are all charming. Why would I go anywhere else! Looking forward to a Chinese meal next week, because I know I won't be disappointed! Thankyou Lucky Garden!

First time we have ordered from here and will definitely be back. Each dish was very nice. Only complaint would be containers were a little greasy. Also came with free prawn crackers. Spent £22 and this was plenty for 2 people with lots leftover for lunch tomorrow! Delivery driver was polite too.

Ordered crispy squid, Tom yum soup, chicken ginger spring onion, chicken Hong Kong style, and egg fried rice. Was delivered quickly. Received the small rice instead of the large but they are forgiven. Food was amazing. Leagues ahead of the last 3 Chinese takeaways we have tried in the locale. Chicken was flavoursome not the usual "tipped" chicken you get in takeaways {which is watery and voluminous but tasteless}. The chicken in each dish had taken on the flavour of the dish and not just boiled and added. Chilli pepper Squid was sublime. Still crispy on arrival thanks to the modification to the container to let the steam out. Soup was delicious. Hong Kong chicken was beautifully crispy. Egg fried rice was OK. Hoping its not a one off. Just blown away by this gem in my neighbourhood. Lucky Garden if you're reading...dont change anything. Top marks to the management through to the chefs.

Enjoyed a takeaway from here recently . Portions were generous , food was ready when they said and generally good Value for the money .

We tried taking a look at their menu online but the layout of it was a complete nightmare so ended up showing up and waiting for our order. They have takeout menus and seem to do delivery so will do that next time. The food was pretty good and definitely worth it as we had plenty of food for 2 people for under £20!

Seriously, a fantastic Chinese. My partner and I have moved out of Isleworth and are unable to find a Chinese as good as this. The food tastes excellent (not salty or full of grease). In fact I will be travelling back to Isleworth (approx 20 miles) just to buy from this restaurant. Highly recommended. If you try, you won't be disappointed! *******

Pleasant servers, good place, can't fault them.. tofu a bit hard on some occasions, apart from that the menu selection is great and really enjoy the vegetables, chillies spices combined in some dishes. They've been around for a while, can't say I've ever had a bad experience there and always came back with good food.

Great family owned business, honest and big protions, reasonably priced. They've been around for a long time. Just give then a call and they'll make you tasty meals

My friends and I orders a variety of meat, noodle, rice and curry dishes. Not one of them was good. The seaweed had granulated sugar all over it which I’ve never seen before, we threw the entire dish away. The special fried rice was dark drown, Luke warm and clumpy. Tasted a couple of days old. The Singapore noodles were not authentic and greasy. The Calamari which did not mention batter was pretty much a blob of batter. When I called to complain and get some of my order returned and refunded, the owner told the phone operator that he wouldn’t be refunding anything. This is a like a Chinese from the 1980s - avoid at all cost!!

Food tasted as if cooked in old carbonised oil.. Anything that was wok fried tasted vile and soggy ( even Sweet and Sour chicken. Never ever again would I try this takeaway..

Everything we have tasted have been very good. Food always hot and delivered quickly. Only thing letting them down is there chips.

Used this take away for years and went down hill. Tried it again late 2016 and was great again. Last meal however was awful. All the dishes had a weird chemical taste and oil was a strange yellow colour. Very strange and will not be using again. Shame.

Can only say we have been using this takeaway for 20+ years. Despite changes, a consistent standard so it attracts a wide customer base. As a result, would not get a delivery, as the delay is often too long.

We have been coming to this take away for the last 11 years. It is run by a lovely local Chinese family. The place is always clean and the people taking the order have always been polite and nice. Today we have ordered stir fry trio of mushrooms, special Fried Rice, house special rice, stir fry mix of veg with fresh chilli, king prawn with Ginger and spring onion and house special rice. We also got given a bag of prawn crackers complimentary. All the food was nice and flavoursome, it's not very oily as you can find with standard Chinese take aways. They also accommodate dietary requirements which in my case I am intolerant to shellfish and I never got ill, even if other members of the family order shellfish, so they are very good at cooking with fresh, good quality ingredients and keep dishes separate. I only have one criticism, they do over season and all their food and it can be rather salty. They really don't need to do that as all their food is flavoursome however it might be just the way the chef cooks as its Consistent with all their dishes. If they correct the seasoning I would have give them 5 stars.

Rice was smothered in a shiney oil/grease Chicken balls were deep fried dark brown hard like golf balls and no sweet and sour sauce with them All we could taste was salt and sugar It was disgusting, worse Chinese I've ever had.. Arrived in half hr, we live 10 minutes drive so food was thrown together.. Both up all night drinking gallons of water and feeling quite ill.. This was cheap greasy tasteless food.. I'm actually reporting them to health and safety it was that bad there's no way there kitchen can be clean the amount of grease in food Avoid at all costs

My first time ordered from them last night, after looking for chinese in the area and didn't dissapointed us.Food arrived about 1 hour but it was still hot and fresh.Will definitely order from them again.

Took them nearly 2 hours to deliver the food, even after I'd told them to cancel it, stupid excuses when I called them, sent the luke warm food back and will be reporting them to Health and Safety tomorrow as even I won't eat prawns that have been lost in Brentford!!!
