Lucky eater restaurant in East Lindsey

A great little restaurant within the arcades on Skegness beachfront. A pizza, all day breakfast, coffee and coke for less than £20 is very good value. Food was great. Yes, the service was a bit slow but that's the only negative. It's a restaurant within an arcade, manage your expectations :-)

Great actually excellent food great service and price was wow

Food was cooked well and the staff provided excellent table service during a busy time, always a pleasure to eat here. Sensible price food which caters for most tastes.

Had Sunday roast here . It was OK but nothing special. good value

It was a fun time in the venue, a mixed use venue. Food options on three floors all offer a variation of foods. There are arcades, kids' play areas, and ample toilets on each floor, which have huge lifts to all floors. There is a prize shop for tickets won on the games. The open area balcony is a lovely addition to this venue, and on a good weather day, it's ideal to have a brew and a cake outside it has a decent sea facing view, too. All venue food outlets are well priced despite being a holiday location.

We just needed a quick snack, so we only purchased chips, but they were very nice. It is reasonably priced and very good quality. The service was quick also. There is a restaurant that sells various items, curry, pies, burgers, etc.

A hidden gem on the main street on the top floor of Lucky Strike building! Food is very tasty and pocket-friendly, came hot out of the kitchen, portions are quite big. You can see Skegness sea panorama while you eating. There is kids play area very next door so it gets very noisy sometimes...

my meal was thechicken tikka so yummy. but a little bland. very white person. add some spice please. also great atmosphere but about 8 years ago they used to do mac n cheese which was the best i ever tasted in my whole life. however now its not on the menu. i miss that mac n cheese. i think about itdaily. please put it back on the menu. my heart is empty because its void of that delicious meal. my family didnt like their meals either. great view tho good for watching people and playing smash or pass. would come again.

Food was lovely for lunch, quick and easy service. Food came hot and quick from the kitchen. Everyone enjoyed their meals, food and drink were fairly priced for what you got. Will visit again!

Food was well priced and good sizes

We always pop in for a coffee when visiting Skeggy, its always busy and the food looks lovely but we never have any room after fish and chips. We love sitting near the window and watching life go by.

We both had the hunters chicken,chips & salad so full we cannot move it was amazing definitely coming here again

My husband and I had a meal there unfortunately it took forever to get our meal there was only 4 tables in couldn't understand why it took so long the meal was lovely we paid for our dessert at the beginning of the meal when it came to getting it we constantly asked but got ignored when we persisted the manager came over to look to see if we had paid it took us 45 mins to get it its a shame but I won't go back one of the staff was rushing about we felt sorry for her.

The food was rubbish the only decent thing was my daughter's pizza I ordered a chicken burger that came out on a stale muffin with hard chips. My girlfriend ordered a jacket potato with chilli and cheese and there was no cheese on it and the potato was dry. My daughter's jacket potato was also very dry. I complained about the burger and was made to feel uncomfortable and ended up choosing something cheaper off the menu which was also inedible I wouldn't eat here again. It's not a bad spot if you fancy a drink with a nice view though.

Place was fairly empty when we arrived ordered a few drinks then a chocolate brownie, then more people arrived after other people had got there hot meals before our chocolate brownie we asked a waitress what was taking so long she then come out with a chocolate brownie and delivered it to the table who had already had there hot food before ours lol and we ordered first, anyway after this still no chocolate brownie we gave up as we had finished our drinks, went and asked for a refund which they said couldn’t refund back onto to the card it was taken on and so they give us cash which was slightly short as they didn’t have enough cash in the till lol

Arrived today for lunch with two children our order was kids nugget and chips/burger and chips, two adults meal one chip butty and a small breakfast, all food was below average, my grandchild said to me these nugget taste strange and she couldn't eat them, the chip butty came with the cheapest bread roll ever really cheap spongy bread, breakfast tastless and luck warm. Before lockdown we used to eat her when it was a fish restaurant, that's now not available all I can think it's changed hand's. Nuggets are pressed. Not recommended.

The place, the view and the service are great, but I can’t say it for the food. I got an hamburger “Cheese bacon burger” and the only thing that was warm was the burger itself, the bun was cold and there was some not melted cheese as well. The “Chorizo” pizza and it tasted worse than a frozen pizza you buy at the supermarket. Anyway, the whole menu was 20% off so if you are looking to save some money and eat an “OK” food, this is the place. Again, the view is really nice and the service was good.

Best hot chocolate, friendly staff.

Been coming here for a few years now. New menu, good food, had the seafood platter, very tasty. Well worth a visit if you are on the sea front at Skegness, head for Lucky Strike, and take the lift or stairs to the top. Nice views, friendly staff.

Great food fast service clean and tidy kids really enjoyed it and the soft play on the same floor good for a rainy day in skegness

We use to go here for all our family parties but since reopening I can honestly say it's go down hill.its a shame but won't be going back any time soon.

So disappointed food wrong.... Bad service.... Hopefully they will be closed soon......

Nothing wrong with this place, but nothing outstanding about it either. If your in skeggy and want somewhere to get a cheap meal and a pint, it's a decent place that won't break the bank. Just don't expect anything spectacular.

Great views and baguettes tasted great. Hot cajun chicken baguette sauce was really nice on the side too. Arcades downstairs and a soft play for the children on the top floor as well

Food was ok but 1 order was wrong and staff was so slow and didn't even check if everything was ok. Waited 30 mins for plates to be taken away and we wanted desert, ended up just going...not the best experience.

Always eat here every time we come to Skegnass. Never had a bad meal. Sirloin and burgers are excellent. Staff are excellent. Nice to look out over the area.

This is a regular stop for us when we come to skegness. Food is always fresh and tasty. Relaxed atmosphere, great service.

Clearly there are some great reviews and hopefully those people have had genuinely nice experiences. However ours not so much. In fact I very rarely review - about three places so far, it has to be good or poor in some manner to warrant one. We arrived plenty of empty tables to choose from and appeared to be plenty of staff - and can't fault the view. Sadly the table was sticky and dirty - as was second one - cleaned it ourselves. Ordered food arrived had to remind staff to bring drinks when they still hadnt arrived a few minutes after eating. most of food ok, burger was really nice (well recommended) but kids mac n cheese clearly microwaved and hard in places. Was quite patient considering, but had mentioned to 3 members of staff to bring ordered deserts. Not a great experience. As mentioned maybe we were unlucky, unfortunately from our experience we could not recommend.

Good views across the sea front, wasn't overly impressed with the jacket spuds we ordered but it's OK for a pitstop.

Brilliant for Sunday dinners ,lovely staff, fast service and reasonable prices for the service you get as well as beautiful views of skegness beach what more could you ask for.

Cant find any wrong with this place,plenty of activities to keep you occupied and if want the meals are spot on and well priced.

Lots of things to do, kiddies play area, rides, machines & restaurant, snack bar etc. Free cash machines also & toilets on each floor.

Well after eating every day in waterfront restaurent.for a fortnight. We was served very promptly food was delicious and the service was very high standard nothing to much for them my mum in wheelchair they always found table to put chair at and good luck to the young lady who served on us with her promotion to supervisor well done all from front staff to kitchen staff

Had a nice meal here. It was a complete accident finding the place but lived the food and views

Picked up a menu downstairs looked good so we decided to eat when ordering price was alot higher and they said " you must have an old menu when told them it was j7st handed to us at cash desk downstairs they said they could not have as their os no menu their . Food came and was edible but you can tell it is all frozen burgers and chips etc. We wont go back again even tho eat out alot .

12oz gammon meal was great but £4.50 for 6 average pieces of scampi to make it surf and turf....total rip off!

Great meal with family, waitress was polite and even told us about 2 for 1 which we didn't realise. Food was good and service was great.

Would not recommend. They're usually very good but a true measure of a place is when things don't go right. We had unacceptable delays, incorrect orders and dried up food but the worst of it was when they wouldn't accept that the food was poor and they refused to reduce the bill to compensate. We just paid and left, never to return. If you go, just hope that nothing goes wrong.

WORST PLACE EVER. Went there for a end of holiday family meal. I never complain or Write reviews however I was so shocked and disappointed in the whole meal and experience I had to. Long wait for food some of the worst food we have ever had. there was 7 of us in total 2 children 5 adults l. I could have understood if it was busy but it was really quiet. Non of us ended up eating our food as it was that bad. Would never eat there ever again staff are so rude and do not want to help. We ended up paying over £110 In total for the food. What a rip off. When we finally got to talk to the manager she said well there's nothing I can do to be honest it was like they where not bothered and did not care as we where tourists . So we ended up paying bill in full and leaving.

*AVOID WATERFRONT RESTAURANT!!!* Unfortunately me and family made an regretable decision to eat at the waterfront restaurant in the lucky strike amusement this evening. It was literally THE WORST meal and experience ever and we had to pay a he'll of a lot of money for such a poor dinner!! The service was diabolical. Meal orders messed up, and worse of all the burgers were extremely dry that we couldn't even eat them! We made numerous complaints and were offered drinks (cokes) to compensate for the poor service. But nothing to compensate the awful food we eventually received! Do your self a favour and AVOID this restaurant!! I literally feel robbed from the place. No one should have to pay extortionate amounts of money for extremely poor quality food!! This is the first time I've ever complained about a meal before and it truly was aweful.

Went here last night for a meal with my partner. We both ordered the hunter's chicken with a drink each. As I was eating the chicken I felt something hard in my mouth, pulled it out and it was a rather large piece of packaging that was in my chicken. I made a complaint and was offered either another meal or to leave without paying. I asked to leave without paying BUT next minute the waitress came back over and had the cheek to say we would still have to pay for the meal that didn't have any packaging in it and the drinks even though this situation put us both off the food, ruined the night and made sure we hardly ate anything. After speaking to two more members of staff who were apparently managers I ended up still having to pay for both drinks and one meal. The best the manager could tell me was "It's only a piece of the packaging" which I thought was absolutely disgusting. When you order food you expect there to be nothing of the sort in your food so to have him stand there and say that was absolutely ridiculous. I certainly won't be coming back here again and will definitely be spreading the word everywhere I can regarding this absolute shambles. I hope charging us for the drinks and one meal was worth it, because the custom you've lost because of it will cost you a lot more in the long run.
