Just had chicken madras worst iv ever had no taste off curry more like water threw in bin as a chef iv had many madras 's the worst iv ever had chef needs to get his spices in order never again cost 28.00 for a take away

I orderd chicken tikka masala veru bland no flavour chicken was tough chips were bery pale waste of money won't go back there again first time I'd ever ordered from there never again

Quiet night due to being bonfire night, but got a warm welcome and seated in a nice booth in the restaurant section. Had the popadums for starters, nice and fresh with the dips, followed by a chicken bryiani and my wife had chicken tikka pieces, both with vegetable curry and chips. It was all delicious and couldn't eat it all as generous portions. Will be returning on our next break up here, definitely recommend a visit if you are in the area. Returned November 2023, and the quality is still the same. Not over salted and nicely cooked Biryani. Nice friendly staff,. very efficient service.

Deserves no stars. AVOID!! First impressions weren't good. A cold place with no atmosphere whatsoever. Loads of bottles of water piled up at the reception. Service was quick as there was only another couple in. Both starters were absolutely awful, tough awful meat and a Chicken Chatt like no other Chicken Chatt I'd had before. Both mains were very underseasoned and were bland to say the least. In fact it was the worst curry we have ever had anywhere. Don't waste your money. Wish I had read reviews before going.

Average that's all I can say £50 for 2 meals it's not worth the effort going to this place

Excellent, quality food and service

We had take away from here on the last evening of our holiday as a treat. We were not dissapointed. Absolutely lovely. Fresh, hot and very tasty. We ordered upon arrival for a takeaway and waited approximately 35 minutes, but it was definitely worth it. Staff were welcoming and friendly and kept us updated on our order. We sat in comfort while waiting.

Went to this place as it was recommended the Indian waiter was very rude but the waitress Jane was lovely and helped me with order and my taxi the Indian gentleman who I added he owened the restaurant was very rude and dismissed everything I was asking him I ordered my food got home 5 minutes down the road the rice was ice cold and really full of water swimming on the plate no salt and vinegar on the chips as I requested the curry was not a bit tasty and full of water chicken very dry chips Was walmed up the only thing what was nice about the meal was the poppadoms my husband got a mixed kebab it was dry all the meat very short with the sauce I really would not recommend this place I am a very nice person but I would not like anyone else treated in this ill manner and food what cost the earth what was not worth one single penny xx

Full of flavours, textures and the aromas are all wonderful across all the dishes... Great value for well cooked and presented food... Pleasant surroundings and friendly staff...

Me and my wife got a takeaway yesterday whilst visiting Wales and we enjoyed the food. Today we came back to eat in at the restaurant. The food, atmosphere, service was brilliant and the food arrived quick and tasted fresh. Jane was very positive, helpful, ensuring we were comfortable and re assuring us with the food being halal. Definitely will visit again.💯

Went 6 months ago and food and staff were lovely. Went yesterday and the food was shocking, informed the waitress of the meat being tough, her explanation was that they cook it, it is then left to go cold and reheated when people order, so it will be tough!! The sauce tasted like a jar curry and the nan bread was undercooked and doughy Cost for 4 people was £142 . We left the lot. Never going back again.....

Curries bland, chips white and soggy, chicken burger was tough and overcooked. Best thing was the poppadoms. What a waste of money, will not be returning.

We visit this lovely restaurant about twice a month when going to our caravan in towyn. Food is amazing and prices are good , all the staff are so friendly especially the blonde haired lady waitress who is an absolute credit to this restaurant she is so polite , friendly and helpful she is so warming to customers. Overall 10/10

Would leave a zero stars if I could. The food is very bad to make it even worse it is not even close to authentic indian food. Very pricy and rude staff. Worst service I have ever experienced.

We’ve been buying takeaways from Lucknow regularly for 12 months and been really happy. In the last couple of months something drastic has happened. We’ve tried various different curries, but basically you are now getting meat or veg in little more than tomato sauce. You can’t taste the spices, garlic or chilli. We persevered a while, but sorry, no more Lucknow for us. A shame as its a lovely place and the staff are really friendly.

Delicious food, especially biryani and bhuna gosht. Staff is very friendly and provides a great service.

Amazing service and food ! Good atmosphere for families and mouth watering dishes on the menu. If you want a very friendly service and dine-in experience + delicious food, this is the place. Peshwari naan was 👏🏻 cannot forget the experience we had.

Been here now 3 times when staying in holiday home. Experimented and found a couple of dishes that suits our taste. One a bit bland etc but had Madras and Rogan Josh and really enjoyed. Had a couple of pints whilst waiting and most enjoyable. Wish it was a little closer!

Just had a fantastic meal with the family. Fantastic place, food is delicious and the staff are amazing.

Really tasty food and big portions service was really good. Prices not bad either. We are staying at parkdean and it's only a 5 minute drive to it parking in front or reastrant is free.would recommend the popodom as very light onion barge also really good chicken buhna was also great

We are not as a rule people who eat Indian food, but tonight we decided to go to Lucknow Lounge. A great decision we have had a great meal. Lovely staff and nit silly prices. Hopefully we will be back on our ext visit to Wales next year.

Just had a takeaway delivered and it was so fresh and tasty,the staff on the phone were lovely and the young lady who delivered it was lovely,nothing but good words for this place after this meal,and the portions are massive,an so reasonably priced,highly recommend lucknow to anyone great all round 👍

Food was all freshly made but the service was extremely slow. We waited 20 minutes for a menu and were the only family in there and it took over an hour to get our mains (we did not order starters, just drinks). We did end up ordering papadoms whilst we waited. We liked our dishes except the naan which was really tough. It tasted as if it has been microwaved to catch up with the rest. Overall not the best :(

Nice food although the bar was noisy

Loved it. Best curry I've had for a long time, chicken nice and soft. Naan bread was perfect, lovely! Even the poppadoms were crunchy and not one bit soggy. Delivery driver was very pleasant. Better than anything ive had in my home town of Oldham. Definitely will be using this place again on future visits to the in-laws.

We are not from here so don't nobthe place so thaught we give it a go was enjoying my poppadoms and dips tray and finds a dead fly in my dip so after that I was put off my food abit dont think I will go again

Came here they other night but unfortunately they don't cater for gluten free,so had to leave. but looked lively enough,staff were very friendly and welcoming so we will be back when our daughter isn't with us.

Amazing food, and service. We were a little dubious about eating here, as there were only 10 reviews. But it was worth checking it out, as it was probably one of the best Indian's we've had. The starters were lovely, as were the mains, and a good size. 10 out of 10! There was a little mix up, as we had paid for our first drinks separately, but it was sorted out no problem, as the staff were lovely. Would defo go again, and would certainly recommend.

Had a wonderful take away meal this evening. Haven’t eaten Indian food for some time and I was blown away by how delicious it was. Had lamb saag which was lovely; very tender lamb with spinach and spices. Mushroom rice and a fragrant naan peshwari completed my meal. Will definitely order this again. Excellent chef at this restaurant.

Had a fabulous take away from here last night, my hubby is a chef and was hesitant as most curry places are under par in his opinion. But we were blown away by how flavoursome this was he had Garlic chill chicken and I had Chicken tikka Sagg, (no oil in sight like others) have been recommended Onion Bajhi so will defo add these to our order next time. See you very soon.
