Delicious and well prepared. I loved the burgers and so did my partner. Will definitely be ordering again

Ordered mixed kebab,landed straight in the bin, next time better to drink a litre of oil,absolutely awful! Never again!

Ordered from here for the first time tonight, and it did not disappoint. The prices were reasonable when you look at the quality and quantity which you get for your money and the delivery was quick. We'd definitely come back here and recommend to friends and family

Don't spend your money on such an experience as mine was, preorder 30 mins late, rude driver, cold food..never again!

Walked in and ordered a side salad. It has to be the smallest sale I have seen! A few bits of lettuce,tomato,onion and a couple of bits of cucumber! Definitely not worth the £3.50 I paid. Didn't help that it was practically thrown at me as well. Will not recommend.

I ordered from Love Thy Burger to a hotel at UEA and the driver (employed by the shop, not a deliveroo driver) called me to inform me that he was parked at a location within the University. He asked where I was, and I told him the exact name of the hotel I was in (which should’ve been enough to find it). He very rudely said that he didn’t know where it was and repeated his current location (I presume somewhere near the uni entrance, which is very far from the hotel). I informed him that I was visiting (which is why I am staying at a hotel) and was not familiar with the area and did not know where he was referring to. I also advised him to just put the hotel name on google maps, as it was very straightforward to find when I got here. He refused and asked me if I could locate anything near me to help him locate the hotel. I told him that I could see what looked like the student union (literally answering his question). He then started shouting and saying that he wouldn’t know what that was as he’s 50. Again, I was literally answering his question. He then shouted that he was not going to move his car and did not deliver my food. I waited for over 45 minutes for that delivery, despite deliveroo stating that it would take 20 minutes. The driver was extremely rude the entire time and did not actually want to listen to what I was saying. He kept repeating that I needed to help him navigate despite me emphasising that I do not know the area, and even after I did help him by answering his question about my surroundings. I would like to state that when I called the restaurant, the owner was receptive of what I was saying and did approve the refund. However, it was overall a horrible experience and I waited for over 45 minutes to not get any food.

THIS BY FAR IS DEFINITELY THE BEST FOOD IVE TRIED FROM ANY KEBAB SHOP THAT CHICKEN WRAP WAS AMAZING I CANT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH IF YOU GO DEFINITELY WOULD GET THE BISCOFF SHAKE WITH ALL TOPPINGS ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER

Food great as always, had to cancel my delivery order with just eat due to them taking so long to assign a driver but the owner rang and sorted the order over the phone for me even though they had closed so much appreciated

Awesome burger bar. Been here for takeaway several times and always consistently amazing. Got delivery one time and it was delivered really quickly. I recommend this place to all my friends.

Just eat confirms a time then keeps changing the expected time arrived over an hour after ordering and then food was barely warm when arrived.

I feel that the order was technically late because they kept changing the delivery time, so the order was within the LAST delivery time indicated, naughty restaurant changing the delivery time nearly half an hour in. The food was really good thou..

Delicious and different. The burgers have unique and delicious combinations of toppings. The wraps are also really good!Talented, polite and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Worst food I’ve ever had and I payed £30 for chips burger and a cookie

Onion tasted old I paid for a chicken and dinner kebab only received a chicken with no dinner asked for spicy sauce and received ketchup. Rubbish overall

simply the best, we love them, if you ask for a burned bacon, they burn it like there's no tomorrow and make your fella happy when he is usually a right mard. also the box of many meats was a box of many joys, never have we ever had such a platter of beautiful nourishment. thanks guys! BETTER THAN A DEEP FRIED MARS BAR. XX

I wanted to love this but asked for medium cooked burger & it was quite tough & arrived barely warm. I do live out in Horsford so that might be why but was a bit gutted as I was soooo looking forward to it

After waiting for our delivery which exceeded the sorry your delivery is late time it finally arrived. I have to say this is the worst burger I have ever tasted and left most of it on my plate. with the price you are charging I was at least expecting something I could actually eat.

Burger was great, really good quality patty and ingredients. Rosemary fries had a a perfect crisp. Drink was nice and cold. A great meal well with the more luxury price tag. Will be back!

Wow, I don’t even know where to start, the delivery guy was very polite and very professional. And the food! Wow it was absolutley delicious. I’m not the type of person to try new foods but this place and those burgers hit completely different! I am so impressed Thankyou guys for everything feeling like a whole new person 😅♥️

One of my favourite places to order from but was a little disappointed tonight - chips we warm but soggy and the burgers were so spicy. usually never have a complaint and I will definitely order again although could have been better tonight.

For about the same price as a Macdonald's meal you can get a proper chargrilled burger. Always good service. Probably quicker than sitting in the drive thru waiting. And you CAN GET A MILK SHAKE ALWAYS

Fancied a burger but we don't like McDonalds or BK as IMHO They don't sell burgers google searched for burgers that could be delivered and Love Thy Burger came up, 5 mins later we'd ordered and 30 mins later they arrived with a smile from the delivery guy Well Service is Good, what about the Burgers ? Well they were LOVELY, juicy patties cooked as we requested Medium, the toppings were tasty and the sauces just the right amount, Rosemary fries, onion rings just made a great burger PERFECT, will be ordering again, oh and the milk shakes now that what milkshakes should be.. 10 OUT OF 10

I had to call the restaurant as there was no driver the time changed multiple times when I spoke to the restaurant they said they would get their own driver to deliver as there was no sign of a just eat driver. However because they had been waiting for a driver from just eat the food had gone cold so it ended up not being edible and we had nothing to eat! I would like a refund for this please

Really rate this place, first time I ordered the Uber eats guy got lost and it was cold, after a load of hassle with Uber I ended up ordering through Love thy Burger website, and the guy in charge walked my order round. Food has always been good, chips are very good too. I now order through their website and pick it up as you get a good discount, cutting out the middle man. They use local butchers and suppliers, so loads happier supporting this independent business.

Absolutely delicious. Speedy delivery considering it was a busy Saturday night. Slightly pricey but you do get what you pay for and I will definitely order again.

Amazing food as always, ordered from LTB multiple times and have never been let down, yes it’s a bit expensive but you pay for what you get, the burgers are hand made and delicious! Worth every penny! Better then every restaurant in Norwich in my opinion, chips are amazing too! Always 5*, everyone should try these burgers!

Although the burgers were nice, my phat pig burger was missing the pulled pork and streaky bacon which is what I paid for.
