The best Indian takeaway I’ve ever been to friendly and fantastic food

The food is always good but the behaviour of some staff members is not acceptable in terms of replies. Highly recommend for the place if you are ordering online.

Unreal food, spot on prices, top tear delivery. Will be using again

ordered Lamb jalfrezy and what i got was chewy meat in a red sticky sauce with onions..waste of money as it went in the bin.

Food was very tasty chicken tikka masala was beautiful my chicken tikka dupiaza sauce was a little watery but still tasted very nice. Its is my first order from love curry will definitely be ordering more

For the 1st time in 3 years i have to give a slightly negative review everything was exceptional as expected but the Malayan Chicken Tikka was bland and watery and the food was not as hot as normally delivered had to be warmed up.

I usually go for a chicken vindaloo as it's quite consistent, however I dared to spend twice as much for a Patiala chicken. I received not was not what was advertised on the menu. it states strips of chicken in a special sauce, however, this was chicken chunks in a thick tomato and yogurt sauce with a few onions. absolutely awful, couldn't eat it. recommend avoiding the specials as I suspect they don't have a chef that knows how to cook them.

The best thing about living in Chellaston is having love curry on our doorstep! You get a stamp for each order too so after so many stamps a discount! We got £10.86 this time round which is great so we ordered more things to try, great work love curry!

They have mixed the meals up. We have a butter chicken but with prawn and a chicken pasanda

Both the curry’s were way too sweet, no spice in them at all. The butter chicken was watery, sweet and had shredded chicken in it. The lamb did not taste fresh. The cheese naan’s had barely any cheese in them. The fries tasted stale and oily. One of the worst Indian takeaway’s I’ve had in a long time.

Gone abit down hill than when it first opened as most takeaways/restaurants do.bland currys,dry chicken. Very small portions. The nicest thing was the garlic & cheese naan bread. Was also cold on arrival. I shall be finding a new place to order from now on.

Came within about 25 minutes of ordering, food is always hot and tasty. Won't go to any other curry house for a take away curry.

Curry’s the best yet for the price, cant fault them however i was utterly shocked to receive a tiny box of chips costing £2.95, good job they was only for my son as cant afford £3 each for all of us 😂😂

Chips were a smaller portion than normal and the food wasn’t as hot as it normally is. Usually a reliable takeaway but on this occasion it was disappointing.

I have the fish curry. Hands down the best curry I have had in Derby. Rice and naan bread were perfect too!

Lamb Tikka Special was soft, render and Just divine. Sadly, expensive king prawn jalfrezi was awful and went straight to the bin. My special keema, chilli, garlic naans never happened either. Amazing takeaway but we were let down tonite 😞

Always delicious food, whatever we order. We didn't mind that they set back the delivery time on this occasion, they were apologetic for the longer time slot, due to a busy night.

Normally love our takeaways from you guys but very disappointed tonight the vindaloo was supposed to be lamb with potatoes instead it was mixed with lamb and chicken? Very odd. And we ordered garlic tikka started which some of the chicken wasn't cooked. So that's a shame 😏

Super nice and really tasty. Spicy poppadoms don't play! Delicious Rogan Josh, bhuna, tandoori lamb and chicken, Naan bread... just good all around. Cook is a solid dude and the people working there are lovely.

This really is the best curry house I have ever tried, highly, highly recommend. We used to order from this place all the time when we lived in Chellaston and now we have moved to Oakwood we keep driving back. Super friendly staff. Keep up the good work lads.
