Lounges at The Grove in Three Rivers

The Restaurant and decor is nice. Food is average, nothing special.

Just celebrated my mum's birthday, surprised her with going to the grove lounges for sushi. Absolutely outdid my expectations, had incredible service from Rehan with lovely chats and speedy service. Loved the birthday surprise they got for my mum and drank delicious cocktails in the bar afterwards. Cannot wait to go again one day

Been here a few times now. Once fir afternoon tea and another for a lunch. Both times excellent with love classical music.

I can’t thank Abhilash enough for his hospitality and attention to detail. We had a small wedding and wanted an area to have drinks and a light meal, before eating at the glasshouse in the evening. He reserved us the library which had a beautiful Christmas tree and roaring fire, it was perfect. We had the most delectable finger sandwiches and the service was impeccable. The raspberry cake was also scrumptious! Thank you for helping to make our wedding day so special. 🥂❤️🥂

What a lovely experience for my 50th birthday party held in the beautiful library room. Sushi was excellent and service was perfect. The lounge manager Abilash was very accommodating and provided a fantastic evening.

The place is lovely but the main manager from India is very rude! He wouldn’t let us eat at the lounge area and told us only staying guests can eat here!!! Well we always stay there so we are disappointed in the way we were treated by this manager when other staff members agreed that as we are they often we should have still been aloud to eat there.

Nataliya our waitress was exceptional took care of the family. The food was good but didn’t like the soup.

It was just the perfect afternoon with a wonderful private room at the end. We could still hear the harp playing and loved the views outside. The birthday lady felt very special indeed. Our main server, Abinash was incredible and very attentive to our needs. Had the best afternoon tea experience (and I’ve been several major ones in central London) and would definitely book again for future milestone birthdays.

Had afternoon tea for two recently. Felt the servings were very small -4 tiny little cakes (one bite size) and three very small plain scones as well as finger size sandwiches which cost £106!! The tea was also not hot enough. Although the service was nice, the overall cost was over priced.

I booked lunch in the Lounges for my partners birthday. The booking was made 7 days in advance and confirmed by email. The Grove called to confirm the booking the day before, and confirmed we wanted Sushi, not Afternoon Tea. They also sent an email to confirm again the morning of the booking. They mentioned nothing of not being able to sit in the Lounges on any of the confirmations. On arrival we were told they had overbooked, and The Lounges were now only for Afternoon Tea and we could go to the bar if we wanted. The Bar had business people on laptops and children running round, not the setting you want for a birthday lunch. Its disappointing that they overbook, but also that they didn't mention this when they confirmed the booking so we could change our plans. Clearly money over service and we won't be returning.

Took a friend for the first time. As ever the The Grove doesn't disappoint. The lounges are so relaxing staff don't rush you. Food sushi fresh and full of flavor. Try the avocado tempura it's sound wrong but omg was so delicious.

Wonderful place to pop in, drinks are on the pricey side but, they are fantastic quality and if you get the right spot you can sit by an open fire. The staff are friendly, attentive, and professional, fantastic!

Lovely atmosphere, delicious food, beautiful surroundings. Came here for a relaxed dinner and were a bit surprised how good it was! The serving staff could be a little bit more attentive. I know it's a lounge and relax is the key, however we had to catch a waiter few times though she kept walking passed us. Otherwise fantastic night out!

The Lounges are simply stunning with the festive decorations. Had such wonderful service from Edyta who served us wonderful treats. She was so attentive and made our experience fabulous. Love the decor and relaxing atmosphere in The Lounges, a perfect place to unwind.

I had lunch with my husband and my parents. We had Sushi and dessert. The Sushi was beautifully presented and tasted amazing and authentic. We loved the ambience, the music was lovely, there was a harpist too! Thank you to the friendly staff for their warm welcome and excellent services.

Super cool lounge with different themes and moods! The customer service was attentive and the food was good. This is a great place to meet up with friends, family and you can reserve a room that can accommodate a large party. The interior throughout each lounge is beautifully made and maintained. As far as food, they specialize in sushi, and cocktails with a small kids menu.

Wonderful, as expected from such an establishment. Elegant surroundings. Lovely service. Great selection of teas and tasty treats.

Amazing vegan afternoon tea! It very rarely happens that you can try vegan options for your afternoon tea, so such treat always seems well overpaid. Not in this case though. This was lovely and you could ask for more of things that you really liked. Yet it was plenty to try and it was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The place is epic, service perfect and classy.

Lovely food and teas. Service was slow at times but the staff were very apologetic about this. Good value for money and the food and tea was bottomless, always a good thing in my books.

Very nice treat for mums 70th Really nice hospitable staff, good service generally. Made lovely sandwiches especially as we were all vegetarian. My only comment would be that some rugs need replacing as threadbare! Staff were very nice. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic, really made to feel special, lovely staff, outstanding service.. thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The deserts were amazing but finger sandwiches are what they are so don't expect 5* sandwiches.. I would definitely recommend the afternoon tea for a romantic setting and that feeling of grandeur
