Visited The Lounges on a busy Saturday afternoon for a light meal and left with fond memories of a satisfying experience. Our front of house lady highlighted should we have a food allergy then to discuss this in person at the bar. I'm allergic to garlic so after a quick visit to see Chef the waitress assured me all traces of the poison would be removed from my lunch. When my food arrived Chef had given me a choice of 3 different dressings. I think that is a wonderful classy gesture. Thank you for a tasty meal. To top off our superb lunches i ordered another pint. Now the time taken for my drink to arrive wasn't a problem because the servers were all busy. On arrival the server was apologised for being late and said the drink was on the house. Amazing customer service by dedicated staff.

Gina the staff member who helped me with my sister 40th surprise was an absolute star and a a gem who's gone the extra mile. it made the day that little bit more special. To go out your way the day b4 and get the balloon made it worth the drive to Blackpool. Great service fantastic ordering facilities and all out great place.

one of the best little gems in town family run and looked after by Jo food fab and drinks to die for new cocktail menu yum yum and you can enjoy tapas and cocktails any day of the week and also does meal deals give them a try you won't regret it fab x

What a great little restaurant in Blackpool, turned up on Re launch night had a fabulous meal off there NEW TAPAS menu great value for money, even had one of the new cocktails which was lovely, no pressure to leave even sat outside after food with my glass of wine which was very nice, would highly recommend to anyone wanting something different to eat. I will be visiting again and cannot wait to try more delicious food off there tapas menu and a few more cocktails off there cocktail menu

We had lunch on a busy afternoon, the food was lovely & fresh with good friendly service. Great place for lunch and good price & best of all.....the beer was ice cold! will definitely go back again!

We hadn't visited this restaurant before and I must say that looking in from the outside I felt a little disappointed as it looked more like a café than an evening style restaurant. However, the inside was pleasant, and the staff friendly. We all chose the same starter, garlic mushrooms. When this arrived it was not the usual breaded and fried mushrooms as we had expected, but sliced mushrooms in a lovely garlicky creamy sauce, nevertheless it was totally delicious. for the main I chose steak and chips, tasty steak and hot crispy chips, delicious. Although we were the only people there, so difficult to judge the ambience when it is busy, it was nice to note that even though we lingered for quite a while after our meal, there was no pressure for us to leave or buy further drinks, even though the staff must have just wished that we would leave so that they could go home. Will definitely be back.

We tried to eat here before we saw mama Mia on Tuesday but it was closed, bitterly disappointing that a small business is not taking advantage of a summer show and the crowds that go with this. Today on our way home from shopping we called in and the food quite honestly was superb, freshly cooked and good quality, the service was lifeless, forgetful and slow. Such a let down from our last visit! Where have your tapas gone, please put them back on the menu, they made you stand out from the run of the mill cafe in Blackpool. We will be back, but please sort the gentleman out at front of house so he remembers what customers have ordered.

Popped in for a light lunch. Lovely day so sat outside at the tables. Had two different snacks along with drinks. The coffee was great and the cider was too. I thought the meal took a bit longer to prepare than it should for a BLT and a panini. The wait was worth it as both snacks were lovely. Service was nice and friendly and helpful. Sounds weird but the crockery was great, all Villeroy & Boch. We will be going back to try more of the menu.

I booked this deal for my Mum and her friend for a lunchtime treat, they were both very impressed. The Restaurant was clean as we're the toilets. The staff were helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. They would go back again. In fact my Mum goes again next week with another friend of hers on the same deal.

Went to the Lounge with my wife as guests of friends that live in Blackpool and what a treat it was. The food was superb, the service faultless and the atmosphere very romantic. We will definately go back next time we are in Blackpool.

We had a deal monster and loved what we had & we wanted to try more so ordered a few more all were utterly delicious. The Beef Pepperpot was to die for & the fab cook even wrote down the recipe for us to try at home. The cocktails were strong and reasonably priced. Overall a great find & you will not be dissapointed

Stumbled across this place totally by accident and we are so glad we did!!! The food is superb and amazing value for money! I had a three course tapas at around £8 and my partner a house special from a blackboard at around £6. There was lots of food both freshly prepared and both wonderfully tasty! The service was simply superb and made us feel very welcome and comfortable and the gentleman who served us invited us and also showed me an evening menu which looked beautiful and I'm genuinely gutted we are so far from Blackpool but we have both said we would like to go back and stay overnight and eat at the lounge again! Trust me it's fantastic and I'm sure it's family run and if they keep doing what they do it will be a huge success and I wish them all the best!

Spent the weekend in Blackpool with my boyfriend. Wandering around and stumbled along this cafe. I have to say it is one of the best meals i have had in a long time! I had the special which was a chicken stir-fry with a salad. A huge amount and good value for £6.00. My boyfriend had 3 individual tapas dishes for £8.00, all of which were a very large size. The food was excellent. The service was second to none and we would definitely return even if just to go to this restaurant alone! Please visit if you want a beautiful meal at a decent price. It was amazing. Thank you.

My partner and I were hungry yesterday and discovered the Lounge, it is a very clean and friendly café on the busy Cedar Square.Contrary to the last reviewer saying it was expensive and the portions were small, the portions were the right size and the price was excellent value for money.We both had a two course meal and beer for less than £25.The food was piping hot and very clean tasting, the kitchen was spotless and so were the toilets.

Portions where very small and expensive. Been twice before and really enjoyed it, seems to have dropped of.

four of us went here on deal monster offer for tapas and wine, it was fabulous, excellent choice of tapas all made fresh. It is a family run restaurant and very friendly and efficient. will be visiting here again

Had the opportunity to watch the world go by in the outdoor cafe area, lovely owners. On a sunny day take the chance to sit outside, was nice to see Blackpool.

What a lovely find on drizzly cold Saturday afternoon whilst out in Blackpool – “Lounge” – what an absolute treat. We opted for Tapas which was a snip at £8.95 or three good sized, excellent quality tapa washed down with a delightful bottle of chilled chardonnay. The service and food were second to none and the owners so friendly. The tapas were of a better quality and taste than the recent ones we sampled in Spain itself! Apparently Lounge does get busy in the evenings and it’s wise to book.Alongside the tapas menu is a large variety of snacks, specials and nibbles – a very pleasant way to spend a couple of hours! We had home made Thai style fishcakes which were freshly made and so light, but extremely tasty, meatballs in a lovely rich red wine sauce and cheese stuffed peppers.Can’t recommend Lounge enough and am already looking forward to returning in the not too distant future.Thank you for a lovely couple of hours!
