Good service , Nandos south shore Amy Johnson way near Morrisons.

Came to Blackpool for my wife's birthday. Siobhan and her team went out of their way to make it special!! Highly recommend 👌 👍

Visited Nando’s Church Street Blackpool today and received great service-one member of staff stood out and was above and beyond. Alympia was so friendly-greeting us by the door. They was a little wait and she could see as I am disabled I needed to sit down whilst I waited. Found me a seat. She made sure we were happy with where we were seated and that I had enough room to park my walker. She explained how we ordered, gave us menus and asked if we had any questions. This may seem routine but she had such a lovely attitude, nothing was too much trouble and was so welcoming. Her service was EXCELLENT-thank you, Alympia-you’re a star !!🌟

Service was great. Broccoli was rock solid. Sent back for a replacement- replacement was rock solid But staff were lovely

Awful experience, went out for my birthday with friends, we didn't book so waited 25 mins for a table which was fine, we expected that. but when we got back there were no staff to be seen, when someone finally came over they told us we would be upstairs, went up and there was only 4 tables being used so no idea why we had to wait. we sat down and tried to order and the app was not working so went up to the till. ordered our meals and went and sat back down. At no point anything was mentioned that they had ran out of anything or missing anything. 10 mins past and my friends get their food, another 10 and mine and my partners still hadn't arrived, we then heard the waiters on the stairs saying "your just gunna have to tell them we don't have any or its a 25 min wait. a few mins later he finally comes over and tells us they didn't have any chicken ready?? on a Friday night at 7pm you had no chicken?? we said just give us a refund as we had another thing to get too and were on a time limit. the manager appears and chats to the staff at the till for another 5 mins before approaching us with a cash refund? wasn't even offered to put back onto my card which is what i paid with. The place is filled with children running in and out and children running the place. My friend approached the manager and he gave us a free meal but to be honest, i don't think i want to return to this one and i can only use it there? Overall worst experience i have ever had in a nandos, this branch really lets the rest down.

Random is a good place too meet and eat at the staff are ever so helpful 😋

Its nice place to visit near Blackpool beach...Nando's quality in chicken is always best at any resturant.

Worst Nando’s experience ever, complete messed up the order, second chicken was waiting under the pass for 30 mins before the brought it out by that time all the sides were stone cold. Nobody in charge to deal with it , overall unwillingness from the staff and the chef that got involved

Aside from the tasty, spicy and well cooked chicken, the real reason I am writing this review is to highlight the absolutely impeccable service we experienced in this fast food restaurant! The meals arrived at our table in less than 10 minutes. Special mention to Joshua who gave a very warm welcome to me and my girlfriend and for being attentive and cheerful from start to finish. Such a nice pal! I wasn't expecting this level of professionalism and care at Nando's. This is obviously a very well run establishment. Keep up the good work!!

Poor attitude by staff when I collected my lunch to go. Whispering and generally rude, making it very obvious they were talking about me as when I got closer one asked the other whether she knew me quietly. Worst atmosphere. Just uncomfortable and unpleasant. Food was awful. Tasted like frozen food that hadn’t been cooked thoroughly. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t return personally.

Great service and really clean place.

Usual good standard of food, tasty etc. We go Nandos a lot. This branch was a little sticky. And it is miles to the toilet, 2 floors up bit like a 'spoons, exhausting! There is a lift I noticed after, but I only saw staff coming in and out of it. Unclear if for customer use. Will check next time we're in Blackpool, before deciding to eat here again.

By far the worst Nandos I have ever been too. The Vegetarian couple next to me were served real chicken instead of the Veggie meal. I was served Mash thay was somehow burnt on top but had ice in the middle. When I asked for this to be changed I watched the staff mash it with a fork and stick it back in the microwave, burnt bits included. My friends chicken was overcooked. The only thing that turned out edible was the Brocolli and even thst wasn't cooked

my mac&cheese had no peri crumbs and i asked the lady at the till to add my nando reward and she said she will do it and it’s been 3 days and it still hasn’t been put on

Please believe i am a huge Nando’s lover and this was by far the worst experience i have ever had entering the doors to any Nandos restaurant. We waited 20 minutes just to receive our drinks, that was after going to the tills to ask for them. When food arrived it was colder than the high wet winds from outdoors, you could of bounce the chicken of the floor. Just all in all such a let down and will never return in this restaurant

30 minutes waiting for a table for 2, to find out upstairs dining area was completely empty, very disappointing.

Awful place, full of loud and lairy people, who cant seem to have a quiet conversation, food was mediocre, staff were average, not sure why people rave about nandos...not that great...

Waited 50 minutes for our meal while all around were being served a lot quicker. We mentioned it and then it arrived a few minutes later very dry and dull. Will not be visiting again!

Went in for a nice meal with my gf as we normally have a great experience in Nando’s. But not this time we sat for 45 minutes waiting on food in a half full restaurant. At one point there was not one staff member present on the restaurant floor for 20 minutes and our food was sat under the heat lamp for that time. Very disappointed food came eventually and was cold and rubbery as it was sat for too long.

Went to Nando’s Blackpool last night for tea before going to a show, it was so busy queuing outside everyone was in a hurry as lots of events on Despite this the food was excellent as always and the staff so polite despite being run off their feet and very hot 🥵 A young gentleman called Matt was on the door and he was helpful, friendly and so polite a credit to Nando’s People don’t praise the staff enough they work hard to keep the standards up and often in extremely busy and unpleasant conditions Well done Nando’s BLACKPOOL 👍

Went there twice on our 4 day break, typical Nandos place with lovely staff, was worth a second visit

This Nandos in Blackpool doesn’t even deserve 1 star we eat quite a lot in Nandos at our home town Stevenage Herts, we had to queue for a table to start which wasn’t too long we was told to make our way up stairs no one meet us so we just sat at a table for 2 after about 15 minutes we were told to order from the QR code which would of been ok if the reception had been ok once we had placed our order of £49 we then sat and watched 4 other table come and get their orders before us after about 1hr we had enough and asked to see the manager who said she would reimburse us once she had confirmed this we left, this has put a downer on our nice day out in Blackpool 😠

Very unhappy with this Nando’s. I landed circa 7pm as a solo customer, straight from my hotel as had traveled up from London in the car that day. I was advised that they could accommodate me on my own as they didn’t want to take up any tables and to come back in 30 mins in case there was more opportunities to be seated. NEVER have I from Nando’s and I’m a very regular customer indeed, been advised my custom isn’t acceptable (bearing in mine one table had 4/5 kids nursing pop and a bowl of chips between them) Absolutely amazed… In the end I was welcomed in to harry ramsdens and spend my hard earned £45 in there.. Sure it’s like all the others Nando’s but if eating solo don’t risk it

Brilliant clean restaurant with friendly staff who were very welcoming and helpful. Toilets are on the upper level but there's a lift which is fantastic. Food was good as always for nandos but lost a star for the awful mash. It was just mediocre compared to everything else. Tasted microwaved and was gluey/starchy and hard to eat. Really wish they still did coffee aswell, shame you guys took it off.

Good location in the town centre, lovely fresh hot food, I like the bottomless soft drinks, very nice staff. Only downside for me was the toilets, up 2 flights of stairs, 2 floors up from the main restaurant. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my good value lunch here.

We visited Nando's in Blackpool last week and really enjoyed our food. The portion sizes were great and it was served quickly. The restaurant was nice and clean and all the staff were lovely and friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

I am sooooooo impressed with nando's. The staff were fantastic and they took my gluten free needs very seriously. Only the manager would serve me due to my dietaries and I felt very safe and taken care of. Thank you, Nando's! I appreciate your care and attention to dietaries.

Friendly and helpful staff food was amazing.

A sunset burger with two sides that came to 15 pound one side with coleslaw which had absolutely no mayo The second side for stem broccoli which might as well in ripped out of the back garden since it was that crunchy and undercooked Will never eat there ever again So all in all I paid for £15 for a burger smaller than McDonald’s and 3x the price

The chicken was dry. Toilets were absolutely disgusting, a total mess. I ended up with food poisoning being sick all night. This has put me off from going to Nando's.

We ordered a delivery worth a lot for five of us. We ordered early at 7 knowing it may take a while but we didn't expect it to take 3 hours. Every time we checked the status update it kept delaying further. We then called up thrice and the lady on the phone said that she was sorry to hear our problems. She kept making up excuses for their lack of verification and management. We were waiting for a long time until we heard that the wrong driver had taken our food. Bearing in mind it was 10:30 at night, how could they not verify it was the right driver?! Customer service was not helpful although polite but I would not recommend delivery. We better get our refund back!

Little Slow to get someone to come over and seat us but food nice. Gents wc could do with a clean. Was quiet upstairs drinks a machine wasn't working luckily we was downstairs but someone slipped on stairs taking drink up smashing a glass /injuring themself stairs was left sticky

Confusing layout and poor wait times tarnished the otherwise great Nandos experience. With chains this big, you're bound to encounter an off night. I'd go back.

Rude staff member on the door. Ordered online,waited 25 minutes for food for them to bring the wrong food. Rice wasn't cooked. Dirty cutlery,smelly cup. Lift came up and could only just fit pram in due to there being some sort of trolley in there.

As I'm coeliac I've never been in a Nandos in my life and never will. Google's compass must have been out of order that day!

Had a really poor experience which is out of the usual staff were rude and blunt my friend went to the bar to get our drinks as we had been waiting ten minutes for them and she was then completely ignored did not check in with us at all to see how the food was we were just left with plates everywhere.The syrup ran out on the drinks machine and when we told the server he said he would get his manager and then carried on with what he was doing with no contact to his manager Such a disappointing experience compared to our usual visits

Lovely chilled atmosphere here, the staff on the evening shift were so good and helpful as I had kids with me and they went above and beyond! The food was cooked perfect, especially the broccoli!

Ordered on the app the same time as my friend her food came half hour after hers mine hadn't arrived so we asked to be told that other people order inbetween if not ordered at the same time but the orders were submitted at the same time as the waitress went to see what was happening she walked off shaking her head as it turns on my order wasn't on the system so a manager came over showed her my email receipt and then got the food quickly finally with a apology but I won't be back to a nandos anytime soon there was no offer of even a free drink....... Shocking service

Visited here a few times. Food was good however, I ordered 15 mins before my friends on the app. Their food came and I waited another 15 mins and then had to ask the lady where my food was, she brought it over and slid it across the table to me.

Good food, good service. Bit of a wait which is to be expected on a Saturday night, good system in place, we were asked to return 35 minutes later and when we did they were just preparing our table. We had plenty of room considering it was a party of 7 and food was quite reasonable. Bottomless drinks went down a treat and compliment the spicy food. Would definitely visit again.

I came here as I am a fan of well-cooked chicken. I've eaten at other Nando's locations before. The food was really tasty and the sauces there were great, friendly and polite staff.

Ordered on line as I am poorly & my daughter & friends wanted Nando’s ! Cost £53 took the money then declined the order!! Spoke to customer service, worse than useless told me to fill in on line form & would get feedback within 48 hours!!? Rang branch spoke to manager who said I could only sort by going in & buying in store! Despite telling him I had Covid/flu he said I would have to go in person!!? Really?? The world has gone mad shame on you Nando’s we won’t be using you again! Your policies need to change or your managers! Thanks for nothing

I have been to nandos a few times before, always nice and welcoming, however there was one women in particular who really stood out. She was greeting everyone, had a smile on her face the entire time, and seemed to be doing every job within the place. She made everyone feel welcome as we could hear the people next to us making comments about her amazing customer service. I never usually write a review on places ,however the customer service from this lady needs to be noticed. This ladies name was Sarah.

Good service, quick food, which tasted great, the only down side is having to collect your soft drinks, cutlery and sauces when I can't walk very good!

Dined in alone, had issues paying via app, I really don’t know why restaurants are moving towards not actually serving diners personally! When my food arrived the chips were cold and soggy, I also ordered a glass of white wine which wasn’t chilled, I complained about this and was told to serve myself some ice! Terrible customer service and poor food.

Considering it was a very quiet Sunday afternoon we waited 40 minutes for our two desserts. Despite notifying a member of staff it still never came. All the staff members seemed to be incompetent teenagers. Will not be visiting again.

The manager at this Nando's is an absolute star, the customer service is exceptional, the atmosphere is lovely. The staff at this Nando's really do make it stand out from the rest, huge well done

First time my partner and I visited the restaurant we got the wrong order and was made to feel guilty for pointing this out. The second time we visited the broccoli was rock hard and cold and we didn’t receive our side order of garlic bread and when I told the manager she kind of argued with me that the broccoli was supposed to be hard as she pointed out it’s al dente and that garlic bread doesn’t come with the children’s meal and as I told her I know that that’s why I ordered it as a normal side but we still didn’t receive it! And I know what al dente is but i couldn’t even bite into the broccoli! Also when we tried to use the bottled sauces it wouldn’t come out either one and we tried about 4 different ones! You need to put new drips into them! We were kind of made to feel as we were an inconvenience and wrong. Will not be going to that branch again.

Went to this Nando’s restaurant and we love a Nando’s but I have to say how fabulous your front of house Toni is 👍👍 she’s professional, friendly, chatty, great with everyone and makes you feel welcome and like you are a regular there! This is the best customer service that we have received in a long long time If we got this service everywhere the world would be a better place. Thankyou very much Toni. Down stairs was full so was seated upstairs, it wasn't heated so cold.... ordered our food ...took ages to get served our food which upon serving was cold...(food had been left in their food lift), complained to waiter who said he'd sort it... who then totally forgot about us.. eventually got served our food... the who experience was terrible

It was my wife's birthday but was full, the manager offered desert we thought this was a great touch. The team worked well and seemed to be very happy sign of a good manager. Well done!!!

Hubby treated me for food here for my birthday. Food was really nice anc the staff were very friendly and welcoming. As it was my birthday they even offered me cake which I think was amazing. Will definitely recommend this place and we will be back.

Food was nice when it eventually arrived. We waited outside 15 minutes fair enough for our table, ordered food at the counter as don't use QR codes the one starter came out for my husband and then waited nearly one hour for the mains. I had to ask one of the servers where our meals were she went off and never came back. I had to go up to the till to then be told meals were coming. Certainly don't get this terrible service in Bournemouth and Poole, meals out in 15 -20 minutes max.

I come here last night very poor quality chicken I sat down waited five mins and my chicken was here it was dried up because this chicken has already been cooked then kept warm then reheated it was really poor show I expect a fresh chicken not a dried up chicken the sweetcorn had been in the steamer or what ever they hot hold it in for sometime because that was to mushy I will not be revisiting here again I wouldn't mind but no one come over to ask how I was and if the food was ok.

My family of five visited this Nando’s at around 7:30 and were very concerned about weather we would be able to get a table as they do unfortunately not take reservations. Despite the restaurant been extremely busy we were able to be seated within 15 minutes and our food was with us within 20!-An excellent Surprise. The food was as always delicious and the grilled halloumi was exceptional. The only issue I had with the whole experience was the breeze from the door been continuously opened and closed. Other than this I would 100% recommend, 5 Stars!!!
