Nando's in Blackpool

Food and service was good. Toilets were absolutely disgusting. A total mess.

We ordered a delivery worth a lot for five of us. We ordered early at 7 knowing it may take a while but we didn't expect it to take 3 hours. Every time we checked the status update it kept delaying further. We then called up thrice and the lady on the phone said that she was sorry to hear our problems. She kept making up excuses for their lack of verification and management. We were waiting for a long time until we heard that the wrong driver had taken our food. Bearing in mind it was 10:30 at night, how could they not verify it was the right driver?! Customer service was not helpful although polite but I would not recommend delivery. We better get our refund back!

Little Slow to get someone to come over and seat us but food nice. Gents wc could do with a clean. Was quiet upstairs drinks a machine wasn't working luckily we was downstairs but someone slipped on stairs taking drink up smashing a glass /injuring themself stairs was left sticky

Confusing layout and poor wait times tarnished the otherwise great Nandos experience. With chains this big, you're bound to encounter an off night. I'd go back.

Food was lovely, service good, staff very helpful, although 'side salad' overpriced for lettuce leaves.

Brilliant! Although we had to wait for a short time for a table, it was well worth it because the food and service was great. Friendly waiters and amazing environment. Highly recommend!

A delightful, spicy full chicken - hot, flaming, memorable. 5 stars 🌟 for the chef.

Rude staff member on the door. Ordered online,waited 25 minutes for food for them to bring the wrong food. Rice wasn't cooked. Dirty cutlery,smelly cup. Lift came up and could only just fit pram in due to there being some sort of trolley in there.

As I'm coeliac I've never been in a Nandos in my life and never will. Google's compass must have been out of order that day!

Nice staff , explained the process , food was lovely, nice atmosphere.

Had a really poor experience which is out of the usual staff were rude and blunt my friend went to the bar to get our drinks as we had been waiting ten minutes for them and she was then completely ignored did not check in with us at all to see how the food was we were just left with plates everywhere.The syrup ran out on the drinks machine and when we told the server he said he would get his manager and then carried on with what he was doing with no contact to his manager Such a disappointing experience compared to our usual visits

Nandos is always great and Blackpool did not disappoint! Highly recommended

Ordered on the app the same time as my friend her food came half hour after hers mine hadn't arrived so we asked to be told that other people order inbetween if not ordered at the same time but the orders were submitted at the same time as the waitress went to see what was happening she walked off shaking her head as it turns on my order wasn't on the system so a manager came over showed her my email receipt and then got the food quickly finally with a apology but I won't be back to a nandos anytime soon there was no offer of even a free drink....... Shocking service

Lovely chilled atmosphere here, the staff on the evening shift were so good and helpful as I had kids with me and they went above and beyond! The food was cooked perfect, especially the broccoli!

Excellent service. Nice, helpful amd responsive staff. Chicken and side dishes are both above average. Price is reasonable.

Visited here a few times. Food was good however, I ordered 15 mins before my friends on the app. Their food came and I waited another 15 mins and then had to ask the lady where my food was, she brought it over and slid it across the table to me.

Good food, good service. Bit of a wait which is to be expected on a Saturday night, good system in place, we were asked to return 35 minutes later and when we did they were just preparing our table. We had plenty of room considering it was a party of 7 and food was quite reasonable. Bottomless drinks went down a treat and compliment the spicy food. Would definitely visit again.

I love this place. Food is really good and tasty. Service was fast too. We didn't have to wait too long. Atmosphere was cool. I enjoy the food, service and atmosphere. Very busy but found us a table after a ten minute wait. 3 hungry children were warmly welcomed and didn't bat an eyelid at my son's autism so it felt comfortable for all. Food was tasty, quick and very enjoyable. Will be back

I came here as I am a fan of well-cooked chicken. I've eaten at other Nando's locations before. The food was really tasty and the sauces there were great, friendly and polite staff.

Ordered on line as I am poorly & my daughter & friends wanted Nando’s ! Cost £53 took the money then declined the order!! Spoke to customer service, worse than useless told me to fill in on line form & would get feedback within 48 hours!!? Rang branch spoke to manager who said I could only sort by going in & buying in store! Despite telling him I had Covid/flu he said I would have to go in person!!? Really?? The world has gone mad shame on you Nando’s we won’t be using you again! Your policies need to change or your managers! Thanks for nothing

I have been to nandos a few times before, always nice and welcoming, however there was one women in particular who really stood out. She was greeting everyone, had a smile on her face the entire time, and seemed to be doing every job within the place. She made everyone feel welcome as we could hear the people next to us making comments about her amazing customer service. I never usually write a review on places ,however the customer service from this lady needs to be noticed. This ladies name was Sarah.

Good service, quick food, which tasted great, the only down side is having to collect your soft drinks, cutlery and sauces when I can't walk very good!

Considering it was a very quiet Sunday afternoon we waited 40 minutes for our two desserts. Despite notifying a member of staff it still never came. All the staff members seemed to be incompetent teenagers. Will not be visiting again.

Dined in alone, had issues paying via app, I really don’t know why restaurants are moving towards not actually serving diners personally! When my food arrived the chips were cold and soggy, I also ordered a glass of white wine which wasn’t chilled, I complained about this and was told to serve myself some ice! Terrible customer service and poor food.

Standard Nando's. Had to queue for a table but it was a very busy weekend in Blackpool! Food was fresh and hot and arrived fairly quickly...

Meals arrived in dribs n drabs Expensive for flavoured chicken. No hot drinks available.

The manager at this Nando's is an absolute star, the customer service is exceptional, the atmosphere is lovely. The staff at this Nando's really do make it stand out from the rest, huge well done

First time my partner and I visited the restaurant we got the wrong order and was made to feel guilty for pointing this out. The second time we visited the broccoli was rock hard and cold and we didn’t receive our side order of garlic bread and when I told the manager she kind of argued with me that the broccoli was supposed to be hard as she pointed out it’s al dente and that garlic bread doesn’t come with the children’s meal and as I told her I know that that’s why I ordered it as a normal side but we still didn’t receive it! And I know what al dente is but i couldn’t even bite into the broccoli! Also when we tried to use the bottled sauces it wouldn’t come out either one and we tried about 4 different ones! You need to put new drips into them! We were kind of made to feel as we were an inconvenience and wrong. Will not be going to that branch again.

Went to this Nando’s restaurant and we love a Nando’s but I have to say how fabulous your front of house Toni is 👍👍 she’s professional, friendly, chatty, great with everyone and makes you feel welcome and like you are a regular there! This is the best customer service that we have received in a long long time If we got this service everywhere the world would be a better place. Thankyou very much Toni. Also the food was great as per usual xx

Down stairs was full so was seated upstairs, it wasn't heated so cold.... ordered our food ...took ages to get served our food which upon serving was cold...(food had been left in their food lift), complained to waiter who said he'd sort it... who then totally forgot about us.. eventually got served our food... the who experience was terrible

Yet another amazing meal at Nando's in Church Street Blackpool, ordered on the easy to use app, food was cooked where we could see it, atmosphere was exciting. Great value for the money. It was my wife's birthday but was full, the manager offered desert we thought this was a great touch. The team worked well and seemed to be very happy sign of a good manager. Well done!!!

Hubby treated me for food here for my birthday. Food was really nice anc the staff were very friendly and welcoming. As it was my birthday they even offered me cake which I think was amazing. Will definitely recommend this place and we will be back.

Food was nice when it eventually arrived. We waited outside 15 minutes fair enough for our table, ordered food at the counter as don't use QR codes the one starter came out for my husband and then waited nearly one hour for the mains. I had to ask one of the servers where our meals were she went off and never came back. I had to go up to the till to then be told meals were coming. Certainly don't get this terrible service in Bournemouth and Poole, meals out in 15 -20 minutes max.

I come here last night very poor quality chicken I sat down waited five mins and my chicken was here it was dried up because this chicken has already been cooked then kept warm then reheated it was really poor show I expect a fresh chicken not a dried up chicken the sweetcorn had been in the steamer or what ever they hot hold it in for sometime because that was to mushy I will not be revisiting here again I wouldn't mind but no one come over to ask how I was and if the food was ok.

My family of five visited this Nando’s at around 7:30 and were very concerned about weather we would be able to get a table as they do unfortunately not take reservations. Despite the restaurant been extremely busy we were able to be seated within 15 minutes and our food was with us within 20!-An excellent Surprise. The food was as always delicious and the grilled halloumi was exceptional. The only issue I had with the whole experience was the breeze from the door been continuously opened and closed. Other than this I would 100% recommend, 5 Stars!!!

Unfortunately waited 50 minutes for food here for it to come out lukewarm. Couldn’t believe it - got a refund and left the food. It seemed they just let too many customers in the door and couldn’t cope. Not the way to run a restaurant.

Always good for a cheeky nandos

As you would expect from a franchise chain, the restaurant looking a little tired in places and the trip to the bathrooms if your on the ground floor is a walk but generally a pleasant experience, service was a little slow and they seemed to be a lack of cutlery available. Food was good and we had a selection of items between 3 people .

Usually have a Nando’s every week when I’m away with work and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I was told by lady at the front of the restaurant to come back in 30 minutes due to it being busy which is fair enough. Didn’t take any details from me and then when I came back was told I wouldn’t get a table.. ordered takeaway and I was on my way out 2x girls had reserved times and then a party of 4x came in and got sat down. Forgot my Perinaise as well just to top it off… worst one I’ve been to yet!

The staff in this Nando’s are very rude to customers who come in to collect an order. I was completely ignored when I arrived even though a staff member was less than two feet away from me. She turned her back to walk away and if I had not called out to ask if my order was ready I would still be sat there waiting. The delivery boxes were piling up under the heat lamps and the staff completely ignored them for over twenty minutes. The restaurant was not even busy. When my order was eventually brought to me two items were missing. I will never eat at a Nando’s in Blackpool again. I live in the USA and the last time I visited I had a similar bad experience with the Squires Gate location that’s why I came to the one on Church Street. They are just as bad as each other!

First time coming to this Nando’s with my partner when entering we was greeted by a lovely lady didn’t catch her name but had a Scottish accent went above and beyond to accommodate a table for us when it was very busy. Will definitely return

First time in a Nando, can't say I would bust a gut to rush back.

Ordered through the app and when received half the meals we’re missing when we called to sort it then the customer service woman was rude and said they can’t do anything but refund the money. With what was missing there was no point in us even having the food! Not impressed

Nandos will always be my best eating out place. Went there 2 days consecutively. Love it 😀 Highly recommend 👌

Arrived at 4.40 ish and asked for a table for 9, there was going to be a 30 minute wait. There was plenty of tables waiting to just be cleaned, but apparently they were already booked for the people before us 🤷‍♀️ Overheard the host at front door telling another team member that the tables empty was for guest that hadnt turned up at their allocated time slot! We was seated within the estimated wait time, in 2 booths, which was fine. Then there was at least a 40 minute wait for food once we had ordered. Ann Marie and another lady (sorry, didnt catch her name, short hair) are both brilliant btw! They couldn't do enough for us, kept asking us if things were OKay etc. The downsides, not able to book a table in advance for such a large group. However over all, the food was spot on. For the food, there was plenty as well, enough to feed 9 of us! Would recommend.

I took my granddaughter to the grand theatre so we popped in nandos for lunch, the food was lovely and the staff upstairs were really helpful.

Same nandos. Lovely food and spice. The best hot sauces. I recommend the butterfly chicken and chicken liver.

Avoid this Nando’s. Staff were useless. Waiting times were so long, we missed our film at Vue because they took over half hour to bring order out. No bottomless drinks, only had little cans. Told us they were busy yet empty tables everywhere and upstairs. Way below standards of usual Nando’s.

We always try to eat at Nando's when we're away , you can eat light if your not feeling to hungry and the food is always well cooked.

Only had to stop off because it was about to start pissing it down with rain, but had a lovely little hour in there. Staff were lovely and the little old woman who sat next to me was a delight to talk to.

A great place to eat spicy meals/foods. The service is top notch and there are deals that one can take advantage of like the family platter. It's a bit off the city centre but do take your time to locate it as you will enjoy your meal either solo or as a family.

I love going nandos but on this occasion I didn’t the staff seem pre occupied talking to each other instead of getting people seated ,on a positive note the food was great as usual

We took our son for a little lunch treat. The Nandinos portions are perfect for little ones. The food was tasty. Staff were thorough with my nut allergy.
