Louie's Sandwich Bar in Epping Forest

Best takeaway fish and chips around, I have to drive to get fish and chips and would rather drive here than to any fish and chip shop in Epping. On this occasion I was travelling back from an event in Romford and called up to order my food so didn't have to wait as the fish and chips are cooked to order for the most part. Once again we were not disappointed.

Ordered 3 garlic nans but only received 2, trying to get refund for 1 but there is no help at all. Only edible things were daal and rice, everything else lacked flavour and was overly too sweet

Order never arrived, subway wasnt helpful when I rang, very bad customer service and driver phoned said outside and then hung up but wasn't outside, then didn't answer phone when I tried ringing, I checked the front and back doors, went to where the map showed the driver which was a 5 mins walk and nothing (mother was home just incase driver arrived but never did) big inconvenience as had no food in cupboards which is why I ordered and I don't drive. Terrible service.
