Lotus House in Hartlepool

I like the food here, it's always been good quality and piping hot when collected. The young ladies are always very pleasant and polite.

I occasionally order food from here. I find it good value; good portion size, always hot and tasty. I usually phone the order in then collect the food. It's almost always ready in the time it takes me to get there.

Me and my partner order same meal sweet and sour chicken balls egg fried rice and chips and barbecue spare ribs always delivered on time food lovely and you get loads of children balls and free prawn crackers I would mark this 10 out of 10

Just got a couple of dishes all in one beautiful good value for money really tasty highly recommend when looking for a Chinese takeaway

Ordered last night chicken beef n prawn omlette was awful 2 bits beef 2 bits chicken n 3 prawns chips were like rubber sorry guys you spoilt yaselfes last night i gave you bebefit of doubt last timd but never again

Spent 28 pound last night for a meal that was bland needed seasoning and absolutely no taste especially the battered squid it was like chewing cardboard saying that a bit of salt on the cardboard would of tasted better,chowmein was really watery and no taste never again was disgusting

Who does a king prawn cashew nut dish in gravy? Lotus house. Food was horrible, place isn’t the cleanest and I would NOT go back.

First time ordering from here,and it certainly will be my last!!! The food was disgusting 🤮 I ordered special fried rice,prawn crackers and salt and pepper chips. The worst part was the chips,they were red 🙄 the rice was swimming in grease and the prawn crackers were soft. £11.40 wasted

Sorry for saying I ordered a chicken chow main and egg fried rice '' but the chicken chowmain was too much oil.. I couldn't taste nothing but oil. Put the chicken chowmain in the bin '' and in my mouth all I can taste is oil 'I will not go to lotus house no more' 'I only tried lotus house because my favorite Chinese takeaway was closed this evening' 'top chef beautiful take away

I have used this takeaway for many year’s, I have NOTHING bad to say about it at all. Just one thing that I would like to know, is when was this takeaway first opened ??? Hope someone can tell me.

Their fried rice is the best in the area, really tasty

Quality food arrived withing 20 mins n was litrally too hot to eat without blowing. Deliver was social distancing with a mask on and was really pleasent. Ordered as top chief was closed on a Tuesday. Could it be my new regular?

Best takeaway ever Been to various takeaway shops in Hartlepool and will only use the lotus House, great quality of food and service

Haven't been for a long time but after this visit we will be going back. The was hot and tasty and the portions were big we couldn't finish it 👍

Compliments to the chef we fussy about Chinese and lotus house was lovely the chow mein and the gravy being the best I've tasted..will order again.
