Lotus in Hertsmere

I do not ever give reviews, however due to my experience I feel I must. The service was extremely slow. The food was not adequate for a bog standard local Indian. The samosas I ordered were frozen inside.. very demoralising indeed. Neither the flavouring or the food was acceptable. The ambience was appalling and so was tummy afterwards. To summarise simply don't go.. unless you wish to be acquainted with your bathroom for multiple unscheduled stops. Lastly the LAMB outrageous!!

I have eaten here a few times and the food is always fresh and tasty. Definitely recommend.

Visited here this weekend, for the first time. Cute place, with a cycle theme going on. As a vegan, I was excited to see a handful of breakfast / brunch items on the menu. I had the vegan breakfast and my friend had the avocado wrap - both were great. Friendly service and fair pricing. Definitely coming back.

Rude short man I think he is the manager. Rude waitresses. Awful customer service and over priced. Had to wait so long for a basic sandwich and then when it arrived it was wrong. When we said to the miserable waitress that our order was wrong, we got such a dirty look. Never again
