Tucked away on the other side of the pier, this is a fantastic takeaway, the taster box was delicious and so fresh. Loved the scallops which were perfectly cooked. Thank you.

Fantastic takeaway in a lovely setting. Enjoyed our takeaway dinner sitting on a bench looking out over Tarbert Harbour in Harris. We had the Taster Box (monkfish scampi, haddock, scallops, prawns and more) and the Harris Burger (which also had haggis on it)…everything was delicious!!!

The best takeaway we've had ever. Super fresh haddock goujons, scallops, prawns, monkfish. Perfectly cooked. Lovely friendly people. I'm seriously thinking of using the ferry from Uig frequently just to visit this amazing takeaway. I'll be back !

Delicious plentiful food. Enjoyed the fish goujon sandwich and the chilli loaded chips - which was enough for both of us to share.

Can't say enough about this fantastic eatery. Perfectly placed by Tarbert Marina in a very sheltered bay. Outdoor tables are provided for diners. The menu is varied, from local black pudding pakora to dirty fries with chilli beef, fresh monkfish scampi and traditional fish and chips. There's also beef and venison burgers with an island twist, all freshly made to order. You can even enjoy a glass of wine and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with your delicious food. Lorna and Grant and their staff always met us warmly, they are lovely to speak to and so helpful. I love this place and have eaten here multiple times in the last week, whilst berthed on my yacht in the marina.

This food outlet is located near Tarbert Harbour and there are chairs and tables available giving a nice view across the water. The food is imaginative. As vegetarians we had a cauliflower pakora burger, a first for us! It was very tasty and with chips made for an enjoyable and filling lunch. A useful feature was being given a beeper so we didn't have to stand around waiting for our food to be ready.

A must visit when you are in Harris! Tasty food cooked fresh to order. If you can’t decide what to have , the Taster Box has Wonderful fresh haddock gujons , calamari and monkfish scampi bites, with fries and house salad. Amazing value for money too!

What a great place to stop for lunch. Had a delicious scallop and black pudding roll (all local produce) If I hadn’t had a big breakfast I definitely would have gone for the taster box that has a bit of everything.

The best ‘takeaway’ food anywhere! The fresh fish and scallops are delicious and the black pudding is so rich and full of flavour. We have eaten here a few times and it has been consistently fabulous, we love it. Great value and a friendly smiling welcome….it doesn’t get any better.

What a fabulous find on the Isle of Harris. We came upon Lorna's van by luck, spotting it as we drove past, a quick turn around & thank goodness we did, the seafood taster box was truly delicious!! The best scallops I've ever had, perfectly chargrilled, phenomenal and it didn't stop there, two beautiful pieces of haddock & calamari topped off with really good chips, fab coleslaw & a lovely little salad. Top notch, don't hesitate to stop if you're in the area, amazing quality food and a really good price. Look forward to trying a burger next time we're over.
