If you're looking for a cosy and discrete place to spend the evening with loved ones, then you will absolutely walk away HOURS LATER feeling as though you have been invited into a genuine Italian family's home, and been given the honour of becoming part of their family. We had the joy of attending on a night when the fabulous owner Lorenzo had given his staff the evening off - he was our waiter, cleaner, chef, barman and gallant host for ourselves and other diners, creating a fabulous customer-centric environment that made us feel special. I won't mention pricing compared to other venues - I walked away feeling it was irrelevant

Superb restaurant. Tapas Italian. Loved the atmosphere. Chef and staff incredibly friendly. Our choices were spot on. Food in area has improved out of sight since we were last here. Lorenzo’s is a winner.

Absolutely amazing! We decided to go after reading reviews. While staying near by. So glad we did the reviews don't even compare to how nice this place is. Food is the nicest Italian I've had outside of Italy. The waitress leigh was amazing. So friendly and went above and beyond for us. Will definitely be returning

Fantastic food ( the charcuterie and cheese, the spicy seafood spaghetti and tiramisu were all amazing) and lovely service from Lorenzo. Great place will be recommending to friends.

The food here is some of the best Italian food I've ever had. Wonderful flavours with beautiful, fresh ingredients perfectly cooked. Lorenzo is a fabulous host too, all in a lovely relaxed restaurant.

I dont ever really leave a review but I felt I had to with this place lorenzo's is just bellissimo! a small but cosy comfortable restaurant we were greeted by leigh our waitress who was amazing! So friendly and welcoming such a pleasure and made our dining experience a delight and is brilliant at making cocktails!🍸 the food was perfect fresh hot Italian food perfectly cooked and presented. 100%, hand on my heart the best meal I’ve ever had! Me and my new husband came for our first meal out as husband and wife on our honeymoon and we could not have chosen a better place. Leigh is an absolute star and so so lovely and Lorenzo is the most humble, yet the best chef I have ever had the privilege to meet. If you haven’t visited Ristorante Lorenzo’s yet, you need to!

Had an amazing meal here last night whilst visiting Frodsham camping. Staff were friendly and helpful when asking for other bars in the area to visit. Food was advised to get multiple dishes being a tapas style. Our food came timely and was lovely and hot. Relaxing atmosphere with the cosy setting and background music. Definitely returning again!!

We visited Lorenzo’s on the off chance when in Frodsham for Forest Live. What a wonderful meal!! Absolutely gorgeous food (and company) from the head chef / owner Lorenzo. We had such a great experience, with incredible food and attentive, friendly service. Also espresso martinis to die for! We will definitely be back

Fantastic location, the staff are brilliant the food is second to none absolutely gorgeous 10/10 reasonably priced for the quality. They were also very attentive about my nut allergy which is always a massive bonus.

I knew before I arrived that I would have a good time here. I rang to enquire about eating at 8:45 as it was the only time my partner could do but didn't want to inconvenience the staff. The lady on the phone was so friendly and welcoming and said it would be a pleasure. I then explained my train arrives at around 8:30 so I'd like to get there then if it was okay and she said they'd keep me company which was so lovely! I'm always nervous walking into places I've never tried before but I felt immediately at ease. My partner and I had some lovely food here but really the star is the service. The lady that served us (the same person as over the phone) was an absolute pleasure and a real credit to the business. I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name but we didn't collect a receipt (if it was on there). But we came on the 12th June if you could pass on our kindest regards to her. I will definitely come again. The bill was less than we expected and the food was full of flavour.

4 of us went on a Thursday evening so only 3 other diners there but it is so small it felt cosy rather than empty. Food was delicious. Waitress described menu as "tapas across the board" but I would describe it as individual main courses with shared sides. Everything was freshly cooked by Lorenzo and he is an amazing cook, truly. Waitress was friendly, helpful and attentive. Very reasonably priced for the quality of food. You should go!

The best restaurant I have ever been to, amazing cocktails, service and atmosphere. Lorenzo makes the best food and Leigh is a brilliant hostess. If you are looking for brilliant drinks and italian cuisine this is the place to be.

Lovely lunch, great, friendly service and fabulous food.

Visited last night with friends. Every dish we had was beautiful. Added bonus that there is a geat range for gluten free prople like me, and the cocktails and mocktails are excellent.

Great atmosphere and the tapas was delicious. We really enjoyed our evening at Lorenzos

Absolutely outstanding food. One of the best Italian restaurants I've eaten in. The tiramisu dessert is a must as well! Would recommend to anyone either in frodsham or nearby.

Lovely meal for my fiancees birthday, ambient and small so very personal. All the food was fresh and lovely and reasonably priced, the owner chatted and was very welcoming, give it a try you wont be dissapointed!

Food was excellent, they recommend 2-3 probs per person, I would say that 2 is probably enough as some of the portions are large, it just depends on what you order. Chef Lorenzo came out and greeted us and I always think that's a great touch. A warming and funny gentleman who would be worth coming back to see again as well as the food

Really wanted to enjoy this new restaurant and have it in our "to visit again" list, but found it disappointing unfortunately. We turned up just before 12 and had to wait for the waitress to check with the chef they could serve us as he was still prepping. We were the only ones there. Totally understand prepping takes time, but when you're open you're open, so we felt as if we were being intrusive. They have an extensive vegetarian/vegan menu, this needs displaying outside with the regular menu, as I wouldn't have asked if I were on my own. It felt expensive for tapas size dishes and when choosing somewhere to eat we consider what we feel is value for money. For others with a generous budget, the price probably wouldn't be a problem, but about 4-5 heaped tablespoons of risotto for £11 and 2 slices of breaded aubergine with tomato sauce for £9 is way outside of reasonable for us. The pork belly was a good portion size in comparison to the others for the price, though it was tough. The waitress was kind and would have offered a steak knife should we asked, but it would have still been chewy. Decor wise, I work in building maintenance and noticed a few things in the bathroom that need tidying up. Not something I'd usually mention but when pricing is as it is, you really do expect refined. Wishing the establishment all the best in their future endeavours, and given the other reviews perhaps we just found them on a bad day!
